My sister and I booked this stay for our parents. My daddy really wanted to watch the Blue Angels homecoming show and my parents wanted to go to the beach one more time. This condo was perfect for our family and great location to go the show. It was as listed in VRBO and management was great with communication. I would definitely book this room with them again.

Went to beach with grandkids 1, 4 and 5 and our adult kids. Condo was perfect large balcony so we could all be outside or inside. Parking was a bit of a hiccup but quickly resolved by property manager and appreciated. 1 vehicle on site and other has to be across the street, which ended up being a non issue since there are some cute shops and we didn't need to leave much anyway. Thank you so much for making the trip hassle free and of course amazing location.

Love the location and size of condo. Great for a family with plenty of room and personal space. Check in was easy and condo was clean. Furniture could use alittle updating and the king bed could most Definitely use a new mattress. Yes we would stay there again!

We totally loved everything about this rental. From the spacious interior layout with all the necessities needed for a relaxing vacation, to the extended end unit outdoor porch with two separate seating areas with comfortable decor. The beautiful sunrises every morning to the sunsets each evening, each day started and ended with just a fabulous feeling. The location couldn't have been better to explore and spend lots of time at the famous Flora-bama. We will see you again next year.

This property was the perfect place for my sister, my brother, myself and our spouses to escape the cooler temps of the north and spend some time in the sun with separate beds and baths for each couple. We loved how quiet the beach was yet busy enough to meet new friends and for people watching. Restaurants and shopping were not far away. We cooked several meals there and had all the needed utensils. It was a wonderful place and we will definitely be back.

The spacious condo is very nice and in a great location with great views of the beach. The condo does not have chest of drawers in two of the bedrooms and has no suitcase stands. The condo needs to fix the left side light on the balcony. The condo needs a larger chopping board and needs to replace the toaster with a toaster oven. Other than these upgrades, it is a great condo. Loved our stay, Rob

This condo was very nice. Very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. Pots and pans that were none stick...no scrubbing required. The staff in the lobby were very nice. Small condo so the beach was not crowded at all. Perfect quiet area...Publix was a short drive. Even a restaurant across the street.

Booked 3 days before vaca. Mgmt company provide all necessary documentation before arrival. Easy check in and access to the condo. Security into bldg. was also a nice feature. Access doors locked by 4pm. Access code after. Condo was nice and clean with plenty of room. Updates to the condo were a bonus. Will consider this condo again.

Property communications is very well managed. Regular follow up prior to and during the stay. Had an issue with air conditioner and it was promptly addressed the same day. All beds comfortable and all the basic needs are met. Perdido Sun is an older property but well maintained. Having been staying at PS for over 30 years and will continue to do so!

Styling and comfort and the cornerstones of this unit. Decor matches throughout and they are on the higher end.
It would be wise to bring a hairdryer, as none of the three baths had one. Also, if you are staying more than a few days, make sure you stock up on things like toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent and things like salt and pepper, foil or bags

We go to the beach every year and have stayed at Perdido Sun several times. LOVE the location - away from the congestion of OBA and Gulf Shores, but close enough to get to if needed. Plenty of GREAT restaurants close by! We highly recommend this unit as it has updated appliances, plenty of room, nice furniture, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

This was our second time to stay at this property and we love it. It's friendly, the beach isn't crowded, and it definitely has the laid back feel we love. We've stayed in a 2 bed and a 3 bed and both were exactly what we needed. This particular unit was extremely spacious and nicely decorated. The indoor pool is a draw because we come with small grandkids. When the beach or wind are too much we can head to the indoor pool, where we can still feel as though we're outside because of the glass walls and open doors for a breeze. Definitely hope to be back next year.

We have stayed at this property for the past three years, just in different condos. This condo was by far the best. Lots of room for family time. The two areas on the balcony were great and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen is small but functional for one cook. The microwave definitely needs to be replaced, really old & outdated yet gets a lot of use in this type of setting. We will most definitely stay here again.

The condo was very spacious for the six adults and one child in our party. The unit provides us with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Access to the pool and beach was very easy along with getting around the complex. Felt very safe while we were visiting. The only thing I wish there was more of was some kind of shade at the pool.

We have stayed in 3 other condos at this property. We love Perdido Sun and the Perdido Keys area. We all agreed that this was the best condo we have stayed in. We were traveling with our 4 adult children and our first new grand baby (3 months old). There was so much room in this condo. Plenty of seating for everyone in the living and dining rooms as well as the balconies for when we all wanted to be together, plus plenty of space for when we didn't :o) The pools and pool area are maintained perfectly as well as the walkways to the beach. Luxury Coastal Vacations was great to work with as well! We'll definitely be back!!!

This Perdido Sun condo unit was very nice! Very nice pools, (indoor and outdoor) and hot tub. The lobby had a rack of books, so you could take one and leave one. The unit itself was beautiful! Nicely decorated, very clean. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, all were comfortably sized. Living room included a wet bar with mini fridge (great for keeping alcohol separate), three chairs and full size couch. There was a full size dining room table. Living room and dining room both opened to the deck which had two different table and chair sets. The balcony was very big! Off the kitchen was a full washer and dryer. The kitchen itself was in the small size, but we made it work. Overall, it was a beautiful unit and we will definitely look into renting it again!

We have previously stayed at several other units at Perdido Sun. We keep coming back because the complex has an indoor pool and the units are always nice. This was our first time renting a three bedroom unit. Plenty of room for our two year old toddler to play and four adults to spread out and all have space. If you are looking for a quiet place to get away from it all, Perdido Sun is your place.

What did you most enjoy about your stay? Beautiful decor, spacious living area, comfy beds and beautiful bedding, so close to beach and no steps on the boardwalk to the beach--a small ramp and your toes are in the sand! Great outdoor pool and bright indoor pool. Would you come back again or recommend this home to a friend? YES! We loved this condo. We are tall and it's rare to find a condo with 2 king beds. Was the property a good fit for the group you were traveling with? YES! This place has everything and all items are high quality. The only thing missing--and this is minor...but an ice machine by the wet bar would be great for making drinks and filling your ice chest when you head to the beach. What nearby activities, attractions, or restaurants did you enjoy? Lilian's Pizza, Jellyfish restaurant (walk right across the street!), paddleboading rentals is a 5 mile drive with "Paddled By You - Kayak Rentals" the place is a super cool deck and Tim was super nice. What did the owner or property manager do to provide great customer service? Worked with us to find a property that fit our dates and budget. All of the towels and toiletries that were included were very nice, too. We loved Charlene and her colleagues at LUXURY COASTAL VACATIONS. We will definitely book with them again. She saved us so much time. Don't waste your time researching for endless hours online...call Charlene and her crew and they will narrow it down for you in minutes!

We had never visited the Gulf before, so we really didn't know much about the area, including where to stay. We originally thought about Gulf Shores, but when we saw Perdido Key, and the laid back atmosphere, we thought we would give it a try. And I'm so glad we did! The condo was great, and included everything that we would need. Parking was ample, so that was never an issue for us (we did stay in the Fall, so I'm not sure about peak rental times). The balcony was HUGE with amazing views. Several mornings we would sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins. The outdoor swimming pool was too cold for us at this time of year, but their indoor heated pool was perfect. My toddler loved swimming each day. The area is very clean and we felt safe the entire time we were there. There is plenty to do right in Perdido Key if you didn't want to go anywhere else. We ventured to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Pensacola, which were fun trips, and so nice having so much right around you. We will definitely be back again, and will stay this same condo!

We noticed right away when we walked in that the unit was very clean and well furnished with what looked like new tile and carpet. This unit was very spacious...a 3-bedroom/3-bath description doesn't really describe how much space this unit has. Very comfortably fit our family of 7. And with the view of the gulf from 2 sliding doors into a long patio, there was plenty of space to take in the ocean. No 2 bedrooms are adjacent to each other providing great privacy in the event 2 families would need to share a unit. This space does not disappoint!

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have come to the Panhandle many times for spring break and seem to always get the tornado, hurricane, or rain week. This year we got cold but it wasn't a problem for first time because of the indoor pool and hot tub. Each was heavily used by all the guests but, was fresh and clean every day. I loved that the indoor pool was encased in glass so I could sit inside and still feel the sun on my face without all the wind. My only disappointment was that the location of our unit was such that we did not get any sun until 3or 4 in afternoon. Obviously in the warm months this is probably great. When we were craving warmth it was a small bummer but, not enough to mess up vacation.We were still fortunate to get 3 warm days so it all worked out.
