It was easy so relaxing. Tv didn’t work in the bedroom and it was confusing to use in the living room.

Super good place to stay. Everything about the room and facility was pretty well perfect. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay 1 for extra toilet paper...seems like 400 a night would cover that. In addition the ice maker in the fridge didn't work. Everything else was good though

My overall impression of the River View Loft was satisfaction. The room and its property were just as described through the listing and its/ there reviews. Music from a club/ bar can be heard into the night, the walls in between units aren’t the most sound cancelling, this specific unit is located on the third floor.. during our stay, the elevator was broken so there were some steps involved. Again, all these things have been listed in previous reviews and I personally had no issues with any of the stated as I knew what I was signing up for. I feel the price was perfect for all things involved as well. I will be looking into these units again if I’m ever back in Detroit.

Wonderful weekend getaway! We enjoyed the view, hanging out by the pool, walking on the beach and the gym. There was some construction going on around the property but we had been informed of this and it did not really interfere with our plans

We arrived earlier than anticipated due to weather issues and were promptly given an early check-in with no additional fee. The place was just as pictured, clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath necessities. Sheets and towels are great quality! Ohh and the blankets!!! We had a most wonderful 4 nights of relaxation! Food choices are limited beachside within walking distance however drive a short way down the scenic highway to many options. Oyster lovers will be happy!! For crab legs, we bought our own and cooked indoors. Inland there are many excellent local dining options as far as Italian and Chinese. Would highly recommend this company!! We will definitely use them again all along the coast!! Thank you for a most wonderful experience Happy customers here!!

Perfect location, facing the beach! Clean and spacious, condo was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the balcony and the sunsets. Restaurants across the street were great and everything you need is about a 5 mile driving distance, grocery store etc.. No complaints just smiles and memories 😊

Overall, a great experience! Be sure to bring some basics like salt, pepper, storage bags, coffee etc if you plan on needing those things. They are not provided. Necessities like soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, and plenty of linens and towels are available along with cookware and utensils. A shopping center with great dining is within walking distance which is a big plus!

My spouse and I booked this property in March for a much-needed 10 day vacation. And wow! The condo did not disappoint! Amazing, wonderful vacation and we cannot wait to return! Luxury Coastal Vacations was very easy to work and communicate with. I would have given 10 stars if that was an option. We’re already looking to book this property again in December and next summer. I traveled with my 6 and 4 year old. We had a great time on the beach as well as in the indoor and outdoor pool. There is a nice restaurant and shops across the street that you can walk to. We never had to get in our car. We just walked over for supper, shopping, and ice cream. Which was so nice while traveling with kids.

We enjoyed ourselves in this unit, which had everything that we needed. We loved all the amenities, everyone at the property was super nice and helpful. Pool (both indoor and outdoor) were great and kept clean. The only thing that maybe should be added is curtains in the bedroom as the windows face the walk way and at night light comes in around the shades.

This property was exactly as shown. We enjoyed the 7th floor view from the wonderful balcony with comfortable high chairs to see over the balcony. I watched the dolphins each morning from there. Unfortunately, the hot tub was down for maintenance, but they were working on it and trying to get it back up and running. We were pleased we booked at Perdido Sun as we had the indoor pool as an alternative. The beach was easy to access and we rented chairs and an umbrella ($35 for Sat only or $60 for Sat & Sun). The condo was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Had everything we needed for a 4-night stay. Jellyfish across the street was great for lunches. We will definitely be back!

This condo is very beautiful and perfectly situated right in the beach. Everything from check in to check out went smoothly. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra night! This was a great location. There is overflow parking across the street which wasn’t communicated super well but we figured it out! This location has no standard kitchen items so make sure you bring your salt and coffee filters with you.
