We had a fantastic time celebrating our 25th anniversary! The condo was immaculate and equipped with all the amenities we could have ever wanted. The beach was just a stone’s throw away, and the elevator was rarely crowded. The shops across the street were a huge plus. The bed was a bit firm, but we slept soundly. We would definitely return for another stay in the future! The shops located across the street were a big bonus. The bed was a little firm, but we slept well. Loved it. Just a slight issue with the door to the half bath. Didnt really give much privacy. Great location. Need more options for parking though otherwise wonderful place to stay. Clean and just enough room for everyone who stayed with me.

Everything is we just as we expected. Beautiful view! The condo sits at an angle where you have views of both the gulf and bay. That makes for perfect views of the sunrise and sunset!! The room was very clean and comfortable and we loved the bed! It wa surest having the half bath so we could both change or get ready simultaneously. The condo itself was great in every way. We loved the indoor, outdoor pools and the hot tub was the perfect way to wind down our days. Mallorie was extremely helpful and responded immediately to my only question. We will definitely be back!

Very convenient; clear instructions; the ocean at your fingertips. The building is older, but you’re likely there for the beach and not the building. The condo was clean and serviceable. One caveat about the thorough cleaning is that the unit wasn’t ready at check in. This wasn’t an issue at all for me because we were several hours late checking in, and management was communicative about it. But, if needing the unit right at 4pm is a serious consideration, I would be sure to communicate that in advance or adjust your plans to account for possible delay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Perdido Sun. The building seemed to be one of the older ones, compared to some of the surrounding buildings, but it is very well kept. Location was great, in walking distance to several restaurants, and a quick 2-3 minute drive to lots of other grocery stores/gas stations/restaurants/etc.
The unit was very clean and offered most everything we needed during our stay. For anything else, Publix and Winn Dixie are literally right down the road. The dresser in the room was broken upon arrival, but the host was quick to respond and to put a work order in.
Overall, everything was as described and deserving of 5 stars. For the value, I would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the property and condo. Loved the spacious balcony but it could use some update, comfortable furniture. Even though the condo is not the most up to date, it has everything you need. Also the location was great. The beach can get crowded but it is not as bad as the others. If you get down there early you should be good. I would definitely recommend this property.

My husband and I just stayed in Perdido Sun for the first time. Condo 712 was very clean, had great a/c, great views, and the building is located in a great area for Pensacola and Orange Beach. Only complaint I have with Perdido Sun was the patrons who choose to bring their own chairs/umbrellas do set up in front and alongside the rented beach chairs through Perdido Beach Services leaving no walking path between chairs. Seeing this made us decide that going forward, we will always bring our own chairs and umbrella. This area of Florida is gorgeous and not over crowded. Perfect for anyone who isn't into crowded beaches and loud partying individuals. Nothing but sun and relaxation in Perdido Key!! This condo is perfect!

We stayed in Perdido Sun 712 for 2 weeks it was excellent. Very comfortable had everything we needed just like being at home. Would stay in this condo again highly recommend this until and Luxury Coastal Vacations.

We had an awesome stay, condo looks exactly like the photos, and the amenities made the stay perfect. Best part is that you wake up to the best view of the beach and ocean from your balcony!! Communication with host was simple and quick! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful view. Great beach. Loved the area. Kids had an awesome time. Not crowded at all. Low key and not a big party area. Great for families or anyone trying to just relax. I’d definitely come back. Only thing I didn’t like was the beach chairs. Wasn’t very much space to post up next to the water unless you rent a beach chair and umbrella. Loved this vacation though and I highly recommend trying it out.

Everything was nice never did the check in stuff. Nobody mentioned the chairs on the beach are a rental thought they came with the property. Toilet seat in master bath needs work light fixture above mirror needs attention and the toilet in the half bath flushes 3 times using a lot of water

We had a fantastic vacation at the Perdido Sun as the room was well equipped and very nicely appointed! It was a very relaxing atmosphere and the views from the 7th floor balcony were stunning! We would sit out and watch the sun set from the balcony in the evenings as we enjoyed an adult beverage after a day at the beach and pool. It was amazing. We plan on coming back to 712 again for sure. We had plenty of towels, and with the dishwasher and all the dishes and the little extras like a blender for the above mentioned beverages...it made the week very pleasant! The staff on site and at luxury coastal just across the street at the Villagio were friendly and helpful also.

Excellent location for our pre-summer get away. The unit had all the amenities my wife and I needed for an enjoyable time at Perdido Keys. The beach area was clean with plenty of room to enjoy the surf. We had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at Perdido Sun condos. The views of the beach from our patio were so wonderful that we ate breakfast and dinner on the patio while watching the great blue herons fishing at the water’s edge in the morning, and we even saw the dolphins. The beach is a short walk across the boardwalk, and you are on the white sand beach with beautiful water! This unit 712 had great accommodations with a fully equipped kitchen. We went and bought seafood at the Perdido Bay Seafood shop several times and came back and prepared wonderful seafood meals. We had a wonderful and relaxing time at the beach and look forward to staying here again sometime in the future. I highly recommend this place.

Unit was as described and location was excellent. We were able to check in early, which was very appreciated. The building itself was diagonal to the beach but you still have a wonderful view and the sun was offset so you didn't have direct sun all day long. The night views were just as gorgeous. There were plenty of food preparation items, plates, cups, glasses, etc. Plenty of shopping and eating close by. Highly reccommend.
