We had a fantastic time celebrating our 25th anniversary! The condo was immaculate and equipped with all the amenities we could have ever wanted. The beach was just a stone’s throw away, and the elevator was rarely crowded. The shops across the street were a huge plus. The bed was a bit firm, but we slept soundly. We would definitely return for another stay in the future! The shops located across the street were a big bonus. The bed was a little firm, but we slept well. Everything is we just as we expected. Beautiful view! The condo sits at an angle where you have views of both the gulf and bay. That makes for perfect views of the sunrise and sunset!! The room was very clean and comfortable and we loved the bed! It wa surest having the half bath so we could both change or get ready simultaneously. The condo itself was great in every way. We loved the indoor, outdoor pools and the hot tub was the perfect way to wind down our days. Mallorie was extremely helpful and responded immediately to my only question. Very convenient; clear instructions; the ocean at your fingertips. The building is older, but you’re likely there for the beach and not the building. The condo was clean and serviceable. One caveat about the thorough cleaning is that the unit wasn’t ready at check in. This wasn’t an issue at all for me because we were several hours late checking in, and management was communicative about it. We really enjoyed our stay at Perdido Sun. The building seemed to be one of the older ones, compared to some of the surrounding buildings, but it is very well kept. Location was great, in walking distance to several restaurants, and a quick 2-3 minute drive to lots of other grocery stores/gas stations/restaurants/etc. The unit was very clean and offered most everything we needed during our stay. For anything else, Publix and Winn Dixie are literally right down the road. The dresser in the room was broken upon arrival, but the host was quick to respond and to put a work order in.
