Perdido Sun 904

Loved all the decor in the condo, very well done. The condo was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We have stayed at Perdido Sun for 4 vacations and this was our favorite place. Great communication with host, especially on day of arrival when you need it! We are not fans of all the different key codes needed around the property. It’s hard enough to remember the door code, let alone one for the lobby, and a different one to exit and enter the beach. I understand for security reasons, but sure would be nice if the code you were given worked throughout the property. Once again, the Jellyfish restaurant across the street did not disappoint! Love having the little plaza across the street. Another great amenity that has been added to the Perdido Sun is being able to purchase ice at the resort, great idea! We were disappointed with the complete covering of the beachfront with all the rental chairs and umbrellas. We had not experienced that on our past trips here. 6:30 am and the entire beachfront is covered. We really enjoyed the patio furniture in this unit, it was very nice and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful and always clean. If you haven’t experienced “The Perdido Chill “ you should, it’s real!

We stayed at this condo for 5 nights in Perdido key. The condo was refreshingly in order with all the aminities needed for our stay. The furnishings and decorating was extremely tastful and well done. Restrooms were clean and well furnished. Kitchen was well furninshed with great appliances, cups, silverware, plateware and cooking equipment. The bed was comfortable and bedroom was well furnished. We so enjoyed the view from the balcony and enjoyed the sunrise and having coffee on the outdoor furnishings.

The property was as advertised and a great way to enjoy Spring Break and the Gulf of Mexico. We had a sink issue that was fixed immediately upon calling. The hot tub went down mid-week, but things like that happen. I would stay here again.

Just a suggestion. The Roman shades in the master lacked in privacy from the sides. Someone outside could peer in through the sides if so desired. The view is absolutley georgeous! The condo itself was clean and neat. No complaints only suggestions. The couch in the condo pulls out into a bed. However, the top part of the bed where one would lay their head kept collpsing causing you to have to lay sideways to sleep. It is not the most comfortable situation. Also, we tried to use the television in both the den area and bedroom. Both could not keep a signal. I still give the room and cleanliness a freat rating!

While the building itself is dated, this unit was not. Simply decorated and furnished, not overdone as some can be. Perfect for 2 adults. Kitchen had all we needed for cooking. Bed was comfortable. Communication with property manager was excellent. Highly recommend staying here and would stay again if we have the opportunity

We had a great time at this location. We were practically the only ones in the condo units never having to share or wait for an elevator. Our family vacation was great! My little boy just started walking and had so much fun at the beach even though he could hardly walk in the sand. The resort made it easy for us parents with the indoor and outdoor pool. And easy to access the beach with our wagon with two different access points with one just being a ramp and not stairs. There was complimentary soaps and shampoos, but what was great was the complimentary dish soap/scrubber and dish detergent. There was also laundry detergent which I was not planning on using but it came in handy when my little guy had an accident during the night. I just had to use the coin laundry downstairs which was easy to access and the condo had a laundry basket too! The place was very clean but the bedroom was a little small. It was doable for our little family. I would definitely stay there again.

This place is amazing! The view was spot on! The balcony was so big and it was the perfect place to eat, read, or just gaze all while seeing and hearing the ocean waves. Even on the rainy days you can still sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. The condo was so beautifully decorated and the owners thought of everything! This is the best place I have stayed in! Perdido Key was the perfect location for us. It was quiet and the beaches were not crowded. It was just a little east of Orange Beach, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and congestion. It's also close to Pensacola. The building also had a little room as you walk to the pool/beach where people would donate their beach chairs, beach toys, pool floaties, boogie boards, etc. That's so useful for people that can't bring those items when they fly. That way they don't have to spend money on something they are just going to use for a week. The owners provided all information in a timely manner through email and text and I never had any issues. I will definitely stay here again and again!

We had a lovely stay at this condo! We found everything to be clean and in good working order. We enjoyed the nice view from the balcony and the beach itself was very nice as well. We also enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a nice way to keep our 3 month old out of the sun. We found the bed to be very comfortable, and the kitchen to have everything we needed, including both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig! One note: if you are particular about knives, you may want to bring your own from home. The knife set was kind of cheap and dull. Overall, we had a very enjoyable week!

This is our second time staying at Perdido Sun. We love the location and the people. This condo was well decorated and had a gorgeous view. We often sat our on the patio for coffee and our meals just to soak up the view. While we did have malfunctions with the toaster and coffee pot, customer service was courteous and fast to respond with replacements. I loved the fact that we had plenty of bath towels for the week. If you plan on grilling, bring grilling tools with you. There is one set of regular sized tongs; however, all of the spatulAs in this unit are plastic. Great condo, comfortable bed and furniture!

Our stay right after Thanksgiving was wonderful! The condo was exactly as described. The pictures did not do justice to the lovely updated condo. Everything was perfect (even the winter weather!) Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with LCV! Highly recommended!

We had so much fun staying here! The only couple of things that bothered me were the constant smoking of all neighbors around us. We chose this place specifically for their no smoking policy and we were covered in a cloud of smoke everytime we went on our balcony. The shower curtain is covered in mold and needs to be replaced. Other than that it was perfect! Beautiful view, nice kitchen, bed, and living space. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Stayed over New Years. Nice condo. First time renting w/ this company. Very easy to work with. Just some suggestions if you go: take everything you need (for cooking-salt, pepper, spray butter etc). There is NOTHING there so you end up buying what you probably have at home :). The TV needs a sound bar. Upgrade the bath towels-very thin. The bedroom was on the front of the complex. If you are a light sleeper, take note. Overall, nice place. Would stay again.

We booked this trip last minute and were so glad we did! The condo was clean, comfortable, and very nice! Great view of the water! The kitchen was very nice and included everything you may need- even a keurig! The blackout blinds were a nice touch for the bedroom as well. The outdoor pool was out of service but we were fine with that since we spent everyday at the beach! We can’t wait to come back!!

This place was amazing! The view was breathtaking, the amenities were astounding, the fully stocked kitchen made cooking and saving money a breeze, and the provided beach equipment made the biggest difference in our stay. A beautiful condo that’s perfectly located close enough to everything we wanted to visit. The one time I had a question, the owners responded immediately. Already saving money to come back next year!

Wonderful condo on the beach. Perfect size for two people. Kitchen was updated and remodeled, very nice. Only thing this place needed is an updated bathtub and bath area. Everything else was great and would recommend to friends. We would definitely rent it again in the future.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked it for a quiet weekend getaway and was not disappointed. The room had been completely remodeled perfectly. The complex was quiet and not very crowded. Master bath leaves a little to be desired but not a deal breaker. We plan to try and book the same unit next year.

We had such a great, restful week. The condo was so convenient for our family with the private beach access and we loved the indoor pool. The condo was furnished with comfortable furniture and we slept so well in the comfy bed. This became our new vacation spot. See ya next year!

Check in was a breeze, unit was perfect for our family of four. Very nicely decorated and clean. Unit looked just as pics posted. Location was nice right between Pensacola and Orange Beach. Would def stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is beautifully decorated, with a nice, modern feel. The rental company could not have been better or more attentive! I accidentally broke the coffeemaker carafe, and even though it was Sunday morning, they delivered a new coffeemaker to me, no charge! The only downside to the unit is the wifi is really slow, especially in the living room. So streaming movies is difficult. But the TVs are very nice. Will stay again!

We stayed at this condo for 5 nights in Perdido key. The condo was refreshingly in order with all the aminities needed for our stay. The furnishings and decorating was extremely tastful and well done. Restrooms were clean and well furnished. Kitchen was well furninshed with great appliances, cups, silverware, plateware and cooking equipment. The bed was comfortable and bedroom was well furnished. We so enjoyed the view from the balcony and enjoyed the sunrise and having coffee on the outdoor furnishings.

My husband and I rented this condo for a 4 night stay. We have stayed in this area 3 other times and have always stayed down on Orange Beach in Alabama. We will now be returning to Perdido Key, and likely Perdido Sun for our next visit. The condo was clean, with all updated features. Kitchen was stocked with silverware, cups, mugs, and anything else we needed. Plenty of towels stocked, especially for a pair. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the balcony was amazing (we saw dolphins 3 mornings in a row) and renting a beach chair and umbrella for our stay was super easy and the people were friendly. We would definitely recommend booking with Perdido Sun!!

I had a great 4 night stay in this condo. It was my first trip to the area, after always going to the east coast. The unit appeared to be newly renovated and was beautiful inside. It was just as it appears in the photographs. The unit was quiet, clean, and well maintained. It had uncommonly nice furnishings for a beach condo and a great view! I would definitely recommend this condo and the rental service to family and friends. I hope to go back sometime myself. The overall property was nice as well, with indoor/outdoors pools, multiple beach access points, white sand, and clear/green water. Very nice!

My husband and I really enjoy Perdido Key and this particular condo complex. We have stayed in the complex before, but not this condo. Thus far this is my favorite condo in the complex. What a relaxing place to stay. The condo is so clean and decorated well. There were plenty of towels and wash rages provided for our 3 night stay. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, etc. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend this condo.
