My only complaints is no bathtub just a shower. The main complaint was a concrete wall on your balcony not an easy view of the beach!

The stay was wonderful and the temperature/weather was perfect. The only downside was the seaweed on the beach and in the water for swimming. A 4AM fire alarm on the morning we had to leave.

Loved all the decor in the condo, very well done. The condo was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We have stayed at Perdido Sun for 4 vacations and this was our favorite place. Great communication with host, especially on day of arrival when you need it! We are not fans of all the different key codes needed around the property. It’s hard enough to remember the door code, let alone one for the lobby, and a different one to exit and enter the beach. I understand for security reasons, but sure would be nice if the code you were given worked throughout the property. Once again, the Jellyfish restaurant across the street did not disappoint! Love having the little plaza across the street. Another great amenity that has been added to the Perdido Sun is being able to purchase ice at the resort, great idea! We were disappointed with the complete covering of the beachfront with all the rental chairs and umbrellas. We had not experienced that on our past trips here. 6:30 am and the entire beachfront is covered. We really enjoyed the patio furniture in this unit, it was very nice and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful and always clean. If you haven’t experienced “The Perdido Chill “ you should, it’s real!

The property was as advertised and a great way to enjoy Spring Break and the Gulf of Mexico. We had a sink issue that was fixed immediately upon calling. The hot tub went down mid-week, but things like that happen. I would stay here again.

The view is absolutley georgeous! The condo itself was clean and neat. No complaints only suggestions. The couch in the condo pulls out into a bed. However, the top part of the bed where one would lay their head kept collpsing causing you to have to lay sideways to sleep. It is not the most comfortable situation. Also, we tried to use the television in both the den area and bedroom. Both could not keep a signal. I still give the room and cleanliness a freat rating!

While the building itself is dated, this unit was not. Simply decorated and furnished, not overdone as some can be. Perfect for 2 adults. Kitchen had all we needed for cooking. Bed was comfortable. Communication with property manager was excellent. Highly recommend staying here and would stay again if we have the opportunity

Others great. The tub wasn’t spotless. It had some minor mildew in the grout, but overall, a great experience!! Perhaps a laundry basket in the main bathroom would help with disposing wet towel. Just a suggestion. The Roman shades in the master lacked in privacy from the sides. Someone outside could peer in through the sides if so desired. Made me a little uncomfortable getting dressed with lights on. Perhaps block out sheers hanging to the sides could eliminate that issue. Thanks for a nice stay. We had a great time at this location. We were practically the only ones in the condo units never having to share or wait for an elevator. It rained most of the time we were there so we had a wonderful time just relaxing reading and listening to the ocean waves and thunderstorms. Highly recommend… Will definitely go again !

Our family vacation was great! My little boy just started walking and had so much fun at the beach even though he could hardly walk in the sand. The resort made it easy for us parents with the indoor and outdoor pool. And easy to access the beach with our wagon with two different access points with one just being a ramp and not stairs. There was complimentary soaps and shampoos, but what was great was the complimentary dish soap/scrubber and dish detergent. There was also laundry detergent which I was not planning on using but it came in handy when my little guy had an accident during the night. I just had to use the coin laundry downstairs which was easy to access and the condo had a laundry basket too! The place was very clean but the bedroom was a little small. It was doable for our little family. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay right after Thanksgiving was wonderful! The condo was exactly as described. The pictures did not do justice to the lovely updated condo. Everything was perfect (even the winter weather!) Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with LCV! Highly recommended!
