The place was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, even a fondue pot, which my kids loved. We love staying at Perdido Sun and have for many years. This particular condo was very nice and updated. Luxury Coastal was very easy to work with, very responsive and handled everything with care. We plan to book again with them and possibly even this particular condo. The extended balcony was very nice and you could capture beautiful sunsets!

We loved our stay! The balcony put this place on a different level! Being able to sit out under the stars and watch the moon on the water at night was one of my favorite things to do. The only suggestion my husband would have is maybe think about swapping the barrel swivel chairs for a couple of recliners. ☺️

Overall great place to stay. My only issue is that you may want to have the couch and chairs cleaned or even replaced. Otherwise, fabulous condo!!!!

Our unit had a very nice and large master bed/bath area. This corner unit had great views in several directions and the balcony was huge! The kitchen was very well-stocked with newer looking kitchen items. I liked the extra space available where the laundry was for storing some items since the kitchen wasn't really large. The first morning we woke up, we discovered the coffee maker wouldn't hold water. I called to report that and within 10 minutes a new one was delivered. This unit is at the end of the corridor and felt private. Some in our party had to use the sofa bed, but like most, it wasn't very comfortable, so we went the first night and bought a mattress topper. The master bed was really comfortable and very dark with the blackout curtains. I would stay in this unit again.

We spent a week here and we loved every minute of it. We enjoyed being able to walk out the first floor to the beach, and while our 3 year old was taking a nap still getting sun on the spacious balcony. It was perfect for our little family beach vacation. Great location and quiet. We would highly recommend!

We have been staying in Perdido Sun condos for many, many years. All units we have stayed in have been great! BUT, unit 916 is extra! The additional balcony is amazing and has breathtaking sunset views. The kitchen in this unit is the best by far of all the units we have stayed in. We will definitely be renting this unit again! The perfect location for us! Right on the beach, easy access to everything but far enough away from the bigger crowds which is exactly what you want with young children. There is Publix just a couple of minutes away, and lots of good places to eat. I would recommend the Crab Trab and Big Mike's Steakhouse. The Balcony was great, lots of space both shaded and sunny, with plenty of seating and a couple of sunbeds. A fully equipped kitchen made our stay easy, including a washer and dryer. The only thing I would recommend adding is a kettle! (us Brits like our tea!) but I really can't fault the apartment at all!
We had one small issue, the battery had failed in the keyless entry pad, but a couple of texts and they came and fixed it straight away. Very responsive! Really helpful, can't fault the service at all.

Perfect location. Walked almost everywhere. Across the street to shops and great restaurants. The beach was pristine. You won't find a better balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. I booked this during the omicron rage so got an amazing deal. It was amazing, but not sure if I would pay full price.

We love staying at Perdido Sun and had a great time during our stay this year. However, the living room furniture was quite dirty, in fact we covered the couch with a bedspread and put towels on the chairs it was so bad. The drapes were really dirty also. We even saw a couple of roaches the day before we left and the washer and dryer should be replaced. The cleaning people, however, had done a very good job and this will not keep us from staying at Perdido Sun in the future. We are not usually complainers but thought these problems should be pointed out.

Very clean, well-stocked unit. Check-in was seamless and condo staff very pleasant. Very convenient to restaurants and attractions. The deck is outstanding with both sun and shade. Would certainly stay here again.

Easily the best thing about this condo is the large balcony. It looks directly on the beach and also has an uncovered area for looking at the sky or getting sun. The unit is a bit smaller than the pictures would show, but fully stocked and in excellent shape. I will definitely stay here again.

The Perdido Sun condominium was excellent. Clean, good décor, kitchen stocked well with cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. The Perdido Key beach is wonderful. I recommend both the condominium and area for families and singles as well. Great time.

The pictures online really don't do the condo justice...it's beautiful! We didn't realize how big the patio was but were thrilled to have our own slice of heaven on the 9th floor for morning coffee, afternoon relaxing and evening wine chillin' time! I would say you have at least a 220 degree view from the south wrapping around the west/northwest...it was breathtaking. The interior had been recently refurbished with many modern touches you would see on HGTV. The furniture was perfect for that beach environment and made you feel at home. Great utility room area not found in most 2 bedroom condos which was very helpful for storing miscellaneous beach items, clothes and ice chests/food. All in all it's good to know that floors 1-8 of this building have 3 bedroom units in this position....when they got to the 9th floor they eliminated the 3rd bedroom giving you a huge patio and more space...it was wonderful! Thanks to the owners for all the comfy furniture and upgraded TV/DVD units in each room also. So many units stop before giving you that last piece of entertainment in a quality manner. 4 stars on this one and we WILL be back!

We LOVE Perdido Sun....especially this Unit 916! The balcony is amazing and the added lounge chairs totally make it even more fabulous! This unit is updated, immaculate, spacious, and has incredible views. Luxury Coastal Vacations is a dream to deal with. I never worry about a thing when I've booked through them. They make sure our vacation is truly a vacation without worry! :-)

My daughter granddaughter, grandson and his girlfriend and myself needed a getaway. My granddaughter did the shopping for the right place. When she saw the deck and the view of the ocean and crystal white sand we were sold. Very nice and clean condo. Everyone was so accommodating. Will be going back as soon as we can work it out.

This condo was perfect for our Christmas getaway. We’ve been coming to Perdido Key for over 20 years and this is the first time to stay at Perdido Sun. We absolutely loved it. The huge deck was our favorite thing but everything about it was wonderful from the well stocked kitchen to the extra blankets that were perfect to use while spending our evenings on the deck. The beds were comfortable and everyone we encountered there was friendly and helpful. Perdido Bay seafood is our favorite place to go for a perfect meal on the deck, great fresh selection and family owned and operated, they will steam your shrimp for you and they have some awesome dips and homemade pies. We will definitely be back to stay again here, hopefully soon.

The balcony is huge directly on the beach. You can hear the surf. You can see the ocean from the kitchen, living room and master.
The apartment has been updated and the furniture cute and comfy. Fast WiFi. King bed and updated on suite bath. 2nd bedroom and bath are nice too.
Indoor pool. Outdoor pool and hot tub. Walk out the pool area boardwalk and your toes are in the sand.
Close to restaurants and things to do.
Great condo.

We had a fabulous stay. Not only was our unit clean but all condo facilities were. Comfortable beds!! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty extra blankets, pillows for bedroom etc. We loved this beautifully decorated condo and had the best time. We had a couple chilly days and the kids loved the indoor pool. We stayed in this unit several years ago and loved the balcony but thought it was time for an update inside. WELLLL they have updated and this condo is beautiful!!! We have been staying at different condos at Perdido Sun for about 15 years and this has become my favorite. The renting process was easy, they sent lots of communication and let us know all details before we arrived and were very helpful. Looking forward to our next visit!

When we saw the place we fell in love with the balcony too….but knew if we were to purchase it we would need to give it some “TLC”. We had a vision for the update but our contractor and team brought it to life. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the remodel and come back and stay with us again!

The layout in kitchen was tight. No more than 1 cook at a time. Our guests thought the twin beds were uncomfortable. Loved the oversized deck. We have stayed at the Perdido Sun several times and return because of the facilities.

I loved the location of this complex as it is in the quieter Perdido Key area and away from the more touristy Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Close to the Gulf Islands National Seashore park and only 20 minutes to the Blue Angels practice and Naval Museum. The huge balcony was awesome and we spent every morning and evening out there. I do wish there was a little more color in the unit itself. All the walls are a stark white and could have used a nice warm paint color to soften things. Also, in the second bedroom there is an exit door to the exterior breezeway. The only lock on this door was on the door handle. I would have liked to see a deadbolt or even a hotel-style chain lock on this door as my 2 young sons slept in there.

After a disappointing experience at Perdido Sun last year in a different unit that was dirty, we came across this listing and decided to try again because we truly love staying at Perdido Sun. We are so glad we did! This particular unit was perfect --- clean, cute, well furnished kitchen with everything we needed, and an amazing balcony. We hope to stay in this unit over and over again. LOVED it.

The beds were comfortable. This condo had everything we needed. The only drawback for us was we would have liked to have a small chest for our clothes. The closet organizer was nice but we would have liked to put our clothes away and not just on a shelf. But we managed so we still give it 5 stars. The balcony was the best feature! We loved it. We would return to this condo!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about our ‘little piece of paradise’! We are in the process of adding a chest for the master bedroom, and we appreciate your input! We love to sit out on the patio and grill and watch the sunset and/or dolphins off the coast…happy to hear you enjoyed it too. We hope you'll come back again soon!

The condo is fantastic, the patio is awesome, decor is tasteful and delightful. And the management staff are fantastic. Will definitely be staying here again.

The rental was very clean and very well appointed, check in was quick and easy, staff in the rental office were kind and courteous, facility was right on the beach parking was good, we were also across the street from a great restaurant I forget the name but its directly across the street from the beach resort. anyway I loved my stay!!!!!! We will definitely come back
