We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The condo was awesome, clean, well furnished. We loved the huge deck!

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Perdido Sun and we always have a great time! We loved the extra large balcony, we had great views of the sunsets! This year there was only one functional elevator which made wait times longer than normal. The 2 chairs in the living room were worn and needs updating and a kureg coffee maker would be a nice addition to the kitchen.

This was the perfect place. Middle of summer and no long elevator waits, super clean room, beach wasn't too crowded. Everything was perfect. Would stay again.

First this condo has larger balcony that gives you a great view of sunsets. This was 2nd time we have been to Perdido Sun and we will be coming back again in September. Everything was great except the refrigerator was not cooling. They did get fixed the next day. The stove also had issues with 2 burners that would go to high at random times. Made it very hard to cook. Other than that cool was excellent and centrally located to Publix and fresh seafood place.

Super easy to find and right on the beach. Didn't use the pools but there are 2 and a hot tub. Great shopping and restaurant directly across the street with many more walkable or a couple min drive. The only thing we couldn't find was keys to the beach gear storage butwe just bought a few essentials and made it work. Perdido Key was fantastic and much more family friendly than Pensacola beach and just as beautiful as Destin.

The place was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, even a fondue pot, which my kids loved. We love staying at Perdido Sun and have for many years. This particular condo was very nice and updated. Luxury Coastal was very easy to work with, very responsive and handled everything with care. We plan to book again with them and possibly even this particular condo. The extended balcony was very nice and you could capture beautiful sunsets!

We loved our stay! The balcony put this place on a different level! Being able to sit out under the stars and watch the moon on the water at night was one of my favorite things to do. The only suggestion my husband would have is maybe think about swapping the barrel swivel chairs for a couple of recliners. ☺️ We loved our week there!

Our unit had a very nice and large master bed/bath area. This corner unit had great views in several directions and the balcony was huge! The kitchen was very well-stocked with newer looking kitchen items. I liked the extra space available where the laundry was for storing some items since the kitchen wasn't really large. The first morning we woke up, we discovered the coffee maker wouldn't hold water. I called to report that and within 10 minutes a new one was delivered. This unit is at the end of the corridor and felt private. Some in our party had to use the sofa bed, but like most, it wasn't very comfortable, so we went the first night and bought a mattress topper. The master bed was really comfortable and very dark with the blackout curtains. I would stay in this unit again.

We spent a week here and we loved every minute of it. We enjoyed being able to walk out the first floor to the beach, and while our 3 year old was taking a nap still getting sun on the spacious balcony. It was perfect for our little family beach vacation. Great location and quiet. We would highly recommend!

We have been staying in Perdido Sun condos for many, many years. All units we have stayed in have been great! BUT, unit 916 is extra! The additional balcony is amazing and has breathtaking sunset views. The kitchen in this unit is the best by far of all the units we have stayed in. We will definitely be renting this unit again! The Perdido Sun condominium was excellent. Clean, good décor, kitchen stocked well with cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. The Perdido Key beach is wonderful. I recommend both the condominium and area for families and singles as well. Great time.

The pictures online really don't do the condo justice...it's beautiful! We didn't realize how big the patio was but were thrilled to have our own slice of heaven on the 9th floor for morning coffee, afternoon relaxing and evening wine chillin' time! I would say you have at least a 220 degree view from the south wrapping around the west/northwest...it was breathtaking. The interior had been recently refurbished with many modern touches you would see on HGTV. The furniture was perfect for that beach environment and made you feel at home. Great utility room area not found in most 2 bedroom condos which was very helpful for storing miscellaneous beach items, clothes and ice chests/food. All in all it's good to know that floors 1-8 of this building have 3 bedroom units in this position....when they got to the 9th floor they eliminated the 3rd bedroom giving you a huge patio and more space...it was wonderful! Thanks to the owners for all the comfy furniture and upgraded TV/DVD units in each room also. So many units stop before giving you that last piece of entertainment in a quality manner. 4 stars on this one and we WILL be back!

We LOVE Perdido Sun....especially this Unit 916! The balcony is amazing and the added lounge chairs totally make it even more fabulous! This unit is updated, immaculate, spacious, and has incredible views. Luxury Coastal Vacations is a dream to deal with. I never worry about a thing when I've booked through them. They make sure our vacation is truly a vacation without worry! :-)
