We had three families vacationing together. The space was perfect, the location was phenomenal for the area and you walk

The property is exactly what you see in the pictures. The bedrooms are amazing and are a great size. We had adults and children and had plenty of room for everyone. The property itself was under construction but we knew it may be and it wasn’t bad at all.

Location was perfect to get right on the beach or pool. Right across the street from a clean gas station to run across for quick items. The 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were perfect for our group of 2 adults and 5 teenagers. Had a minor issue checking in and someone from the number listed answered my call and walked us through to get in.

Great stay in a great condo!

The 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo was perfect for our group of 3 couples. 2 masters facing the water was exactly what we were looking for! The kitchen was well suited for all of our cooking (we cooked every meal there all week long), and the large pantry to store what we had brought was very convenient. The living room had enough seating for all of us, as well. The only things for potential renters to be aware of about this condo: all the bedrooms are upstairs (no problem for us, but it would be if you had someone who couldn't climb stairs), and the balconies are small and don't get much shade (I usually spend a lot of time on the balcony on my beach trips, but these weren't super conducive for lack of shade)--but the ideal bedroom situation easily overcame that for us on this trip. We highly recommend this condo and found the management company great to deal with!

We will absolutely be back! We had an amazing stay. The space is well furnished, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking equipment - which is perfect if you plan on cooking a lot of meals at home like we did. Hosts are super responsive and made checking in and out very easy. Definitely stay here if you want a hassle-free beach weekend.

Overall great place to stay

Loved the quiet, uncrowded beach and spacious condo. My family enjoyed our trip and look forward to returning to the area. A few takeaways: - If the fitness center is important to you, it consists of a few pieces of cardio equipment in the middle of the property office. Probably not a priority for most people but it was important to a couple of people in my family. We can see why pictures of the “fitness center” weren’t included in the gallery. - Beach service is available but you have to walk over to the west tower for the comfortable chairs. They only rent the uncomfortable wooden chairs in front of the east tower. - Don’t get too excited when they say they’ll text if the condo is available early. I communicated that I was arriving on an early flight but didn’t receive the ok to check in until 3:55. I understand check-in is subject to housekeeping but there didn’t appear to be an attempt to accommodate us. Overall a great place to stay with just a few limitations.

Great location! Easy to find and smooth check in/check out. We loved the relaxing feel and the decor contributed to a very peaceful environment. Kitchen had everything we needed and the description of supplies was exactly as described. Clean pool and surrounding grounds. Easy access to the beach.

Almost perfect

The condo was very nice, comfortable, and spacious. The distance to restaurants and shops was perfect. The beach was very low traffic for spring break and family friendly. The only downside was that there were strong rip tides while we were there and the pool was not usable for some “unexpected issue”. So swimming was very limited. We understand these things happen. But it was still disappointing. Overall a great place to vacation.

Although the codes they gave us to get in were wrong they people working there helped us figure them out and we were able to get in easily after that. The host responded quickly when we needed help and the house was amazing. It was just as shown in the pictures and my family and i really enjoyed our vacation.

Great location and excellent communication

We really enjoyed the condo. It was spacious and had everything we needed, even for cooking. It was centrally located to all the places we desired to go, and due to it being a smaller building it wasn’t overcrowded. The property also seemed to be maintained very well and the on-site staff was friendly. The condo was clean when we arrived and well stocked. Check in/out was a breeze and the management company has communication down to a science.
