Things to Note
* Please note: Perdido Towers is currently undergoing a painting and window replacement project. The project currently does not have an estimated time of completion as they near the end of the project, though work is weather permitting. Scaffolding will be erected on the buildings and construction noise is to be expected. They are all finished on the Gulf-facing side, so balconies on that side are open as normal. They are on the northside of the building at this time.
PLEASE NOTE: Perdido Towers does not allow the use of tents or canopies on the beach.
*Boat Slips are available on a first come, first serve basis.
*Guests must provide Perdido Towers front desk with proof of Registration and Insurance.

Staying here was a great choice! The first floor was perfect since it is townhome style. Great view from downstairs and upstairs. Very SPACIOUS overall. The condo being right where the pool is was actually ideal. The walk to the beach is very short compared to most places. Great private beach area for a perfect spot. We will return every year.
