The property is undoubtedly the cleanest unit we have ever stayed at. It tastefully decorated and we appreciated no unnecessary clutter. Bathrooms are small but functional. The view from the master and balcony is amazing. Only off-thing was a foam toilet seat in the guest bath. My kids found it awkward and uncomfortable.

I took my 18 year old daughter for a spring break girls trip. The condo was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful. I loved that the area was not in the hustle and bustle of orange beach/gulf shores, but was close enough that it was only a short drive to many restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping and entertainment. The condominium was secure, clean and quiet! I loved the fact that the elevators only serviced two units per floor. No loud teenagers running up and down the hallways with that being the case. The condo unit itself had the most beautiful view of the beach and ocean. It was very clean and well decorated. Everything you needed for the kitchen was supplied. All questions were answered quickly and efficiently. The pool was clean and not crowded. Will definitely be back next year!! A great spot to take a family! Breathtaking views. Quick access to everything you need.

There was no wifi for the entirety of our stay with no attempt to rectify. My husband had a work conference last Friday and was unable to do so because of an alleged outage. we had friends in the same building with Cox wifi that had no issues. Weather was poor one day of our stay. Also, there were no toiletries such as shampoo etc. provided in the twin bathroom as it was advertised. Not having wifi was a huge disappointment with no one from management seeming to care or attempt to assist.

This property was pleasingly cozy, very clean, attractive, serene with unforgettable ceiling to floor window views. We enjoyed waking up to the panoramic beach front view from the master bedroom. My husband and I booked this condo last minute for our babymoon last year. Even though the weather didn't cooperate our entire stay, we had remnants of hurricane Patricia that week, the condo was so relaxing and the view was so to die for-especially from the master bedroom. Since we were so happy with our accommodations we honestly still enjoyed ourselves! The condo far exceeded our expectations and we look forward to coming again this year with our baby daughter! Ideal for families-heated pool, quiet beach &wonderful families who own there we met throughout our stay. Everyone at Luxury Coastal Vacation staff were a dream to work with and literally told us to call them if the knives weren't sharp enough. The only thing we had to call them for was to extend our stay for an additional day!!!

Loved the decor, kitchen had everything we needed, and bed was super comfortable. Loved the floor to ceiling windows in bedroom-able to wake up to view of beach. Plenty of extra pillows and towels. The condo was perfect for us. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. The kitchen is very well stocked. We've stayed in many condos before that could not boast of real cleanliness. This one could! We had an issue with the internet, but when we called the management, it was repaired immediately. You can't ask for better than that! The view is wonderful and the bed (we only used the master) was very comfortable. You could not go wrong with this unit! In addition, we had PERFECT weather!! I truly enjoyed staying at Perdido Towers #403. The beach was a great walking beach, soft sand. This unit was wonderful. The master king bed was very comfortable. The unit was set up great, each bedroom had a bathroom and they were on opposite ends of the condo for privacy. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook, we chose to eat out most of the time. A few nice places to eat - The Fisherman's Corner (not fancy) but very good food. Sunset Grille on the water. There is also a good Mexican restaurant close. This area is not built up so it is very quiet. If you want that, you might have to go into Pensacola or into Alabama. I would strongly suggest stopping in the visitors center - they have many brochures for things to do. Also, maps of the area.

I can't say enough about this property! Great location, great beach area, great pool. Sense of security also which is important. The actually unit is stocked with all kitchen items which makes it nice to do a few meals instead of going out for every meal. Also the communication was constant throughout our stay. Highly recommend this unit!

This is a well priced, well placed, waterfront condo with easy access to the beach and beautiful views. They are very generous with towels. Very comfortable. Some things for the owner/management to attend to: sliding door in master bedroom keeps coming off the track; having more hangers in the second bedroom would be good - there are only 10; there are pictures on the kitchen cabinets that do not match the contents.

Nicely done 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Each building has 4 elevators so no crowded waits for a lift. The site is very secure with pass code gates/doors protecting the environment. The cable tvs (in every room) worked fine and the wi fi was strong and steady. The furnishings were fresh and not worn. Would stay again and recommend to others.

This is the second time I have stayed in this unit so that should speak to its quality, location, etc. Minor issue with an appliance and it was addressed within an hour. Plenty of room for a group of four. Quiet location with no crowds.

Our unit was spotless and included all the comforts of home. We were there over a busy summer holiday, but it was quiet inside and there was room to spread out on the beach. The grounds were well-kept and the pool was lovely! We'll be back!

This was our second time staying in this condo and we would stay here again. This building is relatively small and therefore the pool and beachfront are never too crowded. Condo had everything we needed - plenty of towels, lots of kitchen supplies, etc.

We had a wonderful stay in this large, very comfortable condo on the beach. We especially loved the balcony and the spacious master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows facing the water. The location was perfect for us - we prefer a quieter town - but still close to shopping and restaurants. Perdido Key is a great area and we loved the white sandy beaches. Really lovely. Only small complaint was with the king bed. Although a very comfortable mattress, for some reason the fitted sheet kept bunching on top of the mattress. We even had the sheets changed but the new ones did the same thing. However, would definitely rent this unit again.

This property is great. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. Furnishings in the unit as well as the décor were impressive. Pool is kept very clean as is the entire complex. Only issue is more signage is needed for elevators as it took much time to fine the correct one.

Everything was exactly as described. The rooms looked just like the pictures on the website. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Perdido Key is an excellent vacation spot with no crowds and a beautiful beach. It is close to Pensacola and Gulf Shores, so there is plenty of shopping and exciting things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Perdido Towers and the unit was great. Entire condo has been updated and looks like new on the inside. We've stayed at several different properties from Gulf Shores to Destin and I think I might like Perdido Key most of all. Beaches are not nearly as crowded as other areas and parking was never a problem in front of property. It's also close enough to run to Orange Beach for shopping or dining, however, Perdido Key has plenty of great dining spots within minutes of the condo. We will be staying at Perdido Towers again.

I almost didn't write this review because I don't want the crowds to start flocking to Perdido Key. Great location, great unit. No complaints at all, and the management group did a great job addressing a couple of really minor issues. You will have to drive to go to anywhere other than the Crab Trap or Tom Thumb, but that's the price to be paid for fewer crowds.

Beautifully appointed. In a perfect location pool clean. Unit 403 was our favorite of many stays on Perdido. Flora Bama Yacht Club just down the road great food and drink with pretty sunsets. Try the Ole River Bar too.

stayed here in may, staying again in august. found new home on the beach. the only way the view could get any better would be to stand in the gulf. floor to ceiling windows in the bed room. fantastic view! great service very clean room could not ask for anything better

My family of 4 stayed in the Perdido Towers in this unit for 5 nights and LOVED it! First of all the grounds of Perdido Towers are well taken care of. The property is clean and the tress and foliage are very pretty. The pool is nice. It's nothing extra special, but my kids (ages 5 & 8) loved the deep end and it was always kept clean with plenty of chairs/tables. The walkway over to the beach is so easy and I was very impressed with all the security on the grounds. I also liked that we never had to wait on an elevator and there were always carts for moving in/out and big grocery trips. The only thing we missed were outdoor grills. Really think they should add some around the pool area. Now the bragging part! Our unit was BEAUTIFUL!! This two bedroom/two bath is updated and very comfortable for a family of four. (realistically you could be comfortable with 5 in this unit) I loved all the storage in the bedrooms so you could totally unpack and relax. The master bedroom is large with floor to ceiling windows for a wonderful view of the ocean right when you wake up. The master bath is nice with plenty of towels and I really enjoyed the walk in shower w/ shower seat. The den and balcony are comfortable with amazing views of the beach/ocean. The kitchen and the dining have anything you would need to make a nice meal (which we did) and I loved all the dimmer lights for this area too. The kids loved their twin beds with adjoining bath and also having their own tv. It was also nice to have full sized washer/dryer in the unit. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit to friends and family. This was our first time to PK (we usually go to Destin) and I think we found our new beach destination! Same beautiful, white sandy beaches but MUCH less crowded. Restaurants, shopping, activities for kids, etc. are a close drive and overall it has a much relaxed, less rushed feel than Destin. Thanks PK for all the memories!

Extremely well equipped kitchen and large dining table. Living room and bedrooms beautifully and very comfortably furnished. More linens and towels than we've ever had in any place we've ever stayed. AND the best ever oceanfront view from the balcony and master bedroom. Great beach access and beautiful swimming pool. Would highly recommend this rental to everyone. And hope we have the opportunity to go there again someday.

Our family rented this condo for the week of July 4th, excellent choice. The condo is beautiful with every amenity you need for an enjoyable stay. The security that Perdido Towers offers is top notch. We never had to wait on an elevator, the beach was not crowded, nor was the parking lot. The rental agency provided us excellent service before, during and after our stay, we will definately use them to book our summer vacation next year.
