** PLEASE NOTE: Perdido Towers is undergoing an exterior improvement project from March 17 to mid-October 2025 (weather permitting). Here’s what to expect:

• Obstructed views due to tarps/scaffolding
• Sealing and caulking around windows
• Stucco and exterior coating work
• Noise from grinding/chipping
• Intermittent balcony closures (furniture will be moved inside)
• Safety barriers and signage throughout the property

No pets or smoking are allowed. There is an age requirement of 25 and up to rent.

Directly across the street from the condo is a Cumberland Farms convenience store which offers a variety of quick eats, groceries, liquor, supplies and beach items.
