Perdido Towers is a great place to stay. It is on the beach and close to everything. The pool area was always clean as well as the entrances into the building. I would stay here again. The beach was not crowded at all. It was perfect. Make sure and bring your beach towels and enjoy the view.

This was an excellent selection for the Pensacola/Perdido Key/Orange Beach location. The Condo offers a private floor for the unit itself, the pool area is very accommodating for family/multiple party reservations, and their beach access offers a short walk to the water and complimentary beach chairs left by previous guests. Florabama is a 10 minute walk as well!

I visited Perdido Key with my husband, 2 kids and 2 of their friends. We had a blast and our condo was wonderful. Perdido Key Towers 801 is just as pictured. There is plenty of room for all of us to have our own space but also come together for games at the end of the day. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Amazing job by Luxury Coastal Vacation. Every detail was handled with courtesy, professionalism, kindness and joy. I reached out 3 times for silly stuff and they were great. Our condo could have been cleaner, floors need a serious scrubbing and cabinets were sticky, but overall a beautiful place. Owners have done great job supplying all you need. This condo was perfect for us. We were three ladies so we each had a bedroom and bathroom. It was clean and comfortable. Spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony overlooking the beach. It is a small balcony and only holds three chairs but it was perfect for us. The pool was lovely and the beach had chair service, which was nice to have. The only thing was the sofa really needs replacing as it sinks down but we never sat to watch tv so it did not really matter. I would stay here again, for sure. Highly recommend.

AMAZING! What a great location right in Perdido Key on a beautiful beach. The 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is really well stocked and offered incredible views. Getting to sit on the patio and just watch the waves roll in was so beautiful. The kitchen was excellent and the condo's location was the perfect staging point for dinners in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola. The workout facilities are pretty non-existent, but the pool is great to cool off in after a daily visit to the white sand beaches. The hosts, Luxury Coastal, were just as good. We had several questions and we thought we needed help with a maintenance item and they communicated almost immediately all throughout the vacation. We even received a follow up text on a Sunday morning ensuring we were ok and if we needed anything. What a great place, we'll absolutely return!

We loved this condo. It was clean and fully stocked, with everything we could possibly need. Not to mention the beautiful view of the beach. That floor to ceiling window was an awesome view, and one my favorite things about this condo. The location was very good. The beach was not crowded. Plenty of space on the beach. The security of the building made you feel safe. You had to have a code to even enter the building. I felt safe the hole time. A great place to stay. We will definitely book again.

The condo was very nice. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed the spacious layout. The sugar white sand beach was quiet and relaxing. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The location was also convenient for dining, shopping and activities. We had a wonderful time!

Condo was exactly as shown/described. Plenty of space and beautiful views from living room and bedroom. Full sized washer and dryer was nice! Condo was clean and well stocked. Never had to wait on the elevator. Loved the security of the buildings and pool/beach access. We did not have to contact anyone during our stay, but did see staff on the grounds daily. Would definitely recommend this place to family & friends.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time. The views of the gulf from the living room were awesome. Great location and nice layout.

The view through the living room floor-to-ceiling windows is fantastic. It was the reason we booked the condo. We have never stayed in Perdido Key. We usually stay on Pensacola or Navarre Beach, but when we saw the view this condo provided and the price, we felt we had to go there this year. We are an older couple who spend more time looking at the beach then we do on the beach, so views are more important to us than access. However, the access is a simple process and takes only one or two minutes from the time you step out of the condo and step onto the beach. We stayed here in early November and rarely did we wait for the elevator. Only once or twice did we ride the elevator with another party during the week we were there. The elevator door is less than three feet from the condo front door, but no one ever got on or off the eighth floor with us. The parking lot is probably ten yards from the elevator door, so we had very quick access to our car. The amount of space is incredible. The living room is huge, at least compared to our one at home. The kitchen is roomy and has the same views as the living room. The MBR is big enough and has the same floor-to-ceiling windows that the living room has. The balcony was comfortable, but not big. The washer and dryer came in real handy. We would stay in this condo again.

We WILL stay again. The property is beautiful as well as the view. The condo is inviting and comfortable. Easy access to all amenities. Setup is great, all beds very comfortable and everything was very clean. No COVID worries.
