Perdido Towers East 801

The location is great and the views are beautiful. The condo's floors were not as clean as I prefer. There was m & m's under the bed and there was a weird moldy smell when we first got there. (From a wet mop.). There was construction on the balcony on the gulf side, so we were unable to use that during our stay. The unit itself was perfect for our party. It had most amenities that we needed and the kitchen was fully stocked for all the cooking we did during the weekend. The beds are comfortable and the washer and dryer worked well. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice condo, with beautiful view. Comfortable beds and kitchen had all the amenities needed.Elevator area was small and hot. Beach was not crowded but they put the chairs out late and would take them from you at 5pm even if you were still using them.

Perdido Towers is a great place to stay. It is on the beach and close to everything. The pool area was always clean as well as the entrances into the building. I would stay here again. The beach was not crowded at all. It was perfect. Make sure and bring your beach towels and enjoy the view.

This was an excellent selection for the Pensacola/Perdido Key/Orange Beach location. The Condo offers a private floor for the unit itself, the pool area is very accommodating for family/multiple party reservations, and their beach access offers a short walk to the water and complimentary beach chairs left by previous guests. Florabama is a 10 minute walk as well!

I visited Perdido Key with my husband, 2 kids and 2 of their friends. We had a blast and our condo was wonderful. Perdido Key Towers 801 is just as pictured. There is plenty of room for all of us to have our own space but also come together for games at the end of the day. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Amazing job by Luxury Coastal Vacation. Every detail was handled with courtesy, professionalism, kindness and joy. I reached out 3 times for silly stuff and they were great. Our condo could have been cleaner, floors need a serious scrubbing and cabinets were sticky, but overall a beautiful place. Owners have done great job supplying all you need. This condo was perfect for us. We were three ladies so we each had a bedroom and bathroom. It was clean and comfortable. Spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony overlooking the beach. It is a small balcony and only holds three chairs but it was perfect for us. The pool was lovely and the beach had chair service, which was nice to have. The only thing was the sofa really needs replacing as it sinks down but we never sat to watch tv so it did not really matter. I would stay here again, for sure. Highly recommend.

Our family stayed here and it was the perfect size. We loved that each room had an en-suite bathroom, and the living spaces are very spacious with good seating. Note you sacrifice patio space but you trade it with great view for the entire indoor space. Overall we thought the place was perfect for for what we wanted, and communication to replace a default keurig machine went smoothly as well. Our only complaint would be that there was only a single toilet paper , paper towel, and single dish detergent included with the stay, and we had to purchase more just to replenish the place for a week long stay. And there were no beach equipment inside the place. But overall we would stay here again. Unit was clean and well maintained. Kitchen is VERy WELL stocked in terms of pans and dishes.

AMAZING! What a great location right in Perdido Key on a beautiful beach. The 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is really well stocked and offered incredible views. Getting to sit on the patio and just watch the waves roll in was so beautiful. The kitchen was excellent and the condo's location was the perfect staging point for dinners in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola. The workout facilities are pretty non-existent, but the pool is great to cool off in after a daily visit to the white sand beaches. The hosts, Luxury Coastal, were just as good. We even received a follow up text on a Sunday morning ensuring we were ok and if we needed anything. What a great place, we'll absolutely return!

That floor to ceiling window was an awesome view, and one my favorite things about this condo. The location was very good. The beach was not crowded. Plenty of space on the beach. The security of the building made you feel safe. You had to have a code to even enter the building. I felt safe the hole time. A great place to stay. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful ocean views with balcony facing ocean and another facing lagoon. Spacious and ideal for cooking with well stocked cabinets. Must bring your own ground coffee for drip coffeemaker and own spices. Huge toaster oven for frozen pizza or toasting breads. The filtered water from the refrigerator was not working but quick response from management to fix. Minimal toiletries and paper products…so will need to get. The heated pool and easy access to the beach were favorites. Not allowed pool toys or floats in pool, so do not bring. Nice, friendly people and very safe. Would come again😊

This place was perfect for us! I’m in Perdido key 2-3 times a year, and this was my first stay at Perdido towers. The view is spectacular!! Definitely would wanna stay here again! My only suggestion is maybe get a Keurig because we had regular and decaf coffee drinkers, and one of the coffee pots was a little difficult to work, but other than that pretty close to perfect. The view through the living room floor-to-ceiling windows is fantastic. It was the reason we booked the condo. We have never stayed in Perdido Key. We usually stay on Pensacola or Navarre Beach, but when we saw the view this condo provided and the price, we felt we had to go there this year. We are an older couple who spend more time looking at the beach then we do on the beach, so views are more important to us than access. However, the access is a simple process and takes only one or two minutes from the time you step out of the condo and step onto the beach. We stayed here in early November and rarely did we wait for the elevator. Only once or twice did we ride the elevator with another party during the week we were there. The elevator door is less than three feet from the condo front door, but no one ever got on or off the eighth floor with us. The parking lot is probably ten yards from the elevator door, so we had very quick access to our car. The amount of space is incredible. The living room is huge, at least compared to our one at home. The kitchen is roomy and has the same views as the living room. The MBR is big enough and has the same floor-to-ceiling windows that the living room has. The balcony was comfortable, but not big. The washer and dryer came in real handy. We would stay in this condo again.

We loved lay out with the big windows in the living room, panoramic balcony view from inside. Also, the corner unit gave us side windows from the dining area as well as glass doors to balcony so we could see the river and beautiful homes one way and the gulf the other way. And the master bedroom had the same floor to ceiling windows providing that wonderful gulf view again.

We had 2 couples, grandma and a 4 month old. Perfect location for a baby, amazing view from the condo, easy access to private pool and private beach. Not many units in this building so there is plenty of space at the pool and no packed elevators. Would definitely go back!

We loved our stay in this unit. The pictures are exactly how the condo looks in real life. The floor to ceiling windows were amazing. The unit was very quiet and having our own private entrance was ideal. We felt like we were the only people in the entire building. My only recommendations are getting a new washer/dryer combo, especially the dryer (it was very old). And the right laundry door kept coming off track and either needs adjustment or replacement. But those two things are definitely not deal breakers for us. We LOVED this unit! Thank you for letting us stay at your amazing property. We will be returning in the future for sure. Perdido Towers #801 is a lovely unit. It is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The views are unparalleled. Being there in Jan/Feb has advantages and disadvantages. The crowds and traffic are minimal but the weather can be unpredictable. It was a bit cooler than typical but with the wall of windows you can feel like you are outside while remaining cozy inside on those chilly days. On the more moderate days the balcony is great for a cup of coffee and a good book. We saw dolphins almost every day! Would recommend this unit and should we return to that area would definitely stay at Perdido Towers.

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving with family. When we reported a problem with the oven, maintenance was there within minutes. When the appliance repair company had problems fixing it they brought a whole new oven that afternoon so I wouldn’t have issues cooking the turkey. I really appreciated the quick response and care of the management and maintenance teams.

The condo was lovely. Balconies a bit small and 2 king size bedrooms with dated furniture but beds were comfortable and bathrooms were good. Kitchen is well stocked. Living area was large and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was exactly as described. Loved the full size washer and dryer. Beach area was quiet, pool area was clean. We had no issues during the stay and did not have to contact maintenance/owners. Floor to ceiling windows gave amazing views!! Would consider staying here again in the future & have already recommended to our family.

This was a wonderful condo with an awesome view of the ocean. We loved having two balconies with different views and temperatures during the day. There was plenty of space for everyone not to feel crowded with sufficient appliances, dishes and cooking items. I do suggest that the owner invest in updating the patio furniture on both balconies. The chairs were uncomfortable and worn. We will definitely put this unit on our list of rentals to review next year when making vacation plans.

The room is just like the pictures if not better. The floor to ceiling windows are wonderful! We liked the separation of the bedrooms and having a full size washer/dryer. The elevator was for that end of the building only and dropped us right by the door. The condo was very clean and maintained. The property manager is easy to work with and provides detailed info on the property, even an app with the information on your stay. It’s all done ahead so no check in, you can go right to your room. We saw complaints about security but we only saw them one time and were glad to have them. No tents or awnings on the beach in that area so no obstructed views. You can rent beach chairs, wish there were some in the condo to use to avoid that. Love the balconies on both sides of the building. So glad we rented in Perdido Key away from the crowds.

Tastefully appointed, spacious condo with private elevator entrance and unbeatable oceanfront view. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home on vacation. Charlene has thought about nearly everything a vacationer would want/need. It was almost as though a friend had rented out her place to us. Heated pool and gorgeous beach just steps away. Short drive to restaurants, shops, public beaches, etc. Great value for the price! Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Condo 801. This condo is beautiful! Everything about this condo is gorgeous. The furnishings, the cookware, and the view of the Gulf are beyond words. Several times during our stay we saw dolphins popping up in the Gulf and walking the beach was one of our favorite things to do. Restaurants in the area are very good and we tried a number of them. This was our first time in this area of Florida and we are sure to visit again.

We had to delay our vacation to Florida due to Hurricane Irma. We had a hard time finding the right place last minute. However, we were able to instantly confirm this property and make arrangements the night before our check-in date. That was a great thing for us and Luxury Coastal Vacations ended up being very responsive. When we got to the unit we were surprised at how nice and spacious the unit was for a condo. The beach area was very well taken care of and the pool was always clean. I loved that there was decks off of both sides of the condo. Allowing for sunrise views over the gulf and sunset views on bay side. Small detail, but made for great quiet moments on the balconies. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a week stay in February and had a marvelous time! The property was beautiful and we loved the private elevator to our door and the unit was very spacious! Enjoyed the 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths! The kitchen was decently equipped, but the knives are terrible! The fridge, which looked brand new on the outside, was all cracked (plastic) on the inside! The shelves in the door were cracked also. The two kings are showing signs of needing replaced, but were not uncomfortable. The twins were great! Would suggest a drape pull on the master curtains to spare the wear and tear and soiling of the curtains. Will definitely rent this unit again as we are big fans of Perdido Towers!

I would get rid of the fake plants. The view makes up for any scenery you could ever wish for!!! FYI One of the screens in the master bedroom needs fixing but still worked. The views of the ocean are the best!!! The convenience of an elevator and carts to bring things up is a huge plus. We seen plenty of dolphins 🐬 swimming out of the huge floor to ceiling windows. Overall it was a very nice stay. If all the beds had top of the line mattresses I would never want to leave.

Love, love, love this place. Pictures do not do it justice. Four adults three children more than enough room for all. Having three bathrooms was great. The beach was great not crowed at all. Didn't have to wait on the elevator one time. The children loved the boat docks on the bay side the most. Bought a crab trap and a net and had a successful time. Thanks for a great vacation!

This condo was great! Clean and spacious rooms. The ocean view was amazing. The only complaint was the bedrooms on inlet side do not have light blocking curtains, and could hear the traffic. Very private, all gates had codes, as well as doors. The balcony was a little small but still nice for morning coffee. The beds were comfy. We would rent this condo again!

Loved the veiw from 8th floor. Beach was not crowded at all. The condo we stayed in was very clean. Had an awesome veiw from the living room and main bedroom. The other 2 rooms had veiws of the inlet. The only complaint of the corner room was the curtains were not light blocking, therefore, the lights from the street shone through. Other than that it was a very pleasant trip. Would definitely stay here again if possible. All gates and doors need a code so that was nice.

I have not rented at this location before and was concerned after a previous negative review about the condition of the bed in the master bedroom. I contacted the management company about the review. They were very responsive about my concerns and assured me the owners had looked into the issue and that there was not a problem. That was the case, the bed in the master bedroom was fine. In fact, the master bedroom had some windows that could be opened and you were able to sleep to the sound of the ocean overnight. The whole unit was great. The only small disappointment was that the unit was not cleaned and ready for check-in until 5 pm. The management company was truly apologetic, but they should use that energy to make sure the company they use to clean the units get done on time instead of using it to apologize when it doesn't happen.

This condo is by far the best we have ever stayed in! We have been visiting this area for the past 6 years and have stayed at many nice condos, but this one is wonderful! Having 3 full bathrooms attached to every bedroom was a plus! The floor to ceiling windows gave it an amazing view! The beach in this area is not crowded at all. We plan on coming back again next year!!

We've been vacationing on the Gulf for many years and this is by far the best unit we've ever rented. Very well equipped with a stocked kitchen, nice appliances, ice machine, updated bathrooms, etc. And as good as all this was, it still couldn't beat the incredible views. The management company was easy to work with and very proactive in making sure we had a good stay. Only complaint we might have would be the entry lobby and the elevators. The lobby is small and it was a little bit difficult to move around with carts and multiple people. The elevator on this side of the building was having issues the first day but the property management staff had it resolved within 24 hours. Overall, the complex is great because there are not hundreds of units so the beach and pool were never crowded. If we return to Perdido, we will definitely try to get this unit again.
