Apartment was great! Location was great! Parking was great! Loved the location on the beach! It was a short walk to get onto the beach! The pool was very nice! Gas station across the street was super convenient! Luxury Coastal Vacations did a super job of staying in touch with us and accommodating us throughout our entire stay! There was a lot of construction going on which I was aware of when I booked but they didn’t have anyone keeping the sidewalks, the elevator, the pool area or the outdoor carpets swept. They had a main water line break so we were without water for 3 days. The last day the water was out they finally brought in some bottled water for the renters, which was way too late. No umbrella for the BBQ area.

Short story- I booked a different condo before realizing that it was under construction and the pool was closed. My children were so upset! Immediately upon realizing, I called to see if there was anything I could do since it was too late to cancel. We are leaving the next day! I received a message to call the next morning after 8 and someone could help me. The following morning I spoke with a nice lady who was very helpful and able to switch properties for us very quickly. I was so thankful!!! This condo was nice sized and in a good location. This particular room is located by the elevator on the second floor, so getting in and out was a breeze. Access to the beach was easy. Two pools is a plus. No issues with check in. The refrigerator leaked water, but wasn’t a serious problem. I would stay there again! Very appreciate of Luxury Coastal Vacations for saving our vacation at the last minute!

Stay was great! We did have a little issue with the water one day in the condo. It was shut off for repairs but they communicated so well about the issue and the water was back on very quickly. The door code was tricky to get into the main lobby area by the elevator but seemed to work after the first day much better. The washer and dryer could be updated Dryer took a long time to dry Other than that awesome place. Very clean and nice view. Right on the beach. I would definitely stay there again. It was quiet and nice and loved loved it!

The condo was pretty and the view from the king room was beautiful. The best I’ve ever seen from a beach condo. The furniture was comfortable and pretty. The kitchen had everything to accommodate cooking. The only thing that was missing was a table to go with the balcony chairs for eating or setting your morning coffee on. A 10/10!

Great winter stay on the way back home from Christmas. Not many other people on the property so at times we had the beach to ourselves. Favorite feature was floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom. Clean and well appointed apartment in medium sized building. Responsive and friendly host company. We stayed only 2 nights in winter so no chance to use the many amenities but the unit was great and the walks on the beach were unbeatable. Close to great restaurants both ways and the Gulf Island National Seashore park and beach.

This is a great condo in a great spot in Perdido Key. The condo has everything you need and the kitchen too. The views from the condo are unbelievable, especially from the master bedroom. It’s a family friendly unit with easy accessibility to the pool and beach. It’s close to a lot of great restaurants without getting into the orange beach traffic. Sunset grille and oyster bar are some of our favorites. Highly recommend staying in this condo!

Full walls of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water in both the living room and master bedroom is too good to be true. Add the cleanliness factor and ease of checking in and you’ve got it made. Plenty of nice towels and washcloths, which adds to the pluses. The only down side is how sparsely equipped the necessities are: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 trash bag for each trash can, nothing like a disinfectant spray for cleaning up messes, not even any salt or pepper in the condo for cooking! That being said, the view made up for the higher grocery bill.

The condo was perfectly decorated. The wall to wall windows made us fell as if we were on the beach even when we were lounging in our pajamas. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable.

Location was perfect! Condo is facing the ocean, just steps to the beach. September was a perfect time, not too many people. The condo needs upgrades, like the mattress and bed frame. The shower had a lot of hair. The condo needs a facelift..painting, couch is stained and chairs in dining area too. Also, we received email with code to get in condo at 4:30. I had to call to get code. Pool is very clean. Again, location is perfect. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Condo is in a great location, just needs upgrades.

This condo provided an outstanding vacation experience for my family. It has a great view of the beach and we typically were able to watch dolphins out the window in the mornings. Because this location was not a large property, the beach behind the condo was not crowded. And the parking was close and easy to navigate. If you are looking for a comfortable condo with a great location that is quiet and family friendly, then this would be a great choice.

The location and views are spectacular! The condo is lovely!. It is spacious with every square foot put to use. Kitchen supplies were ample for our cooking needs. Only issues we experienced were small - the clothes washer was loud, dryer that took several restarts to dry clothes, and small hot water heater…but the spectacular views overrides all! Easy access to beach and pool. Balcony is lovely and becomes shady in late September afternoon so it’s a great place to read and enjoy cocktails. Will be returning to stay again!

There was some damage to furniture and drapes for example. The recliner mechanism was broke, and a damaged spot where the head would rest. Drapes have dirty spots, a screened in window was damaged where someone could enter the unit from the walkway. There were other things but this didn’t affect our stay. I only mention these things because I’m sure these have been there for other guests and not repaired. I was worried I would be charged for the existing damages. I reported to management but items were not fixed. Our stay was great though.

We had a great stay at Perdido Towers and the views were AMAZING and exactly as described. It was a quick walk downstairs to a beautiful private beach and came equipped with all of the amenities and conveniences of home! We especially appreciated the over abundance of towels! The only blip we experienced is when we found out upon arrival that the water was going to be turned off in the building for one of the days we were there, but we were able to plan our day around it accordingly.

Our stay at Perdido Key Towers was perfect. Vacationing in the fall is definitely the way to go. The complex was very clean, on the beach, but secluded from the hustle and bustle of tourists. We enjoyed the short drive into Pensacola or Gulf Shores for the kids to ride go carts, eat ice cream, and enjoy delicious gulf seafood. We will definitely be back!

Booked this place for a girls weekend!!! This place is absolutely beautiful!!!! The masters window of the beach was by far my favorite!!! Everything was super clean!! Only down fall is the pool will not let you have floats or pool toys so don’t go buy cute floats! Overall one of the best beach trips I have ever had!! Will definitely book again!

This unit has everything you need to make the perfect beach vacation! It is updated with a great layout and stocked with all the basic needs. The floor to ceiling windows in the master make for the most amazing beach views to wake up to everyday in the master bedroom. I know, I know who wants to have to work at the beach, but if you do the master also includes a desk area and wi-fi. There is a cute balcony you can sit and enjoy the sounds of the waves on and have your morning coffee. The pool is just an elevator ride and the complex does a great job keeping it clean. The private beach is just a few steps away from the beach and is not overly crowded. The location is great as well. Do yourself a favor and book a trip now!

We have stayed in several very nice condos and at bigger and fancier resorts, but without a doubt, this was the most perfect accommodation for my husband and I who just wanted a simple, no fuss, get-a-way. The condo was very clean, well equipped, and cozy. By cozy, I mean it isn't spacious, but it is very comfortable. What we loved most of all were the large floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom with windows that opened so that we could go to sleep and wake to the sound of the ocean waves. Did I mention that the comfortable king size bed faces the windows so the ocean is your view? Personnel at Luxury Vacation Rentals were prompt to respond to a couple of questions we had. Great experience and we hope to return next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Perdido Bay very much! The views from the condo were magnificent! I would recommend cleaning of the windows for a better view but I understand that must be a constant job. Our stay was wonderful & the kitchen was well stocked with most dishes and items that we needed. Everything was neat & clean and communicating via text was super easy. We were visiting our son at NAS Pensacola & this was only a 20min drive to get to the base so this worked out wonderful, especially since the bridge to Pensacola Beach was closed due to hurricane damage. Thanks again for a wonderful place to stay during our visit!

This was our fourth stay at this location and for our family it suites us best! Traffic and crowds are much better on this end. Several different (non chain) restaurants. Easy access to grocery stores and gas stations. The property itself is very secure and has friendly, eager to help staff. The grounds are well maintained and I always feel that my children are safe away from predators. We’ve always received superb communication and notifications! We will gladly make it our “home” for the next beach get away!!!

Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with my husband and I. It was beautiful, felt so warm and inviting, and was more than stocked with everything we could need. We truly had such an amazing time. My grandparents used to snowbird there at Shipwatch right next door for years when I was growing up and I would come down from Michigan to visit, so it's very sentimental for me and it meant the world to me to be able to introduce the area to my husband to the area a few years ago - he also fell in love with the area and we hope to plant a flag of our own there one day. We have stayed at Perdido Towers for several years now and always bring our boat with us and can't express enough how much we appreciate the convenient access to the boat docks right across the street. The pool area is really nice too and we love to get off the boat and then head to the pool for a quick swim before dinner. The beach is so beautiful and peaceful and we always look forward to experiencing the Florabama and Florabama Yacht Club for great music, great people, great food, and their world famous Bushwackers. There was unexpected construction taking place on the balconies, and even though there was some construction noise (only 2 of the 6 mornings we were there), and some scaffolding at the entrances, it really did not affect our stay negatively at all. We would love to come back again next year if your wonderful condo is available. Thank you again and hopefully we can visit your lovely place again next year.

This amazing condo has everything you could ever ask for! It’s fully stocked with every kitchen appliance and gadget you could ever want, it’s steps away from the ocean and has plenty of room for everyone! We had a wonderful time on spring break 2019. The condo has an incredible view with a fabulous balcony, easy parking, and great access to all the amenities and beach. The location is away from the busiest areas which means less traffic and plenty of room to spread out on the beach.

We had no problems whatsoever. Beds were comfortable, unit was in good shape and well taken care of. Very clean. The view was amazing. We enjoyed being right on the beach and the kids loved the pool also.Property is meticulously maintained, and the beach was gorgeous.

This is a slice of heaven! The view of the beach from the master bedroom was breath taking. We had everything we needed with a few extra touches that most do not have. You can walk to some restaurants and bars. We will be back!

Property was clean and absolutely as-described. I've already shared the unit with friends and family and will be visiting again! Great location, with close proximity to restaurants and entertainment and a beautiful beach.

Luxury Coastal Vacations owns this condo, and they were ABSOLUTELY amazing. So accommodating, so nice, and so professional through the whole process. The only complaint I have/had was how strict the rules at the pool were, couldn't have a drink within 10 feet of the pool (any beverage at all), no floats, no smoking in pool area, etc.

We had a great time at Perdido Towers. Our unit was clean, very pretty and fabulous view of the gulf...loved waking up each morning to see the view from the master bedroom!! Very nicely stocked and felt at home here. We will be back to stay here again!!

Best Airbnb place we've stayed in. Initial access was easy, the appliances all worked, the living area is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Being on the beach and hearing the surf is fantastic. We walked on the beach nearly every day regardless of the weather. Absolutely would stay there again if the opportunity arose.

My husband, a good friend and I rented this unit for a week's stay. We absolutely loved our stay! The beds were very comfortable, the furniture in the living room was very comfy also! We loved the chaise at the end of the sofa and my hubby claimed one of the recliners for the duration of our stay! The Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need! We even had our choice of a regular coffee maker or a Keurig! Very nice! The only negative comment that I would have is that the second bedroom is very crowded with a queen and a full size bed. Our friend, who is an interior decorator suggested that changing the placement of the beds would help quite a bit, putting the queen next to the door and the full next to the window. Rental company was very, very helpful and great to work with. We would definitely rent this unit again!

We had a great get-away at Charlene's condo! The place matched the description and the views from the porch and especially the water-front bedroom were amazing!! The linens on the bed were so comfortable I found myself looking for the tags to see where they were from (Pottery Barn for the win). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (crock pot, coffee maker, pots/pans, cork screws, etc) and check-in/check-out was a breeze with their instructions. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!
