Such a great place for our family of 4 to stay! It was so neat and clean. Super responsive to my texts. They weren’t able to check us in early, but there’s plenty to do in the area, so we didn’t mind. Great location. We fished off the dock, and crossed the street to the beach. Flora-Bama is super fun - we took the kids to watch the 2:00 show which was perfect! The fold-out couch was perfect for our young kids. The deck is definitely not private but other residents were very nice. Our only gripe the whole time was that we had to go get more toilet paper and laundry detergent, which was easy to grab from Publix or Walmart right down the way. Overall, fantastic and we would definitely come back!

The place was beautiful. It was very clean and well decorated. It had a nice view of the water. The pictures really didn’t do it justice. I would not hesitate to stay again. The little ice cream place where we turned in was a nice plus as well.

I have stayed in many places and this is by far the most comfortable place I have stayed. It is also the most clean. What I loved most was getting up and drinking my coffee on the patio and looking out at the water! Very serene! Would definitely stay here again!

My navigation brought me to the wrong drive. But when I called to get through the gate, it became immediately clear I was at the wrong drive. It is behind the head shop and ice cream store, and they share the same drive.
Getting inside was just a matter of following directions on the message sent to me by the provider. The place couldn't have been cleaner. Easy walking distance to beach and Flora-Bama. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. There was no more reasonably priced place in the area for the time I was planning my stay, even including "cheap" hotels much further away. I am very satisfied and if available for my annual trip, I will look for them again next year.

Our stay was perfect. The condo has an amazing view off the deck, is an easy walk to the beach and has the bonus of being right by the ice cream shop! The furnishings and linens were upscale, kitchen well stocked and because the bedroom is at the opposite end of the unit from the living room, it’s quiet and peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed with my daughter for spring break in this one bedroom condo. Property was exactly as described. Condo is beautifully decorated with many extras most other rentals don’t include. Location is walkable to the Florabama and the beach. Riverside view is peaceful with dolphin sightings. Host responds quickly and is very accommodating. Property is well lit and we felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.
