We had a great time celebrating my grandmother's 86th birthday. Rental company staff responded quickly and were friendly. Plenty of room in this nicely updated condo for our group of 6 and my hubby's service dog. Was surprised about the $55 cost for 3 nights of parking. I assume it is to cover the cost of security staffing, so I'm not mad about it. Beach chair rental went smoothly and is costly, but it's worth not lugging so much to the beach. Beach wheelchair rental was 150ish for two days, but worth every penny to ensure what may be her last beach trip. Oh, and the on-site coffee shop was a lifesaver!! Would stay again! (Just gotta save up some more money...)

We enjoyed our time at the Phoenix 1 in this beautiful end condo. We loved sitting on the balcony visiting and hearing the sounds of the pool waterfall and beach. the view was perfect. The condo had everything we needed. We cooked a couple of times and loved that we could do laundry and return home with clean clothes. Having direct access to the beach right in front of you was so convenient. We made some great memories here; I may have had a tear or two in my eyes when it was time to leave. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with our family, it blessed us tremendously!

This was such a great place to stay. There was always a guard at the front checking tags which made me feel safe especially staying with a group of girls. It was a smooth check in process. The unit was cleaned well. The area and building was quiet and family oriented which made for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great stay! Condo was nice and clean. Stocked with all essentials. Amenities of the building were great with a pool and splash pad for the kids. We also had access to the sister facilities that had pools and kiddie pools which were great for a change. Easy access to the beach. Close to restaurants and activities. 10/10!

We had a great time staying here celebrating 10 years of friendship with college friends! Only thing we did not realize was that parking fees were not included in our rental. Condo was clean and had a great view of the beach!

The condo was clean and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked...it had everything we needed to make just about anything. The view from the balcony was great, we were able to watch the dolphins in the morning! I would certainly stay again if back in Orange Beach.

The condo was very nice and very clean; the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The lack of dust on the ceiling fans, and no mold/mildew in any exhaust/ac vents really stood out to me. 😂
The ac went out during our stay and the company was very quick to get someone in and get it fixed.
The beds were comfortable. My family and I enjoyed staying here. It was spacious enough for the six of us. We would stay again. The only recommendation I would make is putting a large sectional sofa in the living room. 😉

Great place to stay in orange beach! You can’t beat the view and accessibility to the ocean! Beds were comfy and clean! Make sure you bring some house shoes because floors are alittle sandy/sticky and bring extra toilet paper/detergent/ paper towels because they only supply one of each. Would stay again!

The pictures don’t do it justice. This was one of the most relaxing and beautiful Condos I’ve visited. If I had to knock a star off of the full review it would still only be a quarter of the star for the parking fee. $55 per night is more of an HOA penalty. Luxury Coastal was fantastic! Plenty of towels. Very clean. Beautiful decor. Thank you!

The place is beautiful, easy beach access, with awesome resort amenities including use of the other 3 connecting resorts amenities as well. Be sure to stop and get salt, pepper, paper towels and toilet paper. 2 rolls of each for a week long stay was not enough for our family. Also, be sure to bring your own dishwasher, and laundry supplies as only 1 is provided. We would definitely return!
