Things to Note
PLEASE NOTE: Phoenix 1 will be undergoing a balcony restoration project beginning October 16th, 2023 through December 2023, schedule and weather permitting. Please expect the following:
• Work will be occurring on surrounding units. They will be recoating south and north balcony surfaces.
• Noise is expected.
• Amenities are NOT affected by this project
PLEASE NOTE: Phoenix 1 will be undergoing an elevator restoration project. One elevator will always be available for use. Work is taking place from September 2023 through January 2024, schedule permitting.
Changes can occur from these projects. Please stay up-to-date.
