The only issue was a towel rack my wife noticed hanging by a thread, and didn't tell my daughter, who hung up a towel and it all fell apart. I took pics and sent them to show it was very mangled and should have been replaced before. I didn't want to interrupt our vacation for them to fix it, but I let them know exactly when we would be out so they could fix before the next guests.

This condo has amazing views. The location is perfect. If you don’t feel like driving, you can walk to several different restaurants, attractions, and nightlife. The condo is very spacious and cleaner than most I’ve stayed in. I will definitely stay here again if possible.

The location and the view I prefer a condo closer to the parking garage.

Our apartment was lovely with comfortable beds, cozy furniture and plenty of amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with all you needed for cooking. Tons of dishes though we used some of our own paper goods we brought for the children. The view was gorgeous of the beach and the Gulf. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves and people enjoying themselves. There was one evening when a pool party must have been going on playing their music a bit loudly, but it ended when the pool closed. The Phoenix X had a great indoor pool that we took advantage of and several warm/hot tubs. It was never crowded, so it was a great way to get out of the direct sun for little ones. Though it cost extra to park in the deck, and we had two cars, it was an advantage to have our vehicles close by since we had so much to transport.

Absolutely loved our stay! We have stayed in multiple beach condos and there is always at least a little sand left on the floor it seems. Condo was sand free and super clean! Exactly as described, beautiful, and walking distance from Flora-Bama. The condo was ready early and they notified us we could check in early which was a first for us. Would recommend them!

The condo was very clean and the beds and bedding were really good. Towels were plentiful and good quality. The fabric furniture in the living area was a little dirty smelling which made it unattractive to sit on. Maybe some washable covers would be optimal. Outside furniture was very comfortable. Very nice vacation property.

This property was a very nice property. Three bedrooms, two baths. The first bedroom had two double beds and then the second and third bedrooms had king size beds. The balcony view was beautiful and at certain times of year you would have a perfect sunset view. Balcony furniture was very comfortable. No beach chairs or parking came with the rental, which was a little disappointing. For a property this is nice the extras should have been included. Was right next to the Florabama bar, which made it very convenient if you wanted to go somewhere for a drink. Also several restaurants and bars close by within east driving distance. Property management seem to have everything clean and comfortable… Towels could have been a little more plush. There was a hairdryer in the master bedroom, which is very helpful. I would definitely stay in this unit again, it was nicely furnished.

It was THE PERFECT spot for our Bachelorette Trip! We were close to places we wanted to eat. We were able to walk next door for our night out and no one had to worry about taxis, ubers, driving, etc. Our views were awesome. Top notch condo! It was clean, warm and furnishings were very nice! Over the top view! Loved having a washer and dryer in the room and loved having a parking garage. Although, we had to buy the passes to park which I feel should be complimentary considering you’re paying top money for the condo. But that wouldn’t detour us from coming back or recommending. Actually, My husband was so happy to even have a parking garage. We booked through Luxury Coastal Vacations and had over the top customer service! Thank you!

Our girls trip was great! The place was clean and close by to restaurants and walking distance to the Florabama bar. We really enjoyed the beach. Only downside was that parking passes were not included in our rental and we had 3 cars ($60 each car). Otherwise, it was a great time and check-in was easy.

My daughter and I both cried over leaving, if that says anything. The condo was great but the VIEW was INCREDIBLE! Having Ole River Grill and FloraBama within walking distance was wonderful!

This was a really great condo. It was at the far west end of the building so there was very little noise from the outside walkway. The beds and couch were all comfortable. We were unsure what the beds in the third room were (doubles or queens). They were double beds so thankfully we had brought along an air mattress just in case. It would have been nice to have had way more hand towels (2 per bathroom isn't really enough for a group of women) but there were plenty of big towels so we made it work. The right side of the toaster was messed up but we worked around that too. We really LOVED the patio furniture. Having that set up was great compared to it normally being for dining. It was way more comfortable for morning coffee and after beach cocktails. I would for sure choose this condo again.

This was the 3rd year my girlfriends and I have stayed at this condo. We would've been there last year if it hadn't been for the hurricane. This is by far the best condo we've rented. We love the furniture on the balcony & were pleased to discover more seating had been added since that is where we spent most of our time. We spent many hours poolside enjoying the beautiful weather. We will definitely be back and will be making reservations very soon!

This condo was perfect for us once we got there, but I did have quite a delay in hearing back from the property manager when I asked questions. I asked what size the beds were in the rooms, and two weeks after booking it finally got a reply that there are two kings in two of the rooms and two queens in the last room. Perfect for us and everything besides that worked out great!

Just returned home from a wonderful vacation on the Gulf. Want to thank Luxury Coastal Vacations staff for coordinating Phoenix X 603 condo, one of, if not the best condo, we have ever stayed in. In order of excellence…selecting and getting condo on contract, the location next to Flora-Bama, Naval Air Museum/Pensacola, peaceful and safe Orange Beach, awesome restaurants, and beautiful sugar sand beach, an outstanding condo with perfect bed, excellent electronics like TV and WIFI, access to the beach, garage, security, fully stocked kitchen, and most important, everything worked perfectly. We watched the Blue Angels over the beach several times during our seven day stay. Again, Luxury Coastal Vacations is a best value, customer friendly, and professional supplier of long-lasting happy memories vacations. We have stayed with other rental agencies but, Luxury Coastal Vacations is the best!

We have stayed at Phoenix X over 5 times now and this unit has been our favorite by far! Orange Beach is our happy place, so we try to get there any chance we get and I will definitely look for this condo from now on. My husband and I stayed with our daughter and son-in-law as well as 2 other couples. Every one was impressed by the condo's decor, cleanliness, and comfort. It was well appointed with everything we needed, including a crock pot and plenty of towels. My only comment- which is not a complaint by any means, but something to be aware of when booking is the unit is on the opposite end of the building from the parking garage. This was not an issue as we parked when we got there and did not leave until check out, but if you plan to drive a lot, I do see the convenience of being closer to the garage. We did reach out to the booking agent for help with overflow parking. We had more cars than were allowed for our unit the weekend we were there, and they were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely return!

Perfect. Loved the location, the communication from the rental company, and......the updated interior! Only negative was the unforeseen concrete work on the side of the building. This resulted in not being able to sit on balcony because cement debris and dust was all over the furniture. Not anyone’s fault!

Well appointed, clean and updated property. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen items, and a nice balcony overlooking the Gulf. Having a laundry area was a plus. Not super close to parking, but not too far either. Nice to be able to park on the same level as the unit. Would recommend.

This condo was the perfect place for our family of 6. We lived on the balcony in the mornings with coffee and the sound of waves to start each day. The condo was nicely stock with everything one would need to make a Christmas dinner. The screens on the outside doors were torn and maintenance promptly came to fix the problem. The pool and the hot tub was a plus. We will definitely be back.

The picture look great but don’t do this condo justice. It really is a very nice condo and you couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything is updated and stylish and the beds are comfortable. We just finished our vacation in Orange Beach and had such a great time! This was our first time visiting Orange Beach. This condo was by far the best condo we have ever stayed in! The condo was decorated perfectly and was so clean and updated. But the absolute best part was the fact that the beds were so comfortable!!! That is so hard to find when traveling and we all appreciated this! To make things even better, the condo was in the Phoenix 10 property which was walking distance to the Florabama lounge and restaurants along with the marina across the street. We rarely had to even get in the car to do anything. We had such a great vacation here and definitely plan to come back and will surely request this condo!!!

Loved the coastal colors & feel of the condo! Very comfortable for eight adults with an open living space, and non stop view of the ocean. Comfortable beds & seating & a large table for games & home cooked meals. Loved how private & peaceful it was to sit out on the balcony. The entire property, pool areas, and beachfront was very well maintained. Everything we needed was right there or just a short walk away. It was perfect for our family!!

This lovely place exceeded our expectations. It was decorated beautifully! The king beds were super comfortable and the view was spectacular. It was clean, updated and extremely cozy. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

nice property. everyone friendly and helpful. great workout room. too much chlorine in the indoor swimming pool area. burned our eyes and lips. i understand that they have to keep that at a certain level, but just too high for older people.

Such a great place! Very well kept and the unit itself had anything that we needed. The photographs don’t do the place any justice. Everything was spectacular. Great views from the balcony and short walk to the beach.

Had a wonderful trip to Gulf Shores. This was a beautiful condo. Well maintained. Very nice. I was checked on twice while I was there just to make sure everything was good.
