The unit was exactly as described and shown in pictures. It’s the perfect size for 2 adults and still felt spacious. Being on the 1st floor doesn’t have as good of a view of the beach, but it was very convenient to not have to bother with elevators!

10/10!! The condo was PERFECT!! A little bit of a “staycation” for us as we were in town for the Sand in my Boots festival. Love the first floor location and not having to mess with elevators. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to the area!

Overall, great stay for my husband & I! Condo was clean. Communication was quick. Although this condo is on the 1st floor, there was still a good view of the beach & no issues with noise. Would stay here again.

Great location. Splash pad for our son was the reason for selecting this location. Cleanliness of condo was excellent. Paying 55 extra to park was a surprise.

Condo was beautiful and clean! With it being on the first floor made for easy access to the beach with no waiting on the elevator. The pool was not open while we were there, which would have been nice. The staff at Phoenix V seemed like they were in bad moods, except for one and she was lovely! We didn’t have to interact with them much, so it didn’t affect our stay. All in all, we absolutely loved the condo and the easy access the beach. We would stay again! Also, communication with Luxury Resorts was great!

Perfect 1st floor condo! Had to message regarding two top outlets not working. Maintenance came next day. Come to find out they are on a switch… oops. Will definitely book again!

Great beachfront condo! Very clean, comfy bed, everything we needed.
Just an fyi for anyone needing the wifi for work, it’s not a secure network. I used a hotspot on my phone so it wasn’t a problem.

The condo was excellent and matched the listing perfectly. Its close proximity to the beach and pool is a significant benefit, especially for families with children. The space was comfortable and cozy, offering just the right amount of room.
The sole issue noted is related to the Phoenix V establishment rather than the condo itself: The main pool is poorly maintained and seems unhygienic. Given the number of visitors and children using the pool, it should require more frequent cleaning, but does not seem to receive any.
NOTE: For those seeking a peaceful environment without children, this condominium might not be suitable. Conversely, families with small children will likely find the splash pad to be a big hit.

Great place, resort has an indoor pool and an outdoor with 3 hot indoor hot tubs. This unit is basically on the second floor so you get some decent views. Would stay again!

The accommodations for Phoenix V Condo 102 were fantastic. Everything was exactly as depicted in the description and the condo itself was beautiful--absolutely perfect for a couple. We went as a family of 3 with our 3 year old son and the space was perfect. The dining area is very roomy and they kitchen is great size. I will note that the ice machine and water dispenser in the refrigerator do not work, so I do recommend getting ice and a case of water prior to arriving, but this is a minor inconvenience given how fantastic the accommodations are. (Note the Ice is $6/bag at the condo, so highly recommend getting it elsewhere!). The bed is comfy and I loved that the decorations were modern, but minimal. The space was very open, and again, absolutely perfect for our small family. Another note is that on the description it says there is just 2 towels/washcloths so we actually bought more to bring, but there are plenty!! Again, no complaints with the condo and we will book again!

This is a very beautiful vacation condo. It was clean and very inviting. The only problem was there was only 1 trash bag so definitely should pack some trash bags. The description said there would be 2 but there was only 1. Everything else was perfect. Would love to stay again!

Me and my wife were celebrating our 28th anniversary. This condo was beyond perfect. Everything was great from price, cleanliness and description of condo from inside was totally correct. The bed was comfortable, and the bedroom/bathroom was very clean. We were very pleased with this condo. I will only book rental properties going forward with Luxury Coastal Vacations. We stayed at the Phoenix V in Orange Beach, AL.

The room was recently updated right before our stay. It was very nice and more spacious then the pictures show. The location being on the main floor is so much more convenient with no elevator waits. The only time would be to go down 1 floor for the beach and pools which they have outside and inside stairs for also. The splash pad was great and the pool was also. Oh and the beach too lol. When we come back we plan on trying to get this room again !
