Perfect vacation
Condo was very clean and nicely updated. Location was good and view from the balcony is spectacular. We had no issues at all with the elevators and had minimal wait time however we did visit during an off peak time. We would definitely stay at this property and use this management group in the future.

Beach Time
Location was great. Weather was great! Condo was clean, but small. The extra bath was a plus. Master bed was comfortable but furniture too bulky for the small space.

Family Vacay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners did a fantastic job stocking the condo with necessities (extra pillows, blankets, kitchen utensils) and it was very well kept. The updated decor was perfect for the beach. Also, being at the end of the hall made for a quiet stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Fall Vacation at The Beach
This is the first time we have stayed at this location for our annual Fall vacation. The condo was exceptionally clean and well furnished. We couldn't have been more happy with the rental and will definitely be booking this one again.

As Good as it Looks
My husband and I have rented many units on Orange Beach the past 7 years. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. The photos are accurate. It was our first time in a 1 BR unit and thought it might be cramped. It was great for the two of us. The owners maximized the space and it was obviously recently updated with beautiful, comfortable furniture and bed. Lovely tiled walk-in shower and the extra half-bath was a bonus. Kitchen was so well furnished. And as always, Luxury Coastal Vacations made it impeccably clean and responded immediately to a minor issue.

Pictures didn’t do it justice at all. Well decorated, CLEAN and the beds are extra comfy. Plenty of extra linen and towels. So many pluses. Breathtaking view. I will book again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The host was responsive with our questions and flexible with our arrival and departure times. The place was spotless when we arrived and exactly like the pictures, the bed was SO comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning from the balcony! We loved being right on the beach for our long beach days. We will be back for sure!

Quick trip for work seminar
This property was perfect for our weekend getaway! We had 4 girls and we had plenty of room. Loved the decor, very clean! We will plan on visiting again and hopefully staying longer.

Christmas Vacation 2020
Was pleasantly surprised at how clean our condo was, the kitchen is the very best stocked one of the 3 we have had SO far. Bed comfortable, couch not so much but with all the extra pillows provided we nested on it for some TV binge watching. Was glad to have the extra half bath. The washer & dryer work if you do very small loads, dryer especially weak took 2 cycles of hi heat to dry 2 bath towels,2 hand towels & some wash cloths. Balcony view is wonderful as is that fine furniture. Loved the patio door coverings. We truly relaxed & rested. Thank You for your hospitality.

We had a great stay! The unit was nicely furnished and matched the pictures. The view was spectacular! We noticed the garbage disposal was leaking when in use, so we messaged the property managers and they were prompt to respond and fix the problem. The property was in the perfect location if you like quiet - just close enough to the busy area to drive, but far enough away from the chaos. Only suggestions I have is the bathroom walls and baseboards could use a deep clean and the dryer vents may need to be checked because it took several cycles for our laundry to dry.

Family Vacation
Our family loved this condo. We have 3 kids, ages 5, 6 and 7, and it was perfect for us. We came with two other groups, and this condo was by far the most updated out of the three.

Great location. Lovely views from the patio. They supplied plenty of towels too.
Only downsides were that you had to pay for parking and the dryer didn't work. Other than that, loved it and would return again!

Pros- Clean, updated, sleeping arrangements were great with comfortable Murphy bed and master bed, plenty of space. One and a half bath was great! Washer/ dryer, dishwasher, plenty of kitchenware! Cons - only one parking spot for a one bedroom and the elevators were awful!

Especially special condo!!!
Just steps from the beach this tenth floor condo had everything you could possibly want….upgrades galore, luxury linens, well equipped kitchen, beautiful balcony views, and so much more. With indoor and outdoor pools the weather won’t keep you out of the water. Luxury Coastal Vacations never disappoint…amazing service and hospitality from beginning to end. I can’t wait to book my next trip!!!

Super Clean and Comfy!
Super clean and beds were comfortable. The location of the property was perfect as well. Not far from everything you need. I especially loved how the property had the mesh mat "walkway" onto beach from the pier. I will 100% be a return guest.
