The property was as described and very comfortable and clean.We enjoyed the well equipped gym facilities. We were treated to dolphin shows very close to the beach which was a first.

I really enjoy being right on the beach. It was also short walking distance to The Gulf restaurant. I wish there was breakfast or somewhere on property to get food besides vending machines. I also wish they had ice.

Wonderful place to relax for a couple of days for the two of us after an exhausting beginning of the year. The condo has a gorgeous view from the deck, a perfect location on the 9th floor, and a beautifully decorated interior! It was just right for the 2 of us but is also available to sleep 4 more in a Queen sofa bed and Queen Murphy bed. The King bed was very comfortable and the kitchen provided what you need to start your stay. There are plenty of towels and kitchen tools and appliances, washer/dryer and etc. You will need to pickup more basics like dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, as there are only some small amounts of supplies to start with.
This is a lovely, clean and fabulous place to stay while you enjoy the Gulf! You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Enjoyed our stay at Phoenix VII! Great amenities, view & location. Comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated! Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet unit - the patio overlooks the pool & gulf but when you are inside, you don’t hear the outside activities. Unit is convenient to the elevators. The building staff was friendly and courteous. The facility was very clean and well managed. Would definitely stay there again!
