Beautiful condo and location
The condo was lovely and the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was perfect with a teen. The beach and pools were great. We liked that this Phoenix property was a smaller building so it felt more intimate. The balcony view was amazing. Would definitely recommend for families.

Great location and excellent beach access
Perfect location! The top floor balcony provides excellent views of the surf. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. Bring coffee filters, small trash bags, and dish/ laundry tabs. Would definitely rent again

This was by far the cleanest, most well furnished and equipped condo that I have ever stayed in.

We felt like royalty staying at this condo- love waking up to have coffee on the balcony every morning overlooking the ocean. The condo is clean, perfectly appointed and so comfortable- we were right at home instantly. The beds are very comfortable with high quality linens and the condo is quiet at night. We both slept better than we do at home! Loved the beach, and loved having such a lovely place to come back to in the evening. Plus it’s close to several good restaurants and easy to get around. We hope to return soon. Thank you!

Renter for beach vac
The unit was very clean. I did find a couple of little problems but I contacted Luxury Coastal Vacations and the sent someone up to fix the problems within 1hour. I will go through Luxury Coastal Vacations to rent for my next trip to the beach.

Another great OBA stay!
We've stayed in the Phoenix VIII for the past five years and love the location. This was a corner unit with plenty of space for myself and my family. The only drawback would be the construction of the new condo next door. The memory foam mattresses were amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary/Birthday Weekend
The condo was just beautiful ... actually prettier than the pictures conveyed ... tastefully decorated, clean, cool, smelled nice and the views (despite starting out with tropical storm Barry) were beautiful. Really enjoyed our stay. Special weekend with parents (64th anniversary/Dad's 84th birthday) and catching up with extended family also staying at Phoenix VIII in a nice place as well, but not as pretty as this one!

This place was beautiful and the view of the ocean from the room was breathtaking. I really appreciated that they had beach toys and beach chairs for us to use. I thought that was really thoughtful and a nice touch. They also had a ton of kitchen utensils available which helped with cooking. I will def go back

I highly recommend this unit & would book it again. Loved the 2 master bedrooms, with king beds & en-suites. Beds are insanely comfortable; my guests could not stop raving about them. The rooms are huge. The decor is rich & elegant. Note: there is NO beach decor at all in this unit. This is a corner unit so you have excellent views of the beach and the bay. Patio furniture is top notch. Kitchen supplies are adequate but bring your favorite coffee or thermal mug. A/C is perfect. The 2 elevators run smoothly, the pool is clean & fun. Property maintenance is excellent. The Smart TV has everything we need on it.
One sad note: the room has a VERY high-end sound system from 1998, Bang & Olufson, with CD player and receiver, and it looks SO FUN. But it does not work. It isn't part of the unit description, but I wish they'd remove it if it's broken. When I texted LCV about it, the (apparent) AI phone assist "does not know about" it. My male guests spent a LOT of time trying to make it work.

This has been on of my favorite spots. It felt like home from the moment I walked in the door and looked at this views of the Gulf. The home was well decorated and the kitchen was stocked. The condo was located in a great area and we felt very safe. The host was very responsive. Ohhhh did I mention the beds were super comfy and TVs in all of the rooms. I would love to stay again.

GREAT PLACE!!!!
This was our first trip to the gulf shores area and it couldnt have been better. The condo was better than the pics. It was easy to check in. Perfect location. We had plans on doing things outside the Orange Beach area but never left the area. There are lots of great restaurants and things to do so close to the property we never left the area. Beach was awesome. Orange beach was very family friendly. If you are looking for a great vaca around spring break i highly recommend Orange Beach. We will be back for sure!

We loved our stay! Easy access to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, and even a kiddie pool allowed for every age to be entertained. The entire complex was clean and very family friendly. We can’t wait to go back!

Great value for family of 6
Very pleased with unit for the cost. Stayed 3 nights with 4 kids and 2 adults. Having 3 bathrooms was perfect. The unit is on top floor on the corner which allowed for amazing views of the ocean and bay, and our toddler enjoyed seeing the many ocean birds and planes too! Easy access to the beach. Lots of pool options for those not wanting to be in the sand. The 2 bedrooms had spacious king beds and the 2nd balcony off master had great views as well. No problems, just slow flushing toilets and some hot water shortages during evening showers but that was tolerable. Thank you for the great deal! Will be back for sure.

I would give this location 10 stars. Most relaxing weekend. Lots of rain so the penthouse and gulf view was the best. Would definitely stay here again. Wouldn’t change a thing.

This was a half-way spot for us to meet up with friends from Texas. The unit was very clean and just as represented by the pictures--always a delight when that happens! The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook a few meals right there. We were so comfortable we didn't want to leave! Our views were spectacular--so nice to have the windows wrap around on the gulf side. On Sunday we were treated to The Blue Angels flying right by our balcony. What a treat! The other days we were treated to various birds flying right by us, some with fish they had just caught! When we did go out, we found our way to a couple of good restaurants and a practice for The Blue Angels. The only thing I might suggest is a log book for the condo to list some favorite restaurants and activities in the area. Thanks, we hope we can meet here again next year!

Fantastic stay!
This condo was a great choice for me and my mom. Well maintained and very clean. On the second day we opened the front hall closet to discover multiple boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys! We loved the convenience of not needing a key- the lock code was great. The building was very pleasant with plenty of helpful staff, comfortable seating, and a 2-story glass front lobby. I was nervous being on the fifteenth floor; I am scared of heights, but the incredible view from the corner balcony made it all worth it! We would definitely stay again, and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a pleasant, worry-free stay.

Wonderful floor plan with spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Loved being on the top floor away from the noise of other guests. Had an issue with one sink and they sent someone immediately to fix it which was great! Great experience.
