Welcome to Phoenix East 511, a beautifully remodeled coastal condo that combines style and comfort with upscale features throughout. This spacious unit greets you with a relaxed, sophisticated vibe, perfect for unwinding by the beach. The large living room invites you to take in the stunning ocean views through expansive windows, or settle in for movie night on the 65" Smart TV equipped with a Bluetooth surround sound bar. The dining area, which comfortably seats up to ten, opens seamlessly into the updated kitchen, a culinary haven with new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and sleek granite countertops.

The king primary suite is a tranquil retreat, offering private balcony access where you can listen to the waves and enjoy the morning sunrise. The suite includes a large flat-screen TV and a luxurious ensuite bathroom, complete with a stylish bowl sink and a fully tiled shower featuring a rain shower head. Two additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for guests: one with two queen beds and a flat-screen TV, and the other with two full beds and a WiFi-enabled DVD monitor, allowing Phoenix East 511 to sleep up to ten guests comfortably. A shared guest bathroom and a full-sized washer and dryer add extra convenience to make your stay truly relaxing.

Excellent communication with property management. Super easy check in process. Great location in building. High enough for a great view but not too high. Very comfortable beds. Didn't use the sleeper sofa so we can't speak to that. Minor plumbing problem first day was corrected by maintenance team within a couple of hours. All major appliances were in great working order. Appreciated the Keurig coffee maker. Ample supply of tableware and kitchen utensils. Overall a great stay with the grandchildren.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with beautiful views from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunsets each evening made the trip even more relaxing.The condo was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and there was plenty of space for our family. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel more like a home than a rental.The property itself was quiet, well cared for, and conveniently located near great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We never had to drive far for anything.Overall, this was one of our favorite beach vacations, and we would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautiful place to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix East! Our family had an amazing time, and the condo was exactly as described. The unit was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views. We especially appreciated how quiet and family-friendly the property was.
The pool and splash pad were a huge hit with our kids and kept them entertained for hours. The beach was just a short walk from the room, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sand and water throughout our stay.
The management company was outstanding—very proactive with communication, provided clear instructions before arrival, and was always responsive whenever we had a question.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation!

Condo was spacious, and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and bars.
Buddy and I stayed for a week and we had a great time. Love the balcony and especially the beach.
Hot tubs is a must and check out the restaurants when you’re down here.

Had a great stay for Labor Day weekend. The views from the balcony were great and we had plenty of room inside the condo. We had an issue with a faucet not turning on in one of the bathrooms and communicated that with luxury coastal vacations and they responded in a timely manner and had someone come look at it right away. Condo is a great location. The only complaint I had was the check-in for parking. Was a bit tedious, but it was also a busy weekend.
