The condo was fantastic. Newly renovated and clean. Plenty of space for our family of four. The beach access was one of the easiest. Beach chair rentals are available for single or multiple days. Plenty of restaurants near by. Our only complaint was the wifi. Ok towards the entry way but issues with connectivity in the master and balcony. I was attending a work conference and will cell service limited right there, solid wifi connectivity would have made working a little easier. But other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone. PS- Check-in is located the bigger Phoenix East building next door.

Orange Beach is one of our favorite places to vacation, and we like to switch up where we stay. This trip, we feel like we did very well staying at this specific unit. I loved the view with the pass, watching boats and all of the other activity. The kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, and we got our money’s worth of the beautiful beach. Huge factor: the boardwalk was one of the easiest to lug our beach gear down.

It was our first time at Orange Beach and it was beautiful! We went for Fourth of July weekend and the fireworks were right in front of us from the balcony! Place was clean, comfortable, and peaceful!
Absolutely loved waking up in front of the beach!
Check-in was a little confusing at first but we asked around and was a quick walk next door and an easy fix!
Wish we would’ve stayed an extra night, hope to be back soon! 🌞

We had an incredible stay at Phoenix east - so much that we wished we had booked the extra days before they were taken (take our advice and stay the extra days, you won’t regret it!). It was perfect for our family and was the perfect location on the beach! Not crowded but had families our girls enjoyed making friends on the beach with! The unit itself was so clean and had such a healthful view. We can’t wait to come back, and stay the extra days!

Great place! We loved it 🥰 had a little trouble checking in, but from there it was smooth. Clean, very clean. Everything in great working condition. Beds were clean and slept well. Peaceful, little to no noise. Close and convenient to shops and stores. Loved the private access to beach. Staff were very nice and the room was well stocked with dishes, towels, and entertainment. Would definitely book again. 😊

We had some maintenance issues so don't publish. The main TV was unplugged and it took us a while to figure it out,, it was the box part so the TV came on but not the channels. I think housekeeping may unplug when they vacuum. The same thing in the front bedroom. It had an extension cord but one of the plugs did not work and we would not know that. Maintenance came in and moved it down on the extension and said the first one never works??? Easy fix for him but a wasted trip if it had been replugged in the right slot. The master bath pipes wobble a bit and the drains on both sinks were slow to drain at first use but got better. The curtain holder on the left side of the master bedroom is coming out of the wall. Our stay was great, the decor is very nice. Loved the little patio table and chairs, towels and sheets. Thanks.
