Loved the pool! Room was big enough for our family and our friends and our kids. Slightly dated but not enough to bother. The pull out couch didn’t seem comfortable when I laid next to my kid in it but he didn’t complain. Seemed like an older crowd stays here but there were a good bit of kids still

Condo was perfect and accommodating for our large family. It was very clean, kitchen was stocked with lots of dinnerware, cookware and utensils! Lots of storage space for clothes and luggage. We felt at home during our week stay! The facility was wonderful and would highly recommend for families with kids who love to swim! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Just an overall great little vacay, didn’t leave the property the whole time of our stay.

What a wonderful time! Our first day was spent by the lazy river while resort wasn’t crowded. We rented a boat slip for our pontoon and spent 3 days on the beach. The unit was roomy enough for 6 adults and 4 kids (8 mo. to 11 yr). (Could use another barstool.) We had an issue with the dryer, but Luxury Vacation quickly resolved. We reported an issue with the washer & stove before new renters, but neither hampered our stay. A large palm tree at the balcony obstructs the view of the docks & part of the lazy river, but that can’t be helped—just FYI. We had stayed at POB 2 on 2 previous trips; this was our first to POB, & we will be back!

The condo was just as described, the rooms matched the pictures shown online. I wish there would have been a vacuum. We ended up sweeping a few times because of dirt/sand collecting. But a vacuum would have made cleaning up easier.
The location isn’t a best, but isn’t terrible. You’re a little ways out from everything, which on one hand was definitely nice. But it meant you did have to make a drive to go to any stores, restaurants, and things to do.
Overall we did enjoy our stay and would stay again.

Accommodations were pretty current. Representative was arriving to check the property as we were loading in our stuff. Ice maker did not work so we had bought bagged but Luxury had sent some as well.

We loved staying here! Condo was clean with wonderful corner balcony. Very spacious! All of us loved the water park and especially the lazy river. and only about 7 minutes to the public beach. Would definitely recommend

The condo was just as pictured and described. Very clean and spacious. Light and airy. Beds very comfy. There were no condiments or extras as in other VRBO but that didn’t matter to us. It was a great stay!!! Would definitely recommend!!

We enjoyed this very roomy 3 bedroom condo on the bayside. Extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed for an excellent stay with our family. We had more than enough room for 4 adults and 4 teenagers to comfortably stay. The condo was in pristine condition! The pool and slide was thoroughly enjoyed during our stay, very clean and plenty of chairs and tables available even on a holiday weekend. The slip for our boat was convenient and safe as well as the entire facility is very well maintained! Close access by car or boat to everything you want to do while at the beach. Would definitely recommend this condo.

My husband and I vacationed here with my daughter, son-in-law and three granddaughters, ages 11, 7 and 5. All of us cannot say enough about this condo - it was perfect for us. The grounds and pool area are beautiful. We did not want to leave!

This was our first trip to Orange Beach and we had a blast! This condo was perfect! It felt so safe! Great location! Very close to anything you could want to do. The pools and lazy river were very nice. The parking is covered. Every room has a tv and a bathroom attached. It’s very nice to have a washer and dryer. Pack a little laundry soap. They only leave 1 load worth. Also pack dishwasher soap if you plan to cook. And extra toilet paper if you stay long. We had so much fun! I already want to go again!

We really enjoyed our time in this Condo! Unloading everything from the car to the condo very easy. Condo very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Kids and Adults loved the lazy river. We played in the pools and lazy river the whole trip and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Plenty of room for nine people. We will be back! Love it.

We were there the week during the height of the virus outbreak and our week was cut short because of it. The property is very nice. The only compliant I have is the floor was really dirty. Everything else was great. We would go back again.

Overall great experience, we were in town for our Daughter's wedding. There was a water leak in the master bath, couldn't use the commode in the master bath one night and had fans and dehumidityfiers running in the master bath for 48 hrs. Beautiful condo, we have also friends with a 2 bedroom condo there too.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a large family, even with five young children running around we never felt crowded in. Also, having two ice makers in the condo was a godsend!

We took a girl's trip/40th birthday trip to Orange Beach, staying Thursday to Sunday. The condo is BEAUTIFUL and very accommodating. There were 11 of us and we were all very comfortable in our stay. We didn't want to leave!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. We have stayed at Phoenix on the Bay numerous times in the past and this condo has moved to the top of the list. It is by far our favorite. We will always make sure we seek out this property first on our future trips to POB. The kitchen is well appointed and the furniture and decorations are perfect. The condo is very roomy and extremely comfortable. The amenities at POB are second to none. My young grandson had a blast in the pools and lazy river. The adults, including my 74 year old Mother, had a great time as well. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your home. It is truly a special place.

LOVE LOVE LOVE condo #1228. It was perfect for my family of 12. (Grandparents, my family of 4, sister and her kids, 2 more grand-daughters and a grandson) We peaked into a few other condos and this one was definitely nicer with newer amenities. The large balcony with ample seating was icing on the cake. The on-property lazy river, slide, kiddie pool and two large pools kept the kids busy and happy...adults too. There was no need to spend money at a waterpark!
