I highly recommend staying here. The photos are exactly how the condo looks in person ~ it is beautiful. Quick & easy walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was excellent! The patio furniture was perfect for all the time we spent watching the ocean. The 20th floor is high up, but the views are incredible. Also, the lazy river is really really fun!

We had a wonderful time. The decor was beautiful inside the condo. Alberto tropical storm missed us, thank goodness. Beaches were clean. Only downfall was waiting on the elevators to get to room. 3 elevators for 24 floors!

Friend & Family Vacation
This was our first trip to the beach with our 9 month old. The location and amenities were perfect. Beautiful view and beach access helped us keep up with her schedule easily. We had a wonderful time!

Wedding Condo
We stayed at this condo for my moms wedding. The condo was beautiful! And we loved Luxury Coastal, they were so sweet and wonderful to work with! Phoenix West is perfect for kids with the lazy river and slide! We highly recommend this condo and will definitely be back!

Our vacation was absolutely wonderful. The condo was beautiful, and in great condition, and all of the beds were comfortable. We loved easy access to the beach, and the swimming pools, and really didn't leave the condo for other entertainment. Everything was absolutely fantastic, and met and exceeding our expectations.

Simply Stunning
Celebrated my husbands birthday and brought my 83 yr old mother and 79 yr old sister-in-law. The place is absolutely lovely. We will definitely be back. Beautiful furnishings. We had a wonderful time! Loved everything about our stay. P. Janese

Fun!
Great place to vacation with your family. Property is big, well maintained, pretty, and has everything you need. I appreciated the number of bath towels and the big laundry room with full sized w/d. Also, the seperate ice maker was so convenient. That 4th bathroom came in very handy. We all enjoyed the lazy river, slides and pool. It was the main reason we chose this property. I had several little problems with the tv (mostly of my own making) but the agency was always available on the phone and helped me right away. We did have some issues with the ice and water in the door of the fridge. They came to see about it but it wasn't resolved. It didn't bother us because of the seperate ice maker. The elevators were crowded at times. I would definitely return to this property!

Amazing
The condo itself was awesome. All nice and clean everything was there we needed. Property was nice well kept . I our grandchildren enjoyed the lazy river, slide and especially the zero entry pool. We would defiantly recommend to others!!!!!

Great experience!
The property was awesome! It was everything I expected! The only negative is the tv streams really couldn’t figure them out! The chairs on the beach, we didn’t know they were change! No more cushions! DONT waste your money! Bring your own and umbrella!

Excellent accommodations
We had a great experience. The ice maker wasn’t working but when we called to report it, they were already aware of the problem and working on it. This condo was beautifully decorated with good space and perfect for our group of 8. We were worried about the elevator wait based on previous reviews, but didn’t find it to be a problem. The longest wait might have been 15 minutes, despite the crowded beaches. Overall, this condo was an excellent place to stay!

Perfect SB Spot!
Our "framily" of 7 loved this condo on the beach. Great, clean facility with all the fun amenities. Amazing location with a wonderful pool and slide that gave our early teenagers choice of where to hang out. Walmart, stores, and restaurants all nearby. Definitely bring the sunscreen because you'll want to be outside all the time!

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Stunning view and loved the seating on balcony. We had a toddler with us and worked out well. I will say we had to be careful with glass front cabinet in den area that he didn’t get into it. If all adults or older children in group it is perfect. Would definitely stay here again though as we loved the condo and its location. Very clean and plenty of space!

We were evacuating from Florida due to hurricane Irma, Charlene and her team were very responsive and understanding, they accepted our request since we had our dog Luke with us. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. the location is excellent, the pool, the grounds are beautiful and the best part the beach. I would highly recommend Charlene's place for your next vacation. We felt very comfortable and safe. We would have enjoyed it more if the circumstances of us being there were different but at the end of the day it is a wonderful place to be if you must evacuate your home or not. Thank you for everything, you made a tough situation for our family positive and enjoyable. Andres.

Another GREAT After Christmas Vacation
One thing we love to do as a family is all get together and go to the beach after Christmas!! This is our third or fourth time renting from Luxury Coastal Vacations and we are so very pleased!! This is a wonderful unit! The kitchen has lots of dishes, pots, pans and silverware which is not always the case in vacation rentals! There was even a crock pot! It is spacious, very well equipped and we enjoyed our stay so much! Phoenix West is a great location! We loved the indoor pool and hot tubs! Many great restaurants close by and lots of shops for groceries and souvenirs!! You will not be disappointed with this unit and you will especially NOT be disappointed if you rent from Luxury Coastal !! Cannot say enough about how great they are to work with!!

Excellent vacation at Phoenix West
We recently spent a week at Phoenix West on Orange Beach. The property is well maintained. During blustery weather the indoor pool was crowded but that is to be expected. There are wonderful restaurants a short distance away. We will be back!

Fabulous condo. Tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture and accessories. Very spacious.
My family and I loved the condo. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the ice maker in the wet bar. Having 4 bathrooms was pure luxury for our family of five. We were so impressed with the colors used in the various rooms and the paintings and prints on the walls. Love all the blues and greens! Love the turquoise painted furniture. The condo itself was great, the parking garage and elevators not so much. On our second day, a Sunday, we waited 45 min. for an elevator. Not what we expected! The parking spaces are tight and getting in and out of the garage is sometimes challenging. We liked having a visible security presence. The kids loved the lazy river and water slide. We have been visiting Orange Beach/Gulf Shore for 40 years. This condo is by far the most beautiful and most luxurious one we have experienced.

One of the best stays in OBA
We have traveled from Southern Wisconsin to Orange Beach around 16 years now and this was the first time we stayed in the Phoenix West complex. I can't say enough about the accommodations at the Phoenix West. They were spectacular. The condo was clean, well decorated and spacious. We had three couples staying in the condo and there was more than enough space for all of us. The stand alone ice maker was a great added feature since we spent a good portion of our time on the beach with our cooler.... There was construction being done on the pool at the time of our visit. We were contacted a few weeks prior to our stay to notify us of the situation and to verify that it would not defer us from staying. It was done in a professional manner and we knew up front there would be construction. The construction was not a distraction or an issue. We were able to access the beach and lazy river without much problem. Getting in and out of the parking garage was seamless and the clearance of the garage was enough for even the SUV with a car top carrier. Views from the balcony were like a picture out of a magazine. One other minor thing that can make a big difference was the elevator service in the complex was great. No long waits and they were big enough to handle six to eight riders along with beach equipment. All in all we had a great week of vacation. Thanks for the great service and great accommodations! We definitely enjoyed staying in 2005 at Phoenix West. We’ve stayed at PW many times and this condo did not disappoint. Clean and not outdated. Kitchen fully stocked, board games, nice TV’s, great balcony with a nice view ?? Overall recommend anyone staying here. We’ll return!

Family friendly spring break
Loved the layout of the Phoenix West units. Kitchen had all we needed to make dinner and hot water never ran out on our large family. The living space was even nicer than the pictures. One day was chilly and we did not mind spending that time inside our room looking at the gulf, and using the indoor pool/hot tub.

Beautiful unit
We had a wonderful weekend staying in this unit. We had family staying in other units in Phoenix West and this one was far nicer and cleaner than the others. Also having the door code and no real need to check in or keep track of keys was a lovely bonus. The pools, slide, lazy river and beach access was so convenient. The lines for the elevators was slightly annoying but overall great experience for our family.

Spacious beachfront condo.
The Phonix West condo was clean and accomadated our large family of 10 comfortably. The views from the balcony were stunning and our kids loved the week on the beach. Would strongly recommend the unit for people wanting a roomy condo with a large enough living space for everyone to come together.

Great vacation!
Room was perfect, had everything we needed, great view. Room was mirror image of pics on web, everything was clean, and ready to go. Phoenix West is great location for the kids, with beach access, slide, lazy river and many other options that kept the kids occupied all week long.
