The condo was fabulous and decorated to the hilt. Everything was top notch I felt as well as the other guests. The view was amazing and the beds were comfy. I loved having a whirlpool tub to bathe in as well as all the many showers. Balcony was very nice and all the furniture inside and out was of good quality. Our experience was awesome except for when we arrived and couldn’t get in the condo with the listed passcode that was sent to us. It took over an hour for anyone to finally pick up the phone and give us a back up code to try which worked each and every time. I had to google the booking agency and actually call a completely different telephone number besides the one they gave us to get ahold of someone to rectify our problem. We thought the airbnb was beautiful with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. We thought a few things would have been addressed from the previous tenants. The toilet in the master bedroom did not work. Had to call for maintenance which they did come and fix. The wall hairdryer in the first bedroom to the left did not work and lastly we only had one plug on the glass wall in the kitchen that worked. We all can honestly say the maintenance workers were so friendly and nice but a lot needs to be said for the clerks behind the counter except one. An older lady with blonde hair who we spoke with on Thursday I believe was very friendly and nice. When we checked in the evening if the 22nd this young girl was so rude. If you don't like your job find another one. My nephew spoke with someone as well during the day (I believe) and was rude as well. Dies this stop us from coming again.....absolutely not! I will recommend this airbnb to anyone else. You can assure we will be back.- Reviewed On: 12/26/2025

Phoenix West 2005 was a lovely condo. We had plenty of room for our family of 9. It’s one of my favorite places to stay bc it’s so comfortable, the nice pools and being ocean front. We ate in for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the kitchen was great! (I do wish they had a couple more mixing bowls). The beds were comfy the bathrooms clean and spacious. We love the Phoenix west location! Beautiful beach, spacious pool, and our favorite, the lazy river. I also found the gym to be quite nice for a workout on vacation. There is much to see and do in the area and as far as food there is so many options of independent restaurants within a 10 minute drive. The room was nicely decorated, however this could be a problem traveling with small wild children. We would definitely recommend this building and unit.- Reviewed On: 5/3/2025

Great place to stay with kids! loved all the amenities for kids to enjoy. We had no problems with getting Into the condo as the host was very good at communicating via txt and quick to respond. Only thing we would have loved is some beach chairs stored away In the condo to use. For families flying it is not something you want purchase and leave behind. The beach did have umbrella/chair rental for $45 for a set, but that's not very budget friendly. All in all we enjoyed our time at Phoenix west and would recommend.- Reviewed On: 4/11/2025

Family of 4. Perfect stay for our mini Christmas vacation. Very accommodating and luxurious. Spectacular view of the ocean! It was really relaxing after a crazy day to open the screen door and listen to the waves in the evening. Communication was also a plus with the owner. Everything was great. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit!! Also, the condo comes with tons of kitchen equipment/utensils. Unit was decorated very nicely. Great view from the 20th floor. Grandkids had a blast in the Lazy River and Water Slide area; it’s the main reason we chose this complex. Unit is spacious and beautifully decorated.- Reviewed On: 10/11/2024

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Stunning view and loved the seating on balcony. We had a toddler with us and worked out well. I will say we had to be careful with glass front cabinet in den area that he didn’t get into it. If all adults or older children in group it is perfect. We had a wonderful weekend staying in this unit. We had family staying in other units in Phoenix West and this one was far nicer and cleaner than the others. Also having the door code and no real need to check in or keep track of keys was a lovely bonus. The pools, slide, lazy river and beach access was so convenient. Our "framily" of 7 loved this condo on the beach. Great, clean facility with all the fun amenities. Amazing location with a wonderful pool and slide that gave our early teenagers choice of where to hang out. Walmart, stores, and restaurants all nearby. Loved the layout of the Phoenix West units. Kitchen had all we needed to make dinner and hot water never ran out on our large family. The living space was even nicer than the pictures. We had a wonderful time. The decor was beautiful inside the condo. Alberto tropical storm missed us, thank goodness. Beaches were clean. Only downfall was waiting on the elevators to get to room. 3 elevators for 24 floors!

Fabulous condo. Tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture and accessories. Very spacious.
My family and I loved the condo. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the ice maker in the wet bar. Having 4 bathrooms was pure luxury for our family of five. We were so impressed with the colors used in the various rooms and the paintings and prints on the walls. Love all the blues and greens! Love the turquoise painted furniture. The condo itself was great, the parking garage and elevators not so much. On our second day, a Sunday, we waited 45 min. for an elevator. Not what we expected! The parking spaces are tight and getting in and out of the garage is sometimes challenging. We liked having a visible security presence. The kids loved the lazy river and water slide. We have been visiting Orange Beach/Gulf Shore for 40 years. This condo is by far the most beautiful and most luxurious one we have experienced.
