• Exterior painting is scheduled to begin the week of 8/18/25 and will continue for approximately 90 days. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (with weekends possible if weather causes delays). Painting will take place on the North and South sides of the building using swing stages. No balcony closures or disruptive noise are expected, but workers may be visible on swing stages during the project.

Fantastic view & Amenities

Absolutely stunning views. The property was well-maintained and easily felt like home away from home. The property had a beach theme and was a very comfortable place to stay. Easy access to the beach and the pool. Loved being able to wash our beach towels and appreciated the little touches of home.

Beautiful Condo

Condo was perfect for our family. Spacious, great location and indoor pool were a plus. Building maintenance was a bit rude and didn’t communicate some garage painting that was happening but I don’t fault the owners for that. Would stay here again!

Regency Isle 503

Prompt and precise communication before and during stay. Beautiful balcony with beach view. All room were updated and clean upon arrival. Easy parking access. Easy beach access. Good location near many restaurants and activities.

Great Getaway

Have always enjoyed staying at Regency Isle. I typically have booked at least a 3 bedroom condo, but this trip only a two bedroom was necessary for a quick girls’ getaway. The check in process was seamless and the management company was very communicative. The condo was absolutely spotless and it was apparent that much thought was given to the decor. Have already booked again for my return trip in October.

Spring Vacay

This immaculate condo was perfect for our visit to OB. We love the location and the decor, cleanliness and environment were everything! I will definitely rebook this exact condo! Beautiful Condo & Perfect Location!

Amazing condo, I'd book this particular unit again and again! Perfect size, perfect location, easy 2 minute walk onto beach, grills, great pool and more. And the mattresses in the bedrooms were nicer than what we have at home! Only thing is DO NOT go early thinking you will get in a second before the 4pm listed check in time. I've stayed at other condos where they were ready and willing to let us in a few hours before the technical start, but this place does not budge. I wish they would not have even sent regular texts stating"we will let you know if your room is ready earlier" - it gave false hope that there may be some leeway and there was none and it was clear the resort was not packed and our room was ready well before the 4pm, but oh well, the rules did say 4. Other than that it was fabulous!

Family Beach Vacation
