Had a great stay with family. I’ll have to admit that I was a little disappointed that the ice maker that was there previously was replaced with a wine fridge, but we made use of it. As someone who’s gone through a bunch of ice makers, I can testify that they are very problem prone. However, since I put a kitchen aid icemaker in my house, I’ve had no issues. Anyhoo, great stay and service was as excellent as I’ve come to expect!

Great communication, provided condo location and access instructions thoroughly, easy to access condo with code, great amenities access, used sauna and gas grills on site, not overly crowded and had friendly guests all during memorial day weekend, and a 7-8 min walk to FloraBama. Picture's make the place look a bit bigger/wider, but really was just enough space for 9. Would rent again!

The penthouse at Regency Isle was beyond fantastic! The views from the huge windows and balcony were to die for! Had everything we needed, super clean, spacious, great layout, all around exceeded expectations! Hosts kept us updated constantly on check in, check out, and events during our stay. Really couldn't have been better! We would definitely love to share here again in the future!

We had a wonderful 6 night stay! The condo exceeded our expectations. It was spotless and well appointed. The location was easy to get to with excellent covered parking. Very close proximity to elevators for unloading and loading. Carts were provided to bring things up to the condo.
The elevators arrived quickly and we never had to wait.
Very close proximity to the beach. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella from the beach service in front of the condo.
We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo. The views were spectacular. The proximity to the beach was perfect. The sleeping accommodations were just right for our needs. The mattresses were a little too firm for all of us…ages ranging from 19-74. The three bathrooms were a huge plus. We could’ve used a little more seating in the living room, but overall we had an amazing stay. We highly recommend this one.

The only change I would make is to the bunk bed mattresses…teenage boys said they are very uncomfortable. Other beds are fine.

Amazing stay! Spotless and loaded with kitchen wear/ towels. Great location but some quiet residents who like to call security when you turn on the tv or play light music at 3 pm. About a two minute walk to the flora bama which was awesome. Overall great stay and everyone had a lot of fun.

Each year we stay at Regency and love the location and amenities. With a bigger group we chose a 3 bedroom and it was spacious enough for 6 adults and 2 kids. The only downfall was a few of the beds. One queen and the bed under the bunk are very squeaky with any small movement and would wake us and the kids up through the night. Other than that, all was great! We would definitely book again in the future.

The condo was even better than the pictures showed. Access to the beach was as easy as we expected. Being on the 11th floor made an amazing evening wind down on the patio each night. Only complaint we had was the water pressure and the sinks in the bathrooms not draining properly. Overall a great stay and we would definitely do it again. 10/10 recommend.

Family beach vacation with two teenagers, an eight year old and a grandmother. Everyone was excited to stay on the beach and this condo did not disappoint. Beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico with easy access to the beach. Enjoyed the view from the living room being able to watch dolphins swim by. Also would sit out on terrace every night and watch the moon over the Gulf and just relax to the sound of the waves. Spent time every day playing in the water and on the beach. Enjoyed the seasonal beach service, which is two lounge chairs on the beach with an umbrella. I thought this was a nice addition because it provided shade while the kids played and a place to relax. You can pay for the service but it is included with this condo so it saved money over the 5 day stay. The condo was nicely decorated, clean and had plenty of room for the six of us. It was really nice to make breakfast every morning before heading out to sight see or hit the beach. Ordered pizza from Lillian's Pizza for delivery the first night so we could play on the beach, it was excellent. Not sure what else to say other than we all left relaxed and happy and would definitely stay here again.

The condo is nicer than what the pictures make it seem. The managing company was quick to answer any questions. Even though it rained 90% of our trip, it was still enjoyable as we were able to find things to do with the kids close to the condo. I would stay here again!

Our second year at Regency Isle, first time in this unit. The condo was clean and seemed to be recently updated. It was very comfortable for our family. We wish the sofa had been a sleeper. We also would have liked a fan for the balcony since it is enclosed on 3 sides. We had problems with the washing machine on the last day and realized the lid switch was malfunctioning. We left a note so that the cleaning and maintenance folks could quickly diagnose and repair it for the next guests. Overall, it was a fantastic week in Orange Beach.

We've stayed at various condos up and down the Alabama/Florida coastline and this was as nice as any we have stayed at. Very spacious. It was nice having a bathroom for each bedroom. Kitchen was easy to work in. Lots of pots and pans and kitchen gadgets. Also, the unit was quiet. No noise from adjoining units. Nice view of the beach and ocean from the patio and the living room area. Easy access to Orange Beach and Pensacola. Many natural areas/state & national parks close by. Lots of restaurants and activities. Very good place for a family vacation.
