The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, featuring custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to create memorable meals. A wood dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the breakfast bar for more casual dining. At day’s end, retreat to the grand master suite, where you’ll find a king bed, premium linens, and balcony access. The ensuite bath offers an oversized jetted tub, dual vanities, and a custom walk-in shower, making it a sanctuary of relaxation. Three additional guest bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations with luxury linens, flat-screen TVs, and sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. Amazing Vacation!

This condo is spacious, comfortable, more than well equipped and quiet. All you hear is the ocean and sea birds. We had the beach to ourselves and lucked out with warm weather in November. We will be returning to this exact condo— the views from the top floor are white sand, turquoise water and blue skies as far as the eye can see.

Beautiful Views

This condo met all of our expectations: Gulf front; large enough for a family of 4 adults and a teenager; pool; garage parking; balcony; and gorgeous views!! We were literally a 5 minute walk (down the elevator, through the parking garage, and out the wooden walkway) from the water. The only negatives were the balcony could only fit 4 of us and the pool was across the street from our condo with no crosswalk. Overall, A+! Thank you!!

Excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were communicated thru text when property was available for check-in which was so nice. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. The only disadvantage was the walkway to the beach had steps and not a ramp. This was inconvenient for us to take our cart to the beach with our cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc.

Upon arriving to the condo, we were overjoyed! The pictures just didn't do it justice. This unit is so spacious and was perfect for our group. The location was also perfect and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. I would absolutely recommend this property and may even book it again for this same annual trip!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! Loved the fact that we had our own little portion of the beach that is only shared by the tenants of the 15 unit condos on beach and river side...and that we had a private boat slip to park our boat!
