We had a great stay. We didn’t realize that parking cost wasn’t included in what we paid. I may have missed that somewhere in the description- but it was $50 per car. The beds were a little hard. The unit was clean and as expected. We had a great time.- Posted: 9/1/2025

We loved our stay at Romar Place! The views were incredible! Short walk to the beach, chair service was amazing, and we loved having the boogie boards! The furniture and beds were all very cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed! It would have been nice to have had coffee pods, trash bags, and at least one extra roll of toilet paper? We loved this condo! FANTASTIC view from the balcony! The beach was clean and not packed! The beach gear in the storage closet was a huge help! We didn't have to buy anything like chairs or umbrellas! My kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. My husband grilled dinner next to the pool also. This was the perfect place for our girls trip with friends. We all had our own space and plenty of room in the shared space. Our stay was incredible. We felt right at home but luxury. The access to the beach was incredible and being able to look out and see the beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the balcony.
Indoor pool and outdoor pools were so nice and clean.
The beach was never so crowded that it was uncomfortable.

Great condo - smaller building, which meant less crowded beaches. Beach service is offered, which we didn’t use. Everything was very clean, and the layout worked great for our family (main bedroom facing the ocean, other two bedrooms facing the interior of the complex). Never had to wait on elevators. Impressive Condo
Clean & crisp unit, actually immaculate. Special touches in every room, kitchen equipped perfectly. Only thing needed was a chest of drawers in the 2 extra bedrooms. We traveled 8 hours for Spring Break March 2023, the place was beautiful, we checked in at 11 pm so being able to use the keypad was helpful we were within walking distance of the beach right from the condo. Everything we needed was provided for our stay this was perfect for 2 adults and our 5 children. The only trouble we had were with the sliding doors but the owners got someone out bright and early the next morning to check on it ! We definitely be staying here again- Posted: 3/13/2023
