The location was great, and being on the first floor was amazing. You are right on the beach, with a short walk from the back porch to the sand. The beach wasn’t crowded, being private, and the location was within 15 minutes of everything you need for your stay.

This condo was in a perfect location and had great accessibility to the beach! It is an end unit so it feels very private but close to the beach access. The condo itself is very spacious, the common areas are a great addition. You can eat at various places close to the condo or drive down the road to OB/ GS.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! We have stayed at several Florida condos and this one is really fantastic. It's super spacious so my family of 4 and I had plenty of room. Our favorite part was the walk-out patio. The view is stunning and it's so fun to just walk out and you're just a few steps to the beach. I mistakenly assumed from the pictures that you could access the beach if you head left out the patio, but that is blocked off and you have to access the beach by heading right to the pool area (2 minute walk to the beach). This was honestly for the best because it is a very quiet unit with few people walking past since it's at the far East end. I also loved how quiet the entire condo unit was. Despite being there during spring break, you couldn't hear a peep at night. One other tip: I didn't realize the unit only came with 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom so we had to buy more. Overall this is a beautiful condo in a quiet location and I would absolutely recommend it!

Was everything we expected and more. Very clean, great location! Only negative is you have to pick up keys at an off-site location then stop into the condo office for your pool wristbands and read an extremely long email with all other instructions and rules as nothing is in the condo for reference. Would’ve hated coming in late trying to figure everything out. However, we hope to be back in the future.

Sandy Key is an older condo. however, you wouldn't know it by the amenities, the interior of the condo, especially #112, was modern, clean and very well designed. The place is spacious. We only habe 2 of us but I could see 6 people being very comfortable here. The proximity to the beach from the condo is unmatched! Two pools, one heated, are nice and big, withbplenty of chaises. This is my favorite condo location on the Gulf Cost. And the price is WORTH EVERY PENNY!

This may rank as our favorite beach stay thus far! The location and walk out first floor is perfect. It’s on the quiet end of the property with the best view and privacy. Making for easy loading/unloading of the car and beach things. The best part of the condo had to be the linens and towels. For the first time ever, we had TOO many towels and many went unused. They were so thoroughly cleaned along with crisp sheets. The rooms were lovely and calm equipped with all you need for the perfect vacation. The kids loved the pool as well as the easy beach access. And the condo was equipped with camping chairs (as we forgot ours). I can’t recommend the property or management company enough. We are already considering our next trip. The one downside was nothing to do with the property, just time of year, because we had a couple of red flag days and waves were too rough for our littles. But it wasn’t an issue when there is a pool.

I don’t usually write reviews but I always read them so I want to make sure to write exactly how we felt about this condo. We got checked in very easy but the only thing was I didn’t realize that I had to pick up keys at a different location then the condo but that was ok bc it was only a minute down the road. The convenience of this condo was like no other . It was on the first floor which made it so easy with our 4 children. We were able park right in front of the door. The place was absolutely beautiful and the convenience of the beach was so nice that we will be returning to this location. There were 2 pools and a hot tub . A small little gym . BBQ area . It was really the perfect location along with a nice patio overlooking the beach.

This was a 5 PLUS!!! We absolutely could not be more pleased!!! Luxury Coastal Vacations was so helpful and very proactive in keeping us informed about what was happening on our condo property. The unit was fabulous and will be our ‘go to’ for future trips to Perdido. It was clean with everything we needed for a very comfortable and peaceful week. The location of this unit was perfect!
