I don’t usually write reviews but I always read them so I want to make sure to write exactly how we felt about this condo. We got checked in very easy but the only thing was I didn’t realize that I had to pick up keys at a different location then the condo but that was ok bc it was only a minute down the road. The convenience of this condo was like no other . It was on the first floor which made it so easy with our 4 children. We were able park right in front of the door. The place was absolutely beautiful and the convenience of the beach was so nice that we will be returning to this location. There were 2 pools and a hot tub . A small little gym . BBQ area . It was really the perfect location along with a nice patio overlooking the beach.

Great place to stay!
Easy to book, easy to check in, property was very clean and in great condition. I found it to be all that was advertised. Because of the crazy time (COVID-19), we didn't venture far from the condo and the beach, but that was okay! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Convenient
Quiet end of SK; nice condo tastefully designed. New boardwalk to beach completed during our stay enhanced ease of getting to beach without having to go out in parking lot and around to the walk at end of units. Sandy Key Condos great location with close proximity to grocery and good restaurants.

Right on the beach
The double sliding doors open to a perfect view of the beach. Sunrise and sunset are beautiful from the patio. The condo is clean and well furnished. The location is close to good restaurants and not far from grocery store. All access points are gated, so we felt safe. This condo made for an enjoyable, memorable vacation.

Family vacation with a 2 & 3 year old
It was just as it shows on site. Beautiful layout and plenty of room. Very well taken care of. Kids had a blast. Dolphins early in the morning and right next to the beach on some of the mornings. Swimming pool very clean. I will return to this same place. My kids said they were so glad that we didn’t do a house, when this felt like home and it was a condo. Well worth the money. Sandy Key Perdido Key Unit 112
Really beautiful condo, right on the ground floor and right on the beach. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were there in January so did not use the pools but we did use the hot tub and it was nice although it could have been hotter. Everything was very clean and the instructions they sent us prior to our arrival were very clear and easy to understand. Very spacious, two bedrooms, two baths, three tv's.

Perfect for our young family
The condo and location gave us everything we needed for a great vacation. Our condo unit was on the ground floor, but it was off the beaten path. We had almost no foot traffic between us and our ocean view. As for the floor plan, it was very spacious. There was plenty of room for privacy if needed, and my family of 6 had ample sleeping space for every person. We cooked most of our meals in the condo, and there were plenty of dishes and cookware to pull it all off. The condo management was great. The one issue we had with our toaster was solved immediately. The location was great for my young family. We have four daughters age 10 and under. Alcohol is prohibited on the private beach, so we didn’t have to deal with obnoxious partying. The beach was not overcrowded either. And by the way, the white sugar sand is beautiful on the Gulf. There were some great local restaurants as well, so we weren’t disappointed in our few meals away from the condo. All in all it was a great vacation. Thanks!

Beach front bliss
The view as soon as we walked in was absolutely stunning. The condo itself was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could need. Layout is perfect for families and the dining table has room for everyone. Can’t beat ground floor and ease of getting to the beach. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable. Being on the ground floor made access to the pool and beach incredibly easy—just a short, pleasant walk away. The patio was a lovely place to relax as well. We truly couldn’t recommend this condo more!

Gorgeous, comfortable, clean condo right on the water. It’s near the end so you have plenty of privacy despite being on the ground floor. (We preferred the ground floor with out two kiddos.) Communication was great and checking in/out was super easy. We plan to request this exact unit in the future!

Lower level unit is very nice
Very nice place! Very clean and great location. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The only downside is to that you had to pick up your fobs and take them back but otherwise very nice would stay here again

Quiet & Relaxing
The condo was just as beautiful as shown in the pictures. The view is fantastic. We were very comfortable and had a great time. We were located close to great restaurants; but since we were close to the end of the complex, it was very quiet. Loved the heated pool as well. We also enjoyed reading about the history of the condo in the guest book.

Family Vacation
This condo was perfect for my family . It had everything we needed. The beds were extra comfortable and couch in living room provided all the seating we needed. We also really liked that the condo was on the bottom floor, which was great when we went to the pool or beach. This is a great condo to rent !

This condo was in a perfect location and had great accessibility to the beach! It is an end unit so it feels very private but close to the beach access. The condo itself is very spacious, the common areas are a great addition. You can eat at various places close to the condo or drive down the road to OB/ GS.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! We have stayed at several Florida condos and this one is really fantastic. It's super spacious so my family of 4 and I had plenty of room. Our favorite part was the walk-out patio. The view is stunning and it's so fun to just walk out and you're just a few steps to the beach. I mistakenly assumed from the pictures that you could access the beach if you head left out the patio, but that is blocked off and you have to access the beach by heading right to the pool area (2 minute walk to the beach). This was honestly for the best because it is a very quiet unit with few people walking past since it's at the far East end. I also loved how quiet the entire condo unit was. Despite being there during spring break, you couldn't hear a peep at night. One other tip: I didn't realize the unit only came with 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom so we had to buy more. Overall this is a beautiful condo in a quiet location and I would absolutely recommend it!

Perdido Key Gulf Front
Great beach locatiion with Aminities . Love ground floor unit . Close to parks and restaurants. Our only recommendation would be better pillows for a better nights sleep

We stayed in Sandy Key 112 for two weeks and it was perfect! It was clean, quite, and super close to the beach! The view was spectacular! We can’t wait to book for next summer’s vacation.

Wonderful Beach Stay
This may rank as our favorite beach stay thus far! The location and walk out first floor is perfect. It’s on the quiet end of the property with the best view and privacy. Making for easy loading/unloading of the car and beach things. The best part of the condo had to be the linens and towels. For the first time ever, we had TOO many towels and many went unused. They were so thoroughly cleaned along with crisp sheets. The rooms were lovely and calm equipped with all you need for the perfect vacation. The kids loved the pool as well as the easy beach access. And the condo was equipped with camping chairs (as we forgot ours). I can’t recommend the property or management company enough. We are already considering our next trip. The one downside was nothing to do with the property, just time of year, because we had a couple of red flag days and waves were too rough for our littles. But it wasn’t an issue when there is a pool.

Beautiful, comfortable condo on the beach!
This is a wonderful unit. It's a walk out first level condo with parking right in front of the building. It is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The views for drinking coffee in the morning or wine in the evening are spectacular.

Perfect location & the condo was exceptional for my family! My grandchildren loved waking up & walking out to see the beautiful ocean! The pictures are exactly as described. From check in to check out the staff was amazing! Will book again, same unit, next year!

Really loved the condo. Had a couple of issues but they were addressed quickly. One was operator error 😂. The view was breath it was quiet and friendly.. I will stay here again. Next time I’ll book it for longer now that I know what I know.

Wonderful Condo!
We really enjoyed our stay last week. We searched for a ground floor unit since we have a 2 year old that is a climber...was a little worried about balconies. Easy access to the beach and pool. Property seemed to have all families so it was very quiet. Our unit had everything that we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back.

This was a 5 PLUS!!! We absolutely could not be more pleased!!!
Luxury Coastal Vacations was so helpful and very proactive in keeping us informed about what was happening on our condo property.
The unit was fabulous and will be our ‘go to’ for future trips to Perdido. It was clean with everything we needed for a very comfortable and peaceful week. The location of this unit was perfect! It gave us first floor access, gorgeous views, privacy and convenience. Who could ask for more??? Sandy Key is the ‘bomb’!! The amenities and location could not be more perfect!!!

We had a wonderful trip and stay at Sandy key unit 112. We have stayed at this property many times and this was by far the best condo. It was very updated, very new appliances, clean and overall stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy the trip.

Sandy Key is an older condo. however, you wouldn't know it by the amenities, the interior of the condo, especially #112, was modern, clean and very well designed. The place is spacious. We only habe 2 of us but I could see 6 people being very comfortable here. The proximity to the beach from the condo is unmatched! Two pools, one heated, are nice and big, withbplenty of chaises. This is my favorite condo location on the Gulf Cost. And the price is WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Was everything we expected and more. Very clean, great location! Only negative is you have to pick up keys at an off-site location then stop into the condo office for your pool wristbands and read an extremely long email with all other instructions and rules as nothing is in the condo for reference. Would’ve hated coming in late trying to figure everything out. However, we hope to be back in the future.

Great view, very convenient for families with small kids
Had a 5 night stay in this condo with my family of four. The condo was clean and had updated kitchen appliances. The view was perfect as my littles napped daily. Never felt like I was missing the ocean as I could sit on the patio outside and hear the ocean and had full view. I wasn’t sure if I would like a walkout unit but we LOVED it. Again the condo was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and the mattresses were top notch. I can’t wait to book another stay and am recommending my friends and family to stay in this condo.

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay.
We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. There was two things we would like to suggest. There needs to larger watt light bulbs in the bedrooms. Also in the bedrooms there needs to be ceiling fans to keep the air moving around. Other than those suggestions we were totally pleased.
