This is a great spot on the beach with very easy access. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Easy to get chairs and umbrella too.

Beautiful condo!
We had to cut it one day short due to my husband and I getting sick but we enjoyed the few days we were there. The condo is very beautiful and the beds were super comfy. The balcony could not have been any more perfect. We ate lunch on it every day. Luxury coastal was also super easy and great to work with!

It was BEAUTIFUL and so PEACEFUL. We had a problem with our TV and the response team was on top of it and sent somebody asap and it was fixed.

Beautiful beach! More private and shorter walk down from condo. Staff was so kind and friendly at check in. I wish we wouldn't have had to go to a different location to pick up keys, but we would stay here over again for sure!

Clean and efficient condo!
This unit was perfect for our stay. The location is on the beach with easy access to the beach and the pool. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. Would go back again!!

Wonderful property. It exceeded our expectations in every way except that the hot tub by the pool was luke warm, and we were there in December so that would have been nice. Also kids under 16 are not permitted in hot tub.

Beautiful
The condo was perfect for 8. This was by far my most favorite spot so far. The first night my daughter and I laid a cover on the balcony and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. The beach was clean. The pools were never crowded. The older boys did have trouble getting into th gym but us mom's weren't too concerned if you knw what I mean. Loved the swings on the property. Overall PERFECT stay!

quiet beach vacation

Updated condo with quiet beach
Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Really enjoyed the beach area which was not crowded like other places we stayed. LOVED the swings overlooking the ocean.

We had a wonderful vacation experience!
The Condo was decorated in such a way that we felt like we were in Pottery Barn ?? The outdoor furniture was extremely nice and I loved the feeling of being " in a nook" . . . Privacy while on the balcony was exactly what we anticipated. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The Condo was well taken care of and very clean. I even took a picture of a piece of furniture ( front bedroom small chest) so I could try to purchase for my own home! We would request this room again if in the area? Thank you for a lovely atmosphere and our view was Perfect.

My family and I stayed in this condo and absolutely loved and enjoyed it. It’s perfect for families. It was a nice space, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed eating meals out on the balcony while seeing and heading the ocean and also saw dolphins swimming most mornings! The pool was wonderful. It was nice having an on site security guard walking the property regularly also. The only complaint we have is that it’s stated as no smoking allowed, but actually smoking is allowed on balconies and around pool area. We had to go inside a few times due to strong smoke smell on our balcony while others on another balcony were smoking. We went to the Sandy Key office directly and they said it’s actually allowed. Overall, We highly recommend this condo and spot and hope to get to book again!

Perfect getaway!
Perdido Key was the perfect place for us to get away & relax! The beach was so pretty. The condo at Sandy Keys was beautifully decorated, perfect location! We will definitely be back & will rent the same condo! Highly recommend!

Clean and lovely condo away from the crowds
The condo was absolutely lovely, spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed time out on the big balcony. We checked in after 5pm on Friday and out that Sunday so we were unable to pick up wristbands for the pool or parking passes. (The office at the condo is only open weekdays until 4:30pm.) This caused a bit of stress initially but we called the property management company where we picked up the keys and they assured us it wouldn't be an issue - and it wasn't. This is a smaller complex than the many mega high rise buildings so our part of the beach was considerably less crowded. We had no problem finding a great spot on the beach to relax and watch dolphins play in the water. Just be sure to read the arrival instructions carefully. We did and knew to bring extra paper products, trash bags, etc as the condo is appointed with just enough supplies for a day or two. I have no hesitation recommending this beautifully decorated & wonderfully located property.

Luxury costal vacations were amazing to deal with, from the time of booking to checking out. We even locked ourselves out of our condo after hours. It was quick and easy to get a hold of a representative and they immediately got in touch with their maintenance guy who was there within 10min to let us in. Staying in contact with me the entire time. The condo was everything the pictures showed it would be and it was well kept and clean. Great condo, great company to use. We will be using luxury costal vacations for every beach trip from here on out.

Beautiful condo with great decor!
We love Sandy Key and this condo was very well decorated with super comfortable beds! The only thing that would make it better is more lighting in the bedrooms and a few more wine glasses! But we would definitely recommend it and will stay here again!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Sandy Key and we just love it there. The condo is so spacious and has everything you need. Plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Beautiful views. Definitely recommend!!!

The condominium was just like the pictures. Beautiful home and gorgeous views. We are spoiled now.
Our experience was AWESOME! When my family and I arrived the first thing I did was go on the balcony and just admire the view of the ocean and beach. I can honestly say I cried with such joy! The accommodations were excellent and the condo was so beautifully decorated. We will be back next year, honestly wish I could be back this summer. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Loved it
The condo was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. I loved that the condo was ready before 4pm and we were able to enter it early. It was ready at 1pm and was very clean. The location was great. We loved the large balcony over looking the beach. The only thing I did not like was having to get the keys from a different location than the condo and returning them to the same place. I would have preferred a code to enter the door. It can be difficult to keep up with only 2 keys, especially with eight people. But other than that I loved it and would definitely stay again.

Great View and Condo
We went down to visit my son who is stationed there and we always stay on Perdito because it is less crowded and the beaches are really pretty. This time was no different, it did not disappoint. The condo could not have been more perfect, beautiful décor, clean and close to everything. We had an amazing view of the ocean every morning and even though it rained a few days, we had a wonderful relaxing vacation. I loved it and thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Unable to stay due to governor’s order
We were looking forward to staying at this property but were unable to due to Florida’s governor’s order regarding short term rentals. We very much hope to stay here later in the year!

Absolutely amazing!
Everything was as expected. Foe sone reason the wifi was not working and someone was sent to reset it so all was good there. Perfect location, comfy beds, clean, beautiful decor, beaitiful beach, great pool, easy to get to and from all activities near by. Not at all crowded and definitely will stay there again.

A few small details were bothersome but overall very pleased.
The front door needs work because it's difficult to open because it's hanging crooked on the hinges. The king headboard hits the wall with any movement of the bed. Woke me up everytime my husband turned over in the night. I put a towel behind it to stop the noise. Everything's very nice. Enjoyed the stay. Balcony furniture is wonderful. Will probably rent again.

Very nice and clean. They had to change the batteries in the fire alarm while we were there and did it very quickly. Overall a great place and was decorated very nicely! Would stay there again!

The location is great as it is away from the busy areas and somewhat secluded off the main road. Beautiful and would definitely recommend this one to others! We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Key. The condo was comfortable, clean, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the deep covered patio and the comfortable patio chairs. After a day in the sun, it was wonderful to relax on the patio and enjoy a great view of the ocean and the gorgeous white sands of the beach. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Relaxing Luxury Getaway just the right distance to all the excitement from this tranquil resort
Resort is very well maintained. The owners and guests are all kind and calm. The amenities are as described. Easy access to all of the key, parks, and to historic Pensacola. The beachfront sand was kept clean every morning and evening during our stay. The property management team is very responsive and friendly.

A Surprise Find
We didn’t think anything could top the beach & condo from Waikiki, Hawaii. This one was over the top & such a delight for us. It’s a quiet beach, family oriented, clean & just the right amount of activity for a relaxing getaway.

Very nice condo.
The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, although not firm. Plenty of comfortable extra blankets and pillows. The balcony patio set was great! The table and chairs were high top style, which was great for seeing over the railing. We used the balcony a lot. The condo complex was clean and safe. Great vacation!
