*Please note: Sandy Key is transitioning to an exterior building restoration project. This project is anticipated to last from August 2023 through May 2024, schedule and weather permitting. Work will consist of; though is not limited to, grinding, painting, glazing, and sealing around exterior doors, walls, balconies, and walkways. Exterior painting could change traffic patterns in parking lot to avoid paint splatter. Periodical noise is expected from this project. Balcony closures may take place, and in these instances, furniture will be placed inside of the unit. AT THIS TIME, NO AMENITIES ARE AFFECTED BY THIS PROJECT. Contact us for possible updates.
