Things to Note
*Please note: Beginning January, Sandy Key will be undergoing a sealing and coating project in January 2023. This project is expected to last 8 months, weather dependent. They will also be conducting unit glass inspections during this time which will require brief unit access. At this time, balcony closures are expected though no exact schedule is available. Should balcony be closed, balcony furniture will temporarily be brought inside of the unit.
