This condo is of remarkable quality. The most spacious from the kitchen, to the living room, to the bedrooms, to the bathrooms that we have ever stayed in. The square footage is clearly ideal for 4 to 6 people. The balcony has a great amount of space. Unlike many others. You’re lucky to fit two chairs. The only downside is that with today’s technology, we still had to go to an agency to pick up two keys. Not the end of the world, but the only upgrade that I could recommend, would be the door knob to go to a passcode. Everything was superiorly clean. Typically when you stay in a coastal condo, there’s residual sand on the floor as you get there, but this place had absolutely no sand across it. Their cleaning people must have something figured out. The beach isn’t as broad as in Gulf Shores so you don’t have to walk as far across the sand to get to the water. We enjoyed the slow pace. The kitchen had everything we needed, and then some I would highly recommend this condo!

We had a very good family vacation here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They prepared all stuffs that we might need! The host responded as soon as possible and very communicative.
All instructions were clear and easy to understand.
If there would be any laundry packets there that will be perfect! But it is never a problem! We loved this place.

The location was convenient. The condo was clean and well appointed. The ocean view was tremendous. We wish there were more amenities in the kitchen - salt/pepper, a description of the coffee maker and coffee filters, paper towels, but knew from the descriptions these would be limited; especially items for the bathrooms - toilet paper, soaps and shampoos. When trying to travel light, it's difficult to pack some of these items for airfare and expensive to purchase small amounts locally.
We would visit again and request to stay at the same location! Very relaxing and enjoyable.

This is the second time we have stayed at Sandy Key. We love the location close to the national seashore, easy walking distance to old Florida sand dunes and perfect white sand. Great restaurants, shops and marinas are close by. Great beach service for chairs and umbrellas, thank you Austin! Our room was on the top Floor, 8th, and had great furniture on the over sized sun deck. High top chairs were very comfortable and table made morning coffee with a view an experience I wish I had every morning. Living room sofas and chairs were comfortable and sized perfectly for the space. Kitchen had everything needed and easy to clean up after cooking. Bedrooms were spacious and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Elevators were quick and close to parking with carts readily available to help take everything to room quickly. A+ accommodations.

The condo was very spacious and beautiful. With pictures you're not always sure of what you'll get. The large sliding doors onto the balcony was a plus as was the large sliding window in the bedroom. The second bedroom was wonderful and the 2nd bathroom was great. The other thing I loved about this condo was there were plenty of towels, nothing more annoying than running out of towels and having to run someone down to bring them to you. All in all a perfect spot!

We had a great time on this trip. Our original booking was cancelled unexpectedly about a month before our trip. We were given the option to cancel trip with full refund or re-book someplace else. We were given about 8 options to consider within our price range. We opted for one in the area had booked and were not disappointed. Everyone was very helpful and we were given a slightly more expensive option at a discounted price. While it was stressful being cancelled so near the time everything was resolved very quickly. My emailed questions were answered within an hour and sometimes minutes. I have nothing but praise for everyone I dealt with.

This is a very lovely condo. It is very clean and updated. The only thing it didn't have was a Keurig coffee maker. But, we knew that before our stay and brought our own. Other than that, it had all the pots, pans, glasses, utensils, and measuring instruments we needed to make our own meals. The master bed is very firm, too firm for me. That being said, I slept very well every single night and my back felt wonderful. We were not there to sleep anyway. We have stayed in another unit at Sandy Key within the last 10 years and it was noticeable that Sandy Key has made a lot of improvements and upgrades to the buildings. This felt like a much more luxurious stay this year. We were very impressed by the decor and felt right at home. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Property as listed! Clean, good condo, and centrally located. Very family friendly and beaches are nice and best part, not crowded. My only request for next time would be to leave filters for coffee pots. I understand having to bring your own TP and such… but coffee filters aren’t something I would’ve thought to grab. And unfortunately didn’t realize there were none until I woke up very ready for some coffee. Small thing but big need, ha.

We really enjoyed staying at Sandy Key room 825. The view was amazing! The condo was clean and well stocked. I was also very pleased with the size of the condo! We had six people and never felt crowded. The balcony is also very nice with plenty of room and seating. If I had any complaint it would be the check in process. I wish we could get a key on site or have a door code to use instead of having to go to a separate location to pick up and drop off keys and check in and out. But overall, a great condo and would definitely go back!

Condo very nice and well appointed. Only major issue was that mattress in master bedroom needs replacement. It is overly soft and provided little or no support for our bad backs. 2 words....AWESOME SAUCE!!!! We booked very late (1day in advance) but when we arrived the condo was immaculate and ready for occupancy. The furniture and beds were oh so comfortable. Kitchen had everything and the 8th floor view made for beautiful sunsets and sunrise views. Condo is truly steps from the beach. Staff is courteous and accommodating. We will definitely return. This place was great for our family. It wasn’t very crowded because the kids were back in school. Everyone was friendly and kind and the place was really clean. They even had most everything we need to get us through the first few days and since that’s all we were staying we didn’t have to buy extra! Amazing view giant balcony! We just loved staying in this condo. It was beautifully decorated, was well equipped with items from the kitchen, had a wonderful view of the beach and had a storage locker full of needed beach chairs, and an umbrella. The master bedroom bathroom toilet handle (inside toilet) broke during our stay but my husband just ran to Walmart and bought the needed parts and fixed it. We would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great place to stay in Perdido Key.

We loved everything about our stay and the accommodations at Sandy Key 825. The proximity to the water and being right on the beach was great and we made use of all of the amenities to include the tennis court, grills, pools and hot tub. Having access to a beach storage locker was a very nice plus and allowed us to store our beach chairs and toys for easy access without having to schlep it all up and down from the condo. This undoubtedly saved us having to clean out any unwanted sand from the condo before we left too. We loved hanging out on the balcony with a cup of coffee early in the morning and walks on the very clean beach were refreshing escapes. Proximity to the local Publix grocery store, Perdido Seafood Market (AWESOME!) and several local restaurants within just a couple miles made the location of the condo ideal for us too. The only negative was that our building was down to just one elevator but everyone was friendly and understanding of this "first world problem" and held the elevator door for us and others throughout our stay to help each other in very neighborly ways. The grounds were kept very clean and secure and we really did enjoy every aspect of the accommodations. We would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay there again. I personally did not stay here but rented it for my elderly parents and they had nothing but good things to report. They said it was very lovely and perfect for their vacation. They have difficulty walking but the beach was so close they were able to walk out & relax on the beach several times during their stay. They said they would definitely come back. The staff called me prior to arrival and said they would greet my parents & were VERY helpful explaining the rules and even helped get my parents settled in their room. The customer service was amazing! Thank you for making this trip memorable for them!!

We stayed last week in Sandy Key 825. We had never stayed in Perdido Key before and we enjoyed it very much. There were many positives about this condo and our stay. I will start with the check-in process was very smooth and easy. The condo was in a great location, middle unit on top floor. As nice as the condo was I think my favorite part was the storage unit on the first floor for your beach supplies. It saved so much time, trouble, and sand inside the unit. I was told by some friends that Sandy Key was an older condo unit. There were always Sandy Key employees cleaning and we found the Sandy Key complex to be very well maintained and updated. We would definitely consider staying in this exact unit again in the future.

The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The layout was perfect for us with two bedrooms and the two full size beds in the extra bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week we were there. The storage space on the bottom floor to keep sand covered beach items in was one of my favorite features, no worries of dragging sand toys and chairs up to the condo. We plan to stay here again!

The condo was nicely furnished and the kitchen well equipped. Sandy Key is located near the east end of Perdido Key which means the beach was less crowded. It also helps that it's 3 different buildings no higher than 8 floors. This means fewer people on a much widder spread of beach.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Very quiet, peaceful place. Perfect view from the balcony. My only complaint is we didn't have wifi access and the rental company didn't have the info. Short 10-15 minute drive to orange beach. There's a Publix right around the corner for groceries. Would definitely stay again!
