We were so pleased and loved our stay here. The only issue we had is the door to the patio deck needs to be seen by maintenance. It would often not lock or unlock without pretty intense difficulty. We were always able to get it eventually but did cause a damper a few times. Overall, it was an excellent unit very convenient to the ocean and tons of places nearby for eating and shopping.

Love it!

Although our trip was cut short we enjoyed our stay. The condo was amazing and had everything we needed. Loved having the first floor patio allowing us to enjoy a beautiful view and walkout to the pools and beach. The relaxed ambiance is just what we needed.You can walk or drive to some of the restaurants and stores which is very convenient.We are looking forward to our next family vacation. We loved our time at the condo! The great location, made it so easy to access the beach and pool! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean. I was impressed by how well stocked the kitchen was. Communication with the management company was a breeze. Without hesitation we’d rent the space again when back in the area!

It was a lovely condo- first floor literally steps from the POOL and the Beach access point.
Secured parking by permit - can pull under overhang to unload.
Felt extremely safe. The condo kitchen was the most well stocked of any place I have stayed.
Highly recommend- Sarah was helpful at LCV and answered any questions or issues with quick response.
Check in and out reminders days ahead along with specific condo rules was very helpful. Love that this was a quiet Family place ! We would definitely stay again for a Beach Vacation.

Love ground floor convenience

Nice to be right on the beach. Roomy condo, best stocked kitchen of any condo stay. Had breakfast every morning on the patio except for 2 days that poured down rain. Best restaurant was Big Mikes steakhouse. Rainy day shopping was great, unbelievable bargains at Tanger Outlet.

103E is by far THE BEST

We've stayed many different places over this way, but 103E is by far THE BEST. We so enjoyed the view, our pick of the pools, and hot tubs, and the incredibly easy beach access. Our 2 and 4 year olds loved all the kid friendly pools/splash pad. The kitchen was the most well stocked /organized we've seen in a condo! 10/10 recommend - we'll be back. THANK YOU! ♥

This was the best beach condo I have ever stayed in! The walk to my beach chair from the porch was about 1 minute! Easy unloading luggage and to and from the beach. Very nice!

Relaxing Spring Break

The location of the property was amazing. Excellent view of the ocean and easy access to and from the beach and all the pool areas. It was so convenient to step outside to the wash station and to the beach entrance. The place was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tubs were perfect and our son and his friends enjoyed pickleball. The area is very quiet. Lots of restaurants near by. As ice cream lovers all the places were delicious recommends Dels. This was the relaxing spring break we wanted and needed for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. This place was better then we expected!
