PLEASE NOTE: SeaChase is scheduled to undergo property enhancement and modernization projects beginning August 2026 through Spring 2027 (schedule permitting). These improvements are designed to enhance the overall property experience. Please anticipate the following:

• During August 2026, schedule permitting, is anticipated to experience the bulk of the noise coming from jackhammer noise and concrete dust.
• September 2026 through March 2027, schedule permitting, each tower is expected to operate with one elevator available at a time. Guests may experience slightly longer wait times during peak periods.
• Spring 2027: Floor closures are anticipated to take place later in the project, though an exact schedule is not available at this time.

Entire project is schedule and weather permitting. While the work does not impact the unit directly, please be mindful of surrounding work.

Great corner unit. Only downside was the construction noises during the week but they did warn us about that. Can't think of anything negative. We did ask for a day to be added on the front end, but they didn't respond (even after offering) and we canceled the request so there wouldn't be any confusion. That was the only downside. We thought the kitchen was well equipped and the view from the 14th floor was terrific with the sunsets easily admired from the west side of the balcony. Place was immaculate. Do wish they would upgrade the main TV as others have mentioned. Would have loved to watch some Atlanta Braves games but the MLB app was not available. Not a big deal when you can watch the weather and waves rolling in. We saw a couple of attempted water spouts form but they didn't quite make it down to the water.

We had such a wonderful stay with Luxury Coastal Vacations. What stood out most was how communicative and proactive the team was from start to finish. Before our arrival, they let us know about construction taking place on-site that was outside of their control, offered thoughtful solutions to make up for the inconvenience, and most importantly, followed through on everything they promised. We really appreciated how well they handled it. The condo itself was comfortable, clean, and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked we’ve had in a vacation rental, and we ended up using it throughout our stay. The beach was beautiful, the chair service made beach days so easy, and the pools were fantastic. Our family had an amazing time and left feeling like we had been genuinely taken care of. SeaChase 1405W was wonderful! A very comfortable, clean place to be! To be fair, the televisions are quite dated (would recommend some larger wall-mounted Samsungs), but that's a minor complaint. You have utensil needed to make decent meals and plenty of dishes to serve that meal on. I'd go back tomorrow if I could!!
