Great place but cheap on toilet paper only 4 rolls for 8 guests for 4 nights and one roll paper towels. Thought for price they could have paid $15 for toilet paper from dollar general that could have been in house. Same with paper towels. Lots of towels and wash clothes but only one hand towel in each of 4 bathrooms. Very clean and perfect location right on beach. Very responsive to calls or texts. Thought 4 pm was a very late check-in and had issue with which lockbox to use when checking in. 10 early check out too. Overall great house very clean and safe feeling. Easy access to restaurants and things to do.

host: great communication from check in to check out. Couldn't ask for more. Communication leading up to our check in time allowed us to get into the property a little early...after a long travel day, we were thankful...Beach View: Everything you would hope for! .the walkout from the ground floor to the beach is about 50 ft. With Littles, the close proximately was a blessing...House Setup: We had 3 couples and 3 Grands, one being a newborn. The master suite has a walk-in closet perfect for privacy with the baby. The first floor sleeping area was perfect for the one year old still in a crib..the main floor has two bedrooms side by side which was perfect to have a 3 year old close to her parents..Loved the outdoor water house coming in off the beach to rinse off and the first floor bathroom?shower. perfect for littles during the day and after a long day on the beach...Location: Close to everything...Grocery, Restaurants, Golf, Shopping, The Wharf...A few observations for improvement...One suggestion would be to replace chairs on the main deck area..they are rusting with metal flaking off due to the salt air...also, initially we thought the ice maker was just a little slow but realized it's not working. Finally, on the ground floor walkout, renters have left behind assorted beach toys, umbrellas, etc...most have been there a while and not usable..All in all, a great property and vacation..We come to this area annually and would definitely stay again..

This was a beautiful home that walks out onto the beach. It’s exactly what we were looking for. Big, spacious, homey place with plenty of stuff to use at the beach already there! Would highly recommend this home.

Amazing house for our family vacation! There was 10 of us and we all had our own space and could come together in the common areas. Beach was great, decks were spacious with seating for all. Beach toys and chairs were an added bonus! Everything you could ask for in the kitchen!

Had a great stay! Wonderful home! Just know that check in instructions (with door code) aren’t provided until right at 4:00. I was expecting instructions the day before or day of, but thought right at 4 was a little too close for my comfort. We certainly didn’t need access before 4, but made for an anxious couple of hours leading to 4 unsure if we missed something or if the door code would come later.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our Thanksgiving family gathering! The location is fantastic—we loved being so close to the beach, which was a huge bonus for the kids. The space itself was impeccably clean, comfortable, and perfect for our holiday. The only small issue we encountered was that the main front door was not functional, which meant we had to use a single point of entry, and I didn't realize there was no garage access which might be my own user error. Despite these minor points, the overall experience was excellent. We highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again!
