The condo was very nice. Very roomy. The sliding door from the living room was very hard to open so we used the bedroom door to go out to the balcony. The sand and water was gorgeous. The water was so clear! Weather was great the entire time. We had a great vacation there and will probably return again soon! Thank you.

JUST BOOK IT!!!
I spent tons of time looking around for places that fit my needs. This one was hands down amazing. It’s beautifully standing between Florida and right near Orange Beach. It was so clean and literally had everything you needed. You are just foot steps away from the pool and beach. Not to mention the people that lived there were so nice! I’d book in a heartbeat again!! Thank you for letting us stay 💚

It’s even more lovely than we expected! The condo is beautiful and comfortable in every way. The A/C started to be an issue late in our week long stay. We called about it and had the problem resolved in an hour! We absolutely hope to stay here again and will recommend to others!

Our family (2-adults and kids 9 & 7) had a great time at the condo. The views off the balcony are amazing. It was super easy to get to the beach and clean off when coming back. We rented the cabanas for the week just off the boardwalk to make the week even easier. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to use. The whole unit was clean and comfortable Also the condo was close to everything from groceries to restaurants but was still far enough away from Orange beach that night time was quiet. We will definitely be staying again.

Our family had a short stay at this property and it was wonderful. The condo was spotless, beds were comfy and all the amenities worked great. We especially loved the large patio with gorgeous views. This unit had a ceiling fan on the patio, which we noticed was rare for the complex, and considering we visited in August, we were really happy to have the ceiling fan. Spent a lot of time on the pation. We'd recommend this property to others for sure.

Really appreciated the easy beach access via the ramp from the property. Other places we stayed had steps up and down to get to the beach. Not easy with family members with mobility issues.

Big clean condos, lots to do around the area, beach was clean. The only com was that you had to pay for chairs on the beach.

Thank you for providing your feedback. After reading your review, I notified our Maintenance Team that the fan may need attention in the small bedroom. They checked out the fan and noticed a humming sound when the fan was on the lowest speed setting. It's possible that the motor could be going out, so we are recommending to the owner to replace the fan. Please don't hesitate to notify us of any issues that may come up during your stay. We have housekeeping and maintenance teams on staff every day of the week to take care of issues like this. You are welcome to call us any day of the week! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and look forward to having you stay with us again! ... *UPDATE 10/23/18: Owner of unit has approved replacing the ceiling fan. Nice condo and clean except for the plastic food storage bowls. They looked as if they had been put up dirty. Greasy spaghetti sauce stuff i several of them so we ended up washing dishes when we got there. The office is not open on the weekends although it was in the paperwork they send you before arriving that they were. Otherwise, we know differently now but were still pleased with the condo.

Our recent stay at 323 East was just fabulous. The condo could not have been more perfect. The only complaint was that their wasn’t a tv in the extra bedroom but for us it was fine because it kept our kids in the living area watching TV with us. The location was great. The beach was never crowded and it was easy access to stores and restaurants. We will definitely recommend this condo to others!!! Thank you!! The Dunaway’s (Conway, AR)

We found the bed in the master bedroom to be a little hard for our comfort. We mentioned it to the management and before the end of the day, we had a 2" mattress pad installed on the bed. It was such a relief for us old people with arthritic hips and we slept so well. Thank you for being so responsive.

Great location. Loved being on the 3rd floor. Wonderful updates to master shower and kitchen. Large kitchen for Thanksgiving cooking was great. Master bedroom was nice and large which is phnomenal for a condo. Only a couple of minor things need repair. Master bathroom toilet runs constantly if you don't manually make adjustments. Guest bedroom lighting is only by lamps as the light switch or fan/light pull doesn't work. Also the fan pull to adjust speed of fan doesn't work. Other than that.... the unit was awesome and the management was VERY accomadating when I requested a skillet to be delivered. We will be back!!

I read the previous reviews and that plus the pictures of the balcony is the reason we decided on this unit. We were so pleased we did. Very spacious, 2 bedroom unit. Everything was clean and on scheduled time for our arrival. Kitchen was very well supplied with anything you may need to prepare whatever you would at home. It is a third floor unit, which was the perfect view for us. The elevators were fast too. I'm impressed by that because we have stayed in condominiums where we had to wait 15 minutes for an elevator. We didn't know until the last day that there apparently is a storage closet across the hall that belongs to the unit that can be used to store floats, chairs, etc...I wish we had read that. The only negative, for my husband actually, he does enjoy a cigar. It would have been nice for us to sit on the balcony together. But, he just walked down to the beach at night. He was fine. Also, when I go to the beach, I like to listen to the waves when I sleep. I couldnt open the doors because of freezing the unit up. But, I 'm fine and I slept very well. The mattress is very comfortable. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely place with us. Jim and I already would love to stay again. We both said thats where we stay from now on. In addition, the coffee mugs , we looked them up. Impressive and proud.

We loved staying at SeaSpray East 323! It was a beautifully decorated condo. We had everything we needed. There was beach service that we could rent for the day or the week. The grounds were well kept, the pool was sparkling and clean. We are planning to book here again next summer! The only change I would suggest is a set of sun curtains for the master bedroom. The sunrise is beautiful and bright every morning!
