This unit provides open access to all of the spacious entertaining spaces. The living room features a plush sofa. The beautiful dining area has seating for four around the dining table and more seating that the breakfast bar. The kitchen hosts ample prep space and updated appliances.
Perhaps the best feature of the living room, the sliding glass doors open directly to the Gulf front terrace. You’ll be greeted by the soft sea breeze and immediately transported into a state of sheer serenity when you sit and delight in the splendor of the Gulf’s perfection.The terrace is truly one of a kind!
The master is the perfect restful retreat, with a plush king bed. The master bathroom features 2 granite vanities allowing for plenty of counter and cabinet space. The second bedroom is filled with queen bed and a second bath. Including the queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests!

We were very pleased with everything except for the fact that the ice maker did not work. When we reported it, the rental team offered to bring us some ice and send a repair person. We turned down both offers. We already had purchased ice and did not want to wait around or be disturbed. The only other minor disappointment was the TV. A smart TV would be a good investment since most people have streaming services.Other that that, and those were minor, we loved our condo and our stay. And we appreaciated being able to check in early, since we arrived around 3:00. Can't wait to come back- Reviewed On: 5/4/2026

Exceptional
Unit was very nice. Maintenance man was very helpful and polite. He was far more accommodating than the grumpy ladies working in the office. We arrived late. No parking pass in the room. Signs everywhere warning of towing. Office was closed over the weekend and memorial day. Ended up getting a parking warning on the car threatening to tow it the very first night. Called the number we found and they said we needed to make our own parking pass and place it on dash. Staff in the office acted as if I was bothering them when I went to pay for my parking pass on Tuesday.- Reviewed On: 12/8/2025

Love the Sand & Surf!!
The condo was very nice. Very roomy. The sliding door from the living room was very hard to open so we used the bedroom door to go out to the balcony. The sand and water was gorgeous. JUST BOOK IT!!! I spent tons of time looking around for places that fit my needs. This one was hands down amazing. It’s beautifully standing between Florida and right near Orange Beach. It was so clean and literally had everything you needed. You are just foot steps away from the pool and beach. Not to mention the people that lived there were so nice! I’d book in a heartbeat again!! JUST BOOK IT!!!
