The condo is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The furnishings are new and the kitchen is updated. We had the river for our view as opposed to the beach view that the other buildings have. But we found it very pleasant, especially in the morning sitting on the balcony. It was easy to walk across the street to the beach. Both buildings have nice pools which we used.
My only complaint was the price for parking. We only stayed for 3 nights and paid the same price of $61 as our friends who stayed for a week. The company does say they have no control over the price since another company handles that. However, I think they should mention what the price is upfront.
Otherwise we had a wonderful time. It is a great location and we enjoyed the condo. Would use it again.
