Things to Note
SeaSpray will begin replacing elevators on September 12, 2022. There will only be one elevator operational in each building at a time during this process. They plan to have all elevators replaced by April 2023. This process will be occurring Monday through Thursday. Any work that creates noise will only occur between 9 AM and 6 PM.

Love everything about this condo! Floor plan is very open with fantastic view of the gulf. We enjoyed the space. Kitchen is very well stock with all your cooking needs. Washer and dryer work very well. Electricity went off one night and we were very relieved when the back up generator kicked on. Glad we picked this place and looking forward to our stay next year.

This is a very nice condo. We might have been the first people to stay there after the Owner had completly renovated the unit. The view is great, the deck is great and we had wonderful time. What's not to likes........

Very Impressed!
Very impressed with Luxury Coastal Vacation rentals. The condo was very clean and well stocked with anything we needed for our stay. Check in was easier than expected and leaving was just as easy. This condo at Sea Spray was absolutely beautiful! The condo was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The view of the beach was breathtaking.
