SeaSpray West 304- Gulf Front

I stayed here for a beach trip with my husband and overall really enjoyed the place! The condo was very spacious and had an amazing view of the beach. It was clean, comfortable, and a great space to relax. No restaurants were walkable, but were within a short drive!
The only downside was that parking was not included and had to be paid for separately (it was in the original post/listing, but still just an extra expense). Just something to keep in mind!

We had the most relaxing vacation with Luxury coastal! The pictures just absolutely not do the vie justice. Typically I like to stay on a higher floor on gulf front condos but truly I just do not believe this view could be matched. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need for home cooking and the master bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of every morning (figuratively of course). Loved the minor details like the “kitchen essentials” kit. One thing you always forget but hate to buy is a dish sponge… not to worry, they’ve got you. All around one of my most favorite condos I have stayed with and I will absolutely be returning!

Loved our stay at Sea Spray. The unit was as described, on the beach, short walk to the water, balcony was nice, decor was appropriate for a beach vacay and tasteful. Master bedroom and bath we spacious with ample storage for clothing, luggage and more. The 2nd bedroom and bath were accommodating. Loved the master shower, it had great water pressure and the temp of the hot water was wonderful. The kitchen provided the basic appliances and utensils needed. A very small but well thought out feature , in my opinion, was the dish sponge that was included in the start up kit for the kitchen. I hate washing dishes with a dishcloth and the sponge was one of my favorite details! Its the small things! Would book again.

We had an amazing stay. Only things I would change are the shower heads and deeper pocket sheet for the king size bed. I had to keep putting it back on. This was our second time staying here and overall it is a great place.

I was disappointed to discover the balcony is offset or back from the beach behind buildings but we were able to see the beach. Also the bathrooms need updating, especially handicap features. Otherswids very nice!

Condo was beautiful and we especially enjoyed the walk of glass windows beach front. We had an elderly family member in our party so the short boardwalk to the beach and zero entry pool were much appreciated. We would stay again but make it for a longer duration next time! Perfect, quieter location on the beach as well. Excellent communication from pre booking through check-out.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Super close to parking and the elevator. Easy and close access to the beach. Plenty of room in the condo and balcony. It was perfect for our little family and was perfect for a 3 year old!

Perfect location! Very spacious and incredibly well stocked. There was construction, but we were notified well in advance and really only missed the pool. We will definitely return to see the improvements once completed.

Great location, wonderfully appointed, and literally steps from the beach. Beautiful condo! The only thing I would have changed is that it is on the 3rd floor right above the pool. I was there in October, but guessing it would be rather loud during busy season. Perfect for families! Enjoy!

This place is exactly what we wanted. Uncrowded beach with chair service, short walk from condo to beach with a toddler, and a nice simple pool. We enjoyed the pool being walk in style and not terribly deep. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. Loved it so much, and cant wait to return next year.

Beautiful condo and great location! Photos are exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable and the check in/out process was easy. There was a strong musty smell primarily in the master bedroom/bathroom that was quite unpleasant but other than that, everything was clean and we had a wonderful stay.

The condo is actually nicer than the photos. Very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Only a short drive to an excellent seafood market and grocery store. There is also a market across the street for odds and ends and beachwear. The staff at the facility was very friendly and I mean everybody from the front office to the groundskeepers. I sipped coffee every morning watching the sunrise on the beach. Very relaxed and stress free stay. It was spring break but no crowds like other locations. We’ll be back ASAP.

Love everything about this condo! Floor plan is very open with fantastic view of the gulf. We enjoyed the space. Kitchen is very well stock with all your cooking needs. Washer and dryer work very well. Electricity went off one night and we were very relieved when the back up generator kicked on. Glad we picked this place and looking forward to our stay next year.

We had a wonderful weeks vacation with or three kids! We beached it every day but one when we went to see the Blue Angels. The condo was clean and decorated to perfection. The ocean views from the kitchen and living room were my favorite part. When the kids needed a break from the sun I could still enjoy the beach from the condo. Overall we loved the quiet beach and we loved the condo.

We loved our stay at the Seaspray. The unit was very nice, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The views were awesome and the proximity from the condo to the beach was was nice and close. We just love the area and can't wait to get back. Would definitely stay in this unit again. The only drawback for me (and it's just a personal opinion) the king bed in the master wasn't the best for my back. Other than that it was amazing!!!

Rental company was amazing from the start. Great place, awesome view. Quiet and close to great places to eat. Beds are comfy. Beautiful remodel with no water space Only down fall, needs a dark curtain in the master dur to light from the hallway at night. It is bright across from the elevator, but didnt hear anything at all

What can I say? It was the perfect week. I’ve stayed at several locations on the gulf from Fort Morgan to Panama City and We’ve finally found our spot. The condo was the perfect location from the closeness to the beach but with a distance from the crowds. We always had a spot on the sand to call our own without feeling crowded. The unit itself was decorated beautifully and had all the amenities you need. People in prior reviews complained about the noise and the light in the master we didn’t have any problems at all. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a beach vacation. Thank you for a wonderful week with my family.

Nicely decorated, great view not too high or low for a great view of the pool and the ocean. We have stayed here three years and this was the nicest condo.Kitchen pans could be upgraded and the only improvement I can see would be the dining chairs. The covers are nice but the padding is shot. Overall though the decor is great and appropriate, TV nice and works great though we used only for the College World Series and an occasional evening program. We loved the dishware and glassware, fridge and the outdoor table and chairs.Would stay again in a heartbeat.. Beds are comfy, especially love the master shower. One observation, we had some noisy teens in two groups, one at each ead of the walkway, noisy like yelling and slamming doors until after midnight. When I asked one to stop she said "Yes Sir" and I thought it was over. next night even worse, running in groups by our window laughing and yelling. Where the h.... are the parents? I told the office and they seemed concerned but excuses like they cannot do anything???? I said huh? They finally said they might call the HOA! I thought THEY were the management. I wrote notes and left them on the two doors, units 301 and 306 and the next two night things were totally different. Kids should have fun but rules are rules and we do not sleep until noon like they do. That's the only issue, the managements' reluctance to tell them to be quiet. If they did they should have let me know. Other than that a great place to vacation! First time in three years we had such an issue.

I can't say enough great things about both this condo and the general area!! The condo is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The view was unparalleled. Beach access immediately off the elevator, and condo right across from elevator! Every possible amenity was included, right down to travel size designer soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Loved the shower in the master bath!!!! Beds were very comfy, with lovely linens and pillows. Bedrooms are on the inside, so are dark for sleeping. What a glorious surprise to come out to a spectacular sunny day once you step in the hall! Area is mostly state park, so the beach is viewable all along the strip. Give the Oyster Bar restaurant a try when you go. It was so terrific, we went twice!! Great food everywhere we went. Also, highly recommend the Royal Dolphin Swim at Gulfworld in Panama City... an unbelievable once in a lifetime experience!!! Will definitely come back again.

This condo is in a great location and is wonderfully decorated. The only surprise about this condo that wasn't quite clear when booking was the master bedroom didn't face the beach. It was fine however. Great stay!

We had an amazing experience! Cute condo close to everything and an amazingly view from patio for sunrise and sunset! Will definitely be coming back! Stayed November 1-5 best time of year! Weather was gorgeous!!

This condo was beautiful. We enjoyed the views of the Gulf and the easy beach access. Decor was so nice and the kitchen pretty well supplied. We had an issue with the hard bed and were provided with a foam topper that worked great. However, renters should be aware that this unit has bedrooms with windows on the outside walkway across from the elevator. The light was too much at night and there were not heavy drapes or room darkening shades to block it. We put the comforter over the curtain rod and that helped a lot. There was also some noise in that corridor and elevator dinging. The ocean side had heavy sound proof glass , but not the bedroom side. Two small suggestions - the long hallway could really use dirt catching mats to keep the sand out of the rest of the space, and the knives in the knife block were thin and bendy. We struggled to cut a fresh pineapple and an acorn squash.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at the beach and this beautiful condo definitely made my stay the most enjoyable. The room is decorated perfectly and it was super convenient to get to and from the beach. We will definitely be back!

It was amazing. I would definitely recommend Sea Spray West 304 to anyone. Absolutely amazing view of the gulf. Great amenities. Cannot wait to return.

Loved the condo for our weeks vacation, lovely view of the pool and beach and a perfect location for the sights. We did have a couple of issues, which were taken care of promptly, and was a great getaway for our yearly 'friends' vacation

We absolutely loved this unit! The inside was perfectly decorated and clean. Beds were comfortable. There was the perfect amount of space for me, my husband, our 3 year old daughter, her godfather (for one day) and our nanny. The unit is right by the elevator & the elevator is right by the beach access. It took less than 5 minutes to get from the unit to the beach! The unit has a beautiful ocean view. I was able to see our daughter and our nanny on the beach from the condo. The condo also over looks the pool which is great. I can't find one negative thing to say about the unit or the property. We have visited the Orange Beach/Pensacola area many times. This time I think we found "our" place. I will absolutely be back to stay here. I'm already trying to plan our next visit and we just left a few hours ago! I highly recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful, relaxing, enjoyable stay. The unit was clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The view was beyond fantastic! Close to everything, plenty of parking and nice grounds. If you are looking for a great getaway in great surroundings, this is the place! We are definitely coming back!

The condo was lovely, bright and beautifully decorated (as pretty as the pictures). The living room was comfortable and the four adults in our family could easily spread out and relax in the evenings. The master bedroom was nice and the shower is fantastic. My daughter (in the guest room) said the queen bed wasn't super comfortable, however. Both bedrooms face the front (rather than the beach) and the condo is right off the elevator. The kitchen was beautiful and nicely stocked, except for salt and pepper, which I need to remember next time :). It's a beach-facing property, which does overlook the pool. it was very quiet when we were there (the week of Labor Day) but if you want privacy, the baloney isn't all that secluded if someone's in the pool. It's also a little small when all four of us were out there but not exceptionally small. The condo was very well-stocked but you might want to think about bringing extra paper products (or you can buy them at the local Publix) since you get one of everything. Beach chairs cost us $30 for two. Reservations were easy and the instructions were spot-on.

My wife and I loved this place! The unit has been extensively remodeled, with a modern kitchen, nice furniture, and a huge master shower. The view was wonderful, the condo is right on the beach, the pool was nice, and there is a very nice workout room with new equipment. Highly recommended!

I spent the week in this fabulous property with my three former coworkers. Beautiful is an understatement. The decor was impeccable throughout. This unit has an amazing view across the entire width of the condo as the bedrooms are near the entry. We loved it! The unit offered everything we needed and more. The unit is located directly off the elevators which also means that when we were ready for the beach, a quick trip down the elevator brought us directly to the beach walk. We cannot wait to return to this unit next summer!
