We enjoyed our stay. It is literally just like the pictures describe it. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, etc. We ate several meals on the balcony that overlooks the ocean. The area is quiet as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. The condo was just as picture and extremely clean. My only issue was there is no place to keep dry goods, everything had to be kept on the countertop. Other than that I highly recommend the unit.

We stayed Monday-Friday and loved every bit of our stay. We arrived at 2pm expecting to not check in until 4pm, but by our surprise when we pulled into the parking lot we received a text saying we could check in early. Check in process was easy. Room was easy ro get access to. The kids loved the kid friendly pool and beach access. We loved the quiet area with just a short drive to wherever we wanted to go. This was our 3rd year in a row at SeaSpray and we plan to be back in 2025!

Sea Spray East was tidy, adequately stocked with the basics, and roomy. The balcony is a little small but has an amazing view of the beach. The beach service was amazing; very friendly and helpful. The beach itself has lots of shells and the water was beautiful but isn’t as clear as Pensacola. The condo is right on the water and very convenient to the beach. The only negative we could find with this place was that there’s no walkable beach bars, bars, or restaurants. You have to drive everywhere to get food or even to have a drink. Other than that, we really enjoyed the place and the beach!

We enjoyed our stay even though the exterior of the building was being worked on. The furnishings were very comfortable and we were close to the pool so we could enjoy the children giggling in the pool. The location was lovely and the beach was perfect, Even though the building was having a face lift the premises were clean and well kept. Sea Spray maintenance staff were always around and very polite and helpful. Even though we stayed in a beach front unit we were able to walk across the street to the river side buildings and enjoy their beuartiful dock. This is where the dolphins were! We would definately stay here again, .

Wife and I do an annual October get ready for fall/winter trip. We decided to go to Perdido Key for something different. Stayed at Perdido Sun condos and couldn’t be happier with our week stay. Great condo with a great view of gulf and condo had everything you could possibly want! Many good restaurants in area that are an easy walk or short drive. Luxary Coast Vacations were good to work with and I highly recommend them. We’ll be returning!

The condo was great. The location was right in between Pensacola and Orange Beach, so you could get to either city easily. The view from the balcony of the ocean was beautiful. Easy short walk to the beach and pool. Would stay again.

Beautiful place to stay. Great views. Comfortable beds. There were carts that were very helpful to unload our car and bring it up to the apartment door. Also provided a few beach chairs that was great. There was a restroom on the ground level in the gym area that was awesome when we arrived after our long drive and came in handy on beach/pool days.

We loved our stay here! We were in town to watch our son play in the Sun Belt Men’s Basketball tournament in Pensacola and loved coming back to the condo to relax and vacate. The kitchen is the best stocked of any rental I have ever stayed at. It made cooking for ourselves easy and enjoyable. Thank you for the amazing vacation spot!

The condo was neat, clean, comfortable! The washing machine didn’t work but a text to Luxury had someone out quickly to fix. The elevator wasn’t working on the evening before our departure ( we are on the 6th floor). I text again and they said they would check into it. It was working the next morning :)

Great views of the Gulf! This was our second time staying at Seaspray West unit 603. Clean... Very comfortable beds.. Kitchen is equipped with everything I needed and more. Any of towels in the bathrooms and kitchen. We like the smaller condo complexes because it’s less crowded. The location is great because it’s not in the middle of all the hubbub of other sky rise condos. Just 10 minutes from grocery stores, and restaurants.. We will be back !!!

Easy to find --- did not communicate to property manager, but we did find the bedroom TV's disappointing -- one has bad pixel images, the other so small, difficult to view from the bed. Overall though the unit and the location was excellent, well within in shopping and restaurants. I would recomend this unit.

The condo was perfect! We were right off the elevator and had a little market/souvenir shop right across the street. Had anything we needed. The full glass all across the back of the condo wall made it so nice to look out at the beach anytime of the day. This was our first time to Perdido Key. We will definitely be back and stay at the same condo.

We had a wonderful time at the Seaspray! Everything was clean & the lockbox was so easy. We had an abundance of towels & the beds were comfy. Definitely bring all paper products you need though. We brought a pack of toilet paper & paper towels. Also, bring kitchen staples such as sugar, coffee filters, cooking spray, foil, plastic wrap, etc. Lots of plates, cups, utensils, & cookware. We highly recommend this condo & we plan to be back!

603 SeaSpray West is a 5-star accommodation all the way. Comfortable, thoughtfully appointed and stylish, with an excellent collection of nature photographs - many taken by an owner, beautiful views and easy access to pools, hot tub and the beach - it's floorplan works very well for up to two couples. The building and amenities are well kept - and the nearby Perdido Bay Seafood offers an excellent selection of fresh-caught fish, shrimp, crabs and oysters - as well as friendly service - including steaming shrimp for you while you wait (not very long). All in all, 603 SeaSpray West is highly recommended.

I can't say enough positive about this condo...the amazing panoramic views and balcony, the cleanliness, well-stocked kitchen, updated kitchen and bathrooms, perfect location on Perdido Key with private beach and great pool! I love to swim at night and the pool was never busy in the evening. I also love this location because it was not crowded like the high rise options on the rest of the key. Check in process was contactless and easy. During a pandemic, I highly recommend this building and condo. They took extra measures to ensure cleanliness and it showed. While I used it as a getaway for myself while my husband is deployed overseas, a family of 4 could stay comfortably with ample space. I plan on bringing my husband and kids next year!

Beautiful place! Clean, cozy, and a wonderful view from the balcony. The owners have lots of interesting decorations and books, there's tons of light, and It's right on the beach! Also, the beach was not crowded here at all. We were able to rent a chair/umbrella right in front of the condo for all 3 days no problem. We loved it. I definitely recommend this place, and the owners have stocked it with everything you could need for cooking, etc. The only suggestion I have is in regards to Luxury Coastal Vacations - they're pretty stingy with other items. If you're staying for more than a couple days, or if you have 4 people, you will have to bring several things. There is no salt and pepper, shampoo and conditioner is only in the master bathroom, there's no extra toilet paper, only 2 kitchen garbage bags. You'll also need to bring dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent if you plan on doing more than one load. And bring beach towels as none are provided. Not the end of the world, just something to be aware of. We've stayed at places like this several times and there are usually more supplies than there were here. Also, your arrival instructions from them will say the pools and hot tubs are open until 11 pm. They actually close at 10. Other than that I highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Perdido Key in the future.

We recently went there over Thanksgiving. Our son is in the Air Force so we went to see him over the holiday. This condo was very clean and all the windows were amazing. We would leave the Balcony door open at night and you could hear the waves crashing on the shore, coming from Missouri you don't get to experience that. It was a wonderful stay and I would recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful views, comfy and whimsically decorated condo. Those floor-to-ceiling windows are key. Well-equipped kitchen, very clean. Family friendly. Suggestions: - The lamps on either side of the couch had broken switches when we arrived, but we didn't really use them. - Suggest some rugs in the bedrooms by the beds to help prevent sand-in-the-sheets syndrome. - Suggest air deflectors on the air vents in the bedrooms - they tend to blow right on the beds rather forcefully. Mere quibbles, though!

We come to Perdido Key every summer. This is our favorite unit so far (4 adults ). So beautiful inside, lots of seating and multiple table tops for eating. And even with that, you don’t feel crowded. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook. Beach chairs, games, puzzles, books, soft blankets are all here. And it’s own outdoor grill! You can’t imagine how happy we were to find that! We found the beach here to be less crowded than other places we have stayed, this was a wonderful surprise. We loved having an on sight office, although we didn’t use them for anything other than picking up our parking pass. Arrival and departure was a breeze! A perfect stay! Highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. The condo was clean, quiet and very comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Beach and beach staff were awesome.

I am always apprehensive on picking out places to stay and rely heavily on the reviews. I was absolutely surprised at how wonderful this condo was for the price!!! It had everything we needed for a great little vacation. It was truly a home away from home. The beds were comfy, the view was amazing, everything was just awesome! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can possibly need. The pool is perfect for little ones if you tire of the beach. I lugged beach toys from home, but when we arrived, there were some already provided. You are literally STEPS from the beach! We were pleasantly surprised with the work out room and all of the equipment. No issues checking in or parking and everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. We WILL be back to the SeaSpray West 603!

The condo was decorated nice and very clean. The two recliners are a must to us do to health. The pillows made it real homey The traffic is less than Orange beach which really helped. And the beautiful windows facing the gulf was great. Would definitely stay again

The unit was ready when we arrived and the office staff were very helpful. The condo was as advertised. It was clean (a big plus), there was adequate kitchen items, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. The only complaint we had was the bedrooms face the outside walkway and the lighting is very bright. The blinds on the bedroom windows are not sufficient to totally diffuse the outside lighting. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and would certainly rent this unit again.

We need some peace and quiet before the holidays. The condo was perfect everything we needed was supplied. Plenty of room breath taking view. Beautiful view. We did get one surprise. . When plugging in electric grill saw a spark. Sent an email on Saturday night just to let them know not thinking I would get a response until at least on monday. To my surprise not even thirty minutes I had a response. The people work so nicely with you and make everything effortless. Can't wait to come back.

The property and condo are both really nice. The 0 foot entry pool was fantastic for small kids and the beach was really amazing as always. Well situated near entertainment but not too close to anything loud and rowdy. Some crazy air conditioning and you should shop for the most basic supplies before arriving but I would highly recommend this vrbo.

Well furnished and set up well with nice balcony. Enjoyed the stay as the area is my favorite in that part of the state. Pensacola and Orange Beach both handy for an expanded entertainment and dining experience. However, I think the paper supplies are inadequate for a week and the king bed needs updated. Good value and would stay again.

The pictures don't lie on this condo! It's not too good to be true! The kitchen was well stocked, there are beach toys, and the management company is wonderful! The only complaint we had was that the King bed in the master is very old, squeaky, and sags in the middle. I ended up sleeping on the couch by our 7th night because it made my back hurt. It may not bother everyone. We are already talking about coming back to this same condo next year if it is available (but I will probably call and ask if the mattress has been updated)! Thanks for a great stay!

The beach was clean and beautiful! The cost for chairs and an umbrella was $30 a day and they pick it up at 5pm. The condo was amazing. 6th floor, right across from the elevator and the trash shoot. Stocked with everything you could ever need to cook. Lots of little added bonuses like custom quilts, beautiful quilt pillows, lots of insider tips, cookbooks, beach toys and you could tell the owners poured love into the unit. Close to stores, restaurants, entertainment, but still far enough away to be quiet and peaceful! Only downside was the dryer took 3 full 80 minute cycles to get clothes dry. And- my kids thought they locked themselves in the balcony! (It's rather tough to open the sliding door from the outside.) The king bed in the master was very squeaky and firm. Overall-- We loved it!! Would definitely recommend to our family and friends!!
