This place is amazing! The views are tremendous of the gulf and the beach area. You are at eye level with pelicans and other flying creatures. Furniture in the unit is amazing, with some very unique pieces. Be sure you look around when you're in there. Furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of room and plenty of seating. The kitchen is so well equipped with things that you don't normally find in a unit. The balcony is amazing, with views of the gulf and nice shade that keeps you cool during the day. Beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless, with a huge walk-in shower in the master. This is a place to mark on your list if you want to come enjoy the beach

Sea Spray East was tidy, adequately stocked with the basics, and roomy. The balcony is a little small but has an amazing view of the beach. The beach service was amazing; very friendly and helpful. The beach itself has lots of shells and the water was beautiful but isn’t as clear as Pensacola. The condo is right on the water and very convenient to the beach. The only negative we could find with this place was that there’s no walkable beach bars, bars, or restaurants. You have to drive everywhere to get food or even to have a drink. Other than that, we really enjoyed the place and the beach!

We enjoyed our stay even though the exterior of the building was being worked on. The furnishings were very comfortable and we were close to the pool so we could enjoy the children giggling in the pool. The location was lovely and the beach was perfect, Even though the building was having a face lift the premises were clean and well kept. Sea Spray maintenance staff were always around and very polite and helpful. Even though we stayed in a beach front unit we were able to walk across the street to the river side buildings and enjoy their beuartiful dock. This is where the dolphins were! We would definately stay here again, .

Wife and I do an annual October get ready for fall/winter trip. We decided to go to Perdido Key for something different. Stayed at Perdido Sun condos and couldn’t be happier with our week stay. Great condo with a great view of gulf and condo had everything you could possibly want! Many good restaurants in area that are an easy walk or short drive. Luxary Coast Vacations were good to work with and I highly recommend them. We’ll be returning!

Great condo, very clean, and decorated beautifully. We had a great stay, the beaches were beautiful and not crowded. Many restaurants to choose from as well as seafood markets if you choose to eat in.
