Two queen bedrooms with private baths, a half-bath, and a large beachfront balcony with a private pool complete the main level. The living area boasts comfortable seating for 12, an 85" TV, and shiplap walls, while the well-appointed kitchen includes two sets of stainless appliances, granite counters, and an icemaker. A laundry area, half-bath, and two additional queen guest rooms with private baths are conveniently located off the kitchen.

On the second level, you'll find a separate den, perfect for family fun, along with two queen rooms, two king rooms, and attached bathrooms for each. The king rooms feature beachfront balconies spanning the width of the home.

The third level offers a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, and coffee maker in the common area, as well as a queen guest room with an attached bath. The luxurious master suite awaits, featuring a king-sized bed, a private gulf-front balcony, and a spa-like attached bath with a double vanity, custom walk-in shower, expansive walk-in closet, and a large soaking tub with Gulf views.
