We loved our stay! The condo was well-furnished, very clean, spacious, and a beautiful view. The balcony was great and had plenty of comfortable seating, too. Would highly recommend! The only (minor) issues were access to the fitness center (I think they lock may be old and it was difficult to unlock using the key provided) and a bed frame that may need to be tightened in the front bedroom. Overall a great stay—-5 stars!!

If you are on the fence about this condo just book it! It is the perfect condo for 8 people and it is even more gorgeous in person. Hands down this condo was the cleanest unit I have ever rented! That is saying a lot because I am very picky about cleanliness. The host was quick to respond to any questions and they are very southern friendly too. The location is perfect because you can walk to Flora-Bama. The beach view is a 10/10 and we saw dolphins and so much more. The beach is clean and the water was a beautiful turquoise color. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only bummer was that the pool wasn’t heated and in March you really can’t enjoy a pool unless it is heated. I would stay here again for sure.

I have stayed at many condos in the Perdido Key area and this is one of the best. The balcony is spacious with a gorgeous view. The condo is nicely furnished and the beds were all comfortable with nice memory foam mattresses (comfortable beds is sometimes hard to find in condos!) The living room is large and accommodating. The complex is small which is nice bc the beach isn’t overcrowded. And close to Flora Bama and lots of great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Our stay was wonderful. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The answered every question or request almost immediately. The rental had all we could need and more. It was the perfect location for my whole family, ranging from a baby to my parents. The beach felt private and was so calm. Anyone we encountered was kind and helpful. The condo was incredibly spacious and the kitchen had everything. Check in and check out was seamless. We said multiple times, any future beach trips we want right here. We will definitely be returning!

We absolutely loved staying here! Our unit in particular was absolutely perfect. The furnishings provided the quintessential modern beach home vibe. The location to the beach and elevator were perfect for our multigenerational group. Everyone was happy, from my 94-year old grandmother to my 14-year old daughter.
Due to so few units, distance from restaurants/bars, and the private beach access, Shipwatch must be one of the least crowded rental communities. There was no competing for the best spot on the beach. Walking at sunrise and sitting on the patio at sunset was peaceful.
Accomodations can make or break your vacation experience. Historically, we've made it a point to stay in beach houses. This was a last minute trip and I couldn't be more thrilled to have stumbled upon this condo! This opens up so many possibilities. However, I am aware the standards of the rental company play a big part in the overall satisfaction level. I highly recommend LCV and Shipwatch.

Plenty of room for 5 adults. Every room was what we expected it would be and more. Kitchen had what we needed to cook. No complaints!!!! But I do want to point out one BIG thing…. That balcony is AMAZING. When we weren’t on the beach, we were on that balcony and it couldn’t have been better! Mornings and evenings we soaked up all the time we could there. The view was just perfect. Loved all the seating out there! Beach service was disappointing as I was under the impression you couldn’t set up in front of the reserved chairs/umbrellas (we’ve stayed at condo’s before where this was the case) but we had people/groups in front of us on all 3 days. Had we known that, we would have skipped it, saved our money and brought our own gear. Thanks for the very best place for our girls trip! Hope to be back soon!

Definitely stay here! Condo was EXACTLY as pictured. Recommend 2 things: contact Perdido Beach Service BEFORE you arrive to reserve your chairs/umbrellas. Rent a car-we relied on Uber and ‘got by’, but having a car would have helped. Peacefulness and beauty of this beach was worth the challenge of transportation. House was perfectly appointed and didn’t lack a single thing. Even the cookware was great-often not the case in rentals. Beds were comfy, AC was excellent, elevator a big plus, HUGE balcony to enjoy every day. Only negative was there were no umbrellas at the pool -in Florida sun, there should be shade-and not just where you sit to eat. Luxury Coastal vacations were super responsive and helpful! Go to these restaurants: Cobalt, Zeke’s and Jellyfish Bar. Do it! You’ll be glad you did! Thank you!

Shipwatch 201A was the perfect getaway for a quick family vacation.  The condo was beautifully decorated, the beds very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was spectacular.  The spacious open floor plan allowed everyone to be together, and a great time was had by all.  We can’t wait to vacation here again!

Shipwatch 201A was the perfect beach vacation getaway! The moment you enter the beautifully decorated condo you immediately notice the breathtaking view of the white sand and the turquoise blue water. The condo is just steps away from the beach; this makes it quite easy to go back and forth to the condo. The balcony is very spacious, with room for dining, relaxing, and sitting with friends. The condo has an open floor plan with three large bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable with luxurious linens and bath towels. The condo was immaculate and very clean upon arrival. It had absolutely everything we needed and I would highly recommend staying there for a memorable beach vacation. I definitely will return!

Gorgeous 3 bedroom condo with 2 “master” bedrooms perfect for two families to share with kids. Lots of extras including towel bars, space to store luggage and closet full of beach gear...along with great instructions to work everything! The unit has a perfect view of the gulf and is a very short “ easy” walk to the beach if you don’t want to bring everything down in the morning! You can walk to several restaurants on the beach and even have a “bushwhacker” at the Florabama without getting in your car! Just bring your shoes! You can also cook a nice dinner in the condo with the fully stocked kitchen with new appliances! Tom Thumb is right across the street for quick items that you might need! Look forward to our next visit.....
