Condo was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked. The decor was lovely. Enjoyed the furniture on the balcony to eat our breakfast each morning and hang out after dark. Everything about our stay was simple yet beautiful. Great communication from owner, easy check in (we just walked in basically), beautiful view (saw lots of dolphins), clean and stocked with basics. Loved the balcony and hung out there a lot. Overall nice accommodations overlooking Perdido Key beach. Kitchen was well stocked, appliances were all updated. Great spot, not in the middle of the hectic areas, and quick drive to anything you would want. Our unit was especially nice and very well done. We loved it! Also utilized the fitness room, etc. at the sister condo across the street on bay side. We went at an off time after school started so it was very quiet and laid back. Wow! What a dream! This condo was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and had easy access to the beautiful beach! The balcony was amazing and the perfect place to relax, read, and enjoy the views of the beach! The couple times we contacted management they responded quickly. There are many places to eat and visit, but they are at least 10-15 minutes away. That was not a big deal at all. But, we paid over $1k to stay less than 24 hours (check-in at 4:00 p.m. and check-out by 10:00 a.m.), and at exactly 10:05, a property manager was knocking on the door to make sure we were out.
