We enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The kitchen was stocked with several pots & pans, utensils, & spices. You will need to bring extra trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent (manual & dishwasher),toilet paper, & paper towels. The beach is pristine! The chair rental guy (Sam) is a very polite helpful young man. I enjoyed meeting & talking with him. We were a family of 5 & had plenty of room! We loved the balcony almost as much as the condo. The only negative is the pool was very cold. But we also stayed in October. Overall a great place! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Shipwatch condo. The only issue was the kitchen was not stocked efficiently. There was no hand mixer, can opener, mixing bowls and the coffee pot didn’t work properly. Other than that we were very pleased.

This was a great location. The condo was great, there was plenty of room. We loved the balcony and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything you’ll need. There is a blender, crockpot, under-counter ice maker.

Had a great stay, loved the condo and the location. Had 6 people in our party, never felt cramped or lack of space. Favorite feature if I had to choose one was the back patio overlooking the ocean. Very sturdy comfortable furniture, looked brand new and made long sits outside worthwhile. Plan on returning in the near future. Loved the stay, wish we could have stayed longer.

Enjoyed our stay at Shipwarch, beach side. Perfect for our family of 4, and not overcrowded. Close enough to all stores, restaurants, family activities, etc. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time and the commute from the complex to Corry Station was a straight route. Loved the decor and the large covered balcony. The only thing we couldn't locate in our condo was a dustpan. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful unit with an amazing view of the gulf! It is well appointed with all necessities and plenty of bath towels. Communication was great from the rental company. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in this unit and hope to visit again! Also, Shipwatch is a great complex with 2 really nice pools and an easy walk to the beach.

The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean! Master bed was very comfortable. Nothing can beat the gorgeous view! Loved the covered patio area! Plenty of seating inside and out. Had everything we needed for a great stay. Would love to stay here again!

We read lots of reviews that raved about this place. We had high expectations and they were all fulfilled. Everything about this place was quality. The kitchen was stocked beyond what we needed. There was plenty of room for 6 of us. A very large balcony. We watched a storm roll through from that balcony. At times we though the lightning and thunder would wake our sleeping kids. When the storm was on top of us, we moved inside and went to bed. We never heard the thunder! The place was so quiet when the doors were closed. Other nights, we left the balcony door cracked and slept to the sound of the waves. This was a great place.

The condo totally exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities listed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the location to restaurants, sightseeing, attractions, etc. was very centralized. The three bedroom/two bath combo was great for our family. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Clean, comfortable condo. Really liked the patio furniture and the kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed. The beds were very comfy and furniture was fine. Very pretty decor. I would stay there again.

Clean and full of everything you need!

My family was upgraded to this unit after our other unit had unexpected work being done on it upon arrival. I called Luxury Coastal staff and they took care of us immediately. I would recommend booking through them as well as booking this unit. The condo was just perfect, loved the color scheme, space, decorations, view, proximity to the beach, pool nearby, and just 8 minute drive to get groceries. My daughter and I had fun with a stand alone juicer (under wet bar sink area) making honey lemonade and fresh squeezed orange juice. Kitchen was stocked...made smoothies in the blender daily and all our meals but one in the condo. The only thing I couldn't find was place mats but those aren't really need, that's how much the kitchen had, even some spices (but bring coffee and cone #4 filters). Loved the plastic drink glasses and stand alone ice machine! The balcony is awesome and opens to the master and living room. Nice views, breeze, and furniture. There are books to read and a TV in every room if you need a break from the sun. The beach was great, beautiful sand and water. Choose this place, just so comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. I'd love whoever decorated to come visit my house, unexpected touches everywhere. I think my favorite being the cute green ladder with shells in the entryway. Oh, and our first night we walked on the beach 15 minutes to Florabama (not kid friendly after 6, oops!) but there is also another restaurant in the other direction that you can walk to eat if you want to. So much fun😀

We really enjoyed our stay at Shipwatch. The property was great, had everything we needed, and was in great proximity to the beach and stores/restaurants. Sleeps 7 very well. It was a very quiet and welcoming beach environment and we plan on returning again next year. Closest thing to a perfect vacation we've had in years.
