My husband and I usually go to the Sarasota area in October, but due to the two hurricanes, we had to change our plans/location. Years ago, I had been to Orange Beach, AL with girlfriends, and fondly remember some very good restaurants and shopping. So we looked for a place in the vicinity of OB and came upon this condominium in Perdido Key, FL. Wonderful unit, very clean and comfortable. Loved the large balcony facing the gulf. Beach was beautiful and not crowded, just how we like it. We had two minor maintenance issues and they were taken care of promptly. We’d definitely come back in the future if this part of Florida is our chosen destination.

This was our first time in Perdido Key. The check in was easy and I love the combo door locks. The condo was clean, stylish and well stocked. The view was beautiful and the water as pretty as always. This was one of the most well stocked condos. Lots of kitchen gear! The balcony was great! Loved the furniture but wished it had an outside table to eat. We love playing cards outside and eating. Overall a perfect week. Would definitely recommend and return!

First time to this area and will definitely be back again! This unit was absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect! The only issue we had was we went to the pool about 9pm for an evening swim and it was already locked up so check it before you go change. There was no one at the pool and guessing they locked it up early since no one was using it. Otherwise everything was perfect. It wasn’t enough to keep us away! Already looking at another trip for next year!

Had a great stay. Good clean condo. Looks exactly like the pictures. Very well furnished, in fact we brought too much stuff that we weren't sure would be at the condo. Overall the building was very quiet, even though the trip was at the end of spring break. The beach wasn't crowded, with a lot of families of all ages. Just west is Orange Beach, AL, and very convenient for grocery shopping and dining. Will definitely try and stay again if we go back to Pensacola area.

The condo was great and has everything we needed. When we originally booked it showed two twin beds in second bedroom, but at arrival only one bed. All worked out just fine as the living room had two pull out couches and my other son slept there and was content. The layout was perfect and the views were amazing. Condo had lots of windows for sunlight. The beach was surprisingly never packed, so location was very peaceful. I would stay here again, we all felt at home.

This was the nicest/cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. The balcony is very large and private and the view is amazing! The unit is very updated. The master bedroom actually has a very comfortable bed. (The last few places we have stayed have had old/uncomfortable mattresses.) There is plenty of seating in the living room area. The beach had plenty of people but it was very laid back and not over crowded at all. I will say that the pool area was not great. The chairs/tables were older and not in the best shape. The pool is not heated which makes for pretty cold water in March. This detail was not enough to take off a star though. Thanks so much!!

My husband and I had an amazing time in Shipwatch A504. This condo is absolutely charming and had everything we needed. The beach view is fantastic, the pictures in the listing really don't do it justice. Several key things I look for in a condo rental - bed in master bedroom, how is the mattress? Very comfortable here, particularly if you like a more firm mattress. Location - couldn't have been more perfect in the low key area of Perdido Key. Ocean views - AMAZING! This unit also has more patio seating than we've ever seen before! Luxury Coastal Vacations was also super easy to work with, highly recommend them! Thanks for the most awesome vacation!

This condo was everything we were looking for! Clean, spacious with amazing views. Getting to the beach was so easy..just a few steps away from the building. That was a huge plus! The pool area was great as well. We were looking for a place that wasn't as crowded as other vacation spots and this place had it all! The beach and pool were so clean and never crowded. We were within 1-2 miles of great restaurants and not too far away from grocery stores. Our family will definitely be coming back here! We had the best, most relaxing time!

We had a much needed family getaway! The location and views were amazing, the walk to the beach was short and did not involve stairs, which was important for us. Check in and out was simple and the response times were quick when we had an inquiry. Lots of restaurants and stores close by if you need to grab food or supplies. There was a kitchen large enough to actually cook though, if you're trying to save some money. The beach was clean and, most importantly, not over crowded. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a beach trip that avoids the spring break crowds!

Super simple check in, no issues getting carts or using the elevator, clean, plenty of towels, amazing balcony, kitchen gadgets were very nice, it is in a great location. This wasn’t a big deal for us but if you want to watch Netflix/Hulu/etc make sure you bring a device if some sort.

We fell in love with this condo when we saw it on our computer but when we arrived, it was everything that we needed - spacious, decorated to perfection - the kitchen had anything a cook would need!!! The only downside was the furniture on the deck - it truly needs new.

We loved this condo for our family. The condo has great up to date decor with comfortable furniture. My favorite area was the balcony with the close unobstructed view of the ocean. We loved being able to feel like we were “on the beach” while our children were napping. The balcony is tiled which was a great bonus to alllow our 9 month old to safely crawl around while we were relaxing on the couch and lounge chair. The king bed had a nice soft foam topper that made it extra comfortable. The beach is a very short boardwalk walk and they have boxes to store your umbrellas and beach items at the beach and not have to lug them back to the room every day. I did see a portable crib in the closet which I don’t believe was listed on the description but good info to know for those with small children. The pool was clean and has a lot of chairs/loungers available. We didn’t use the charcoal grills but I believe I saw 2 close to our building A to use. The entire complex is well kept but it looks like it’s an older one. The elevator was broke for a few hours one day but I contacted the rental company and they quickly looked into the issue. The area is perfect for families since it is a little off from the busy sections of orange beach and gulf shores. The white sand was perfect and we used rented the umbrella and beach lingers for the week for $120 which was well Worth the price. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

This is a beautiful, well-equipped condo whose photos don’t do it justice! The balcony is huge and the multiple seating/dining areas make it a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy the stunning view. We were very comfortable during our stay, and the reservation/check-in process went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone, and would gladly rent it again if we return to Perdido Key!

Everything was in order, clean and ready to go. Location is very convenient to all the local attractions. Spent time at the NAS Museum and lighthouse, Walked the beach numerous times, and thoroughly enjoyed the the king bed and large balcony.

This is a beautiful and comfortable condo. The balcony is usable all day long with a beautiful view of the beach and the starry night sky. You can see part of the Milky Way from here! The beds were comfy, the pillows were comfy, there were plenty of towels and the showers had plenty of water. The couches were comfy but who needs couches when you can sit on the balcony all day and all night long. We loved it! We used the beach service for two padded lounge chairs and an umbrella. This was well worth the money as it was 120.00 for 6 days and Micah, the guy that worked there, was great! Money well spent even if there was a tropical storm during out stay...

Our recent stay at your condo was excellent! Everything was clean and in great condition. Our view from the condo's deck was beautiful! The beach was quiet and very relaxing. Just a short walk/drive to the Florida/Alabama border! The furnishing and decor were comfortable and welcoming. I would highly recommend this condo and destination for a fun and relaxing vacation!

What an absolute gem of a condo! This condo is exceptionally well cared for and decorated. The patio on this condo is HUGE with real patio furniture. We ate dinner many nights out there while listening to the surf and stargazing. The beds were very comfy as well as the linens. The kitchen is well equipped. We stayed in and cooked all 6 nights and there was every kitchen gadget needed to cook as we were at home. This condo is on a very quiet stretch of beach. There is night life close enough (Flora-Bama bar) within a nice beach walk away. The beach itself was never crowded and we never worried about finding a spot close to the water. The grounds are very well kept and has 2 pools , one seaside and one on the other side of the condo complex. We look forward to staying again in the future!

This condo was EVERYTHING we were looking for in our get away. The deck is incredible-- of how I miss that view!, the kitchen was stocked just as I wish all condos would be-- there was nothing we needed it didn't have. Furniture, bed, sheets everything was clean & comfy. Like many people we loved the decor & personal touches. Only thing we hope you can add for 2017 is fan on the deck, if not we will be back anyway!

Our trip was only supposed to be for 4 nights but the condo was so peaceful and beautiful we extended our stay. Beautifully decorated in every way. The balcony was one of our favorite spots for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Easy access to restaurants in Orange Beach and Perdido Key also. Great beach service too! Lovely beyond words!

This is such a great place! The condo is really comfortable and beautifully updated. The view and access to the beach is absolutely spectacular! The kitchen was incredibly well appointed with every single item you could ever think to need--in fact, we ended up cooking fresh seafood from a local store, every night! Ideal location and condo! -sue

What a great condo. Everything updated and stylish but incredibly comfortable. Kitchen was beautiful and well equipped--we ended up cooking in (amazing local seafood shop nearby) instead of battling the spring break crowds at the restaurant. Huge balcony with views to die for. Great beach and awesome location.
