Perfect location for getting to Orange Beach and Pensacola. Beautiful views from balcony. Lots of comfortable furniture inside and out. Easy access to beach and pool. Beach was private and not crowded. Beach was beautiful. Have ability to rent chairs and umbrella or bring own. They have everything utensil wise, you could need. You need to bring any food or condiments you may need. The place was very clean. They respond very quickly to requests. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It was a very relaxing way to spend our 25th anniversary.

Was a great place! Would stay again. Beach was not too busy and saw lots of dolphins from the balcony (Balcony was great too!). Also two pools for when the ocean gets rough. Fyi. There are not many restaurants nearby and limited delivery. They also only give one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for the entire stay and one trash bag (and you have to have bagged trash to throw down the trash chute).

The condo was precisely as advertised in the photos and was immaculately clean. There were so many touches that made this place feel cozy and comfortable, from the massive numbers of soft, fluffy towels to the weighty extra blankets beautifully rolled and tied with a bow in both closets. Throw blankets and dimmable lighting options in every room, as well as the fully appointed kitchen made the condo feel like a second home. We highly recommend this condo and the company!

My dad passed away June of this year. October 18th would have been my parents 58th wedding anniversary. My sisters and I decided to get the condo to help mom get through that day. SUCCESS!! My mom and I live in Pensacola but my 3 other sisters flew in or drove in so we could make this happen. She loved it and before we left we booked for next year! It will be an annual thing. I wish we could have booked the same unit but unfortunately it was not available so we booked one on another floor. See you October 2024.

Everything was just as described and as pictured. There was some sort of screen malfunction on the oven but someone came out and checked it and told us that the part had been ordered. The oven worked. It was just hard to see the temperature information, etc because of the glitching. We have put this on our return to list!

Loved it all. One thing that upset me was I booked through VRBO and supposedly 2 parking passes were provided, then prior to arrival the HOA decided to up the charges..can understand for upcoming renters but I had already signed the contract, which I couldn’t have changed anything but you could? I did pay it but under duress.

A great find among the many places to stay in Perdido Key. I’d say a hidden gem! We will stay again. Our beach was private and never got crowded. Everyone we encountered was so nice and the condo has been well maintained. The balcony was loaded with several places to sit, lay etc, and the view of the gulf was amazing. The kitchen was well fitted with more than just essentials. We didn’t eat out this trip and we’re able to cook everything we wanted to. Stay here - you’ll not regret it.

What a beautiful, spacious beach condo! It looks just like the pictures, with amazing eighth-floor water views from each room, a nice big kitchen and master bedroom, and extra little touches that feel high end and comfortable (vaulted ceilings with lighting, etc). The owners have really thought of everything. Any time I thought, “hm I wish they had…” I would open a cabinet and find the item I was hoping for. You will have to bring your own coffee, dish washer detergent, toilet paper, etc for a longer trip, but everything was communicated very clearly up front. Beach rentals available downstairs. Easy access to beach. Management company was quick to respond with any needs. Such a lovely spot. We would gladly stay here again.

You get an A+ for being stellar hosts.  The space is so well put together with SO much thought in all the details.  Pillows, beds, extra cozy blankets and chairs, awesome balcony seating, towels, sand toys.  We wanted for nothing.  The location and views brought us here for a family relax weekend.  Your condo will for sure bring us back!  Our kids were thrilled with all the memories we made!  5 star review for us!

We have been coming to the beach with each other about 10+ years.  This condo is very comfortable and very well stocked. The balcony is probably the best of any condo we’ve every stayed.  We consider ourselves a bit of “condo snobs” and this definitely fit our bill so we will most likely return.

My husband, myself and our 14 year old daughter and her friend had a fantastic stay in Perdido Key. The condo was the perfect size for us and is decorated very nicely. Kitchen is very well equipped. The view is beautiful and we loved the location. Peaceful, but Orange Beach is very close if you need more action. Highly recommend! The rental company was excellent as well the few times I did speak with them.

My family of five (3 kids aged 14-20) had a wonderful stay in this cozy condo. While the weather during our stay was not the best, we all had plenty of space indoors to relax, play games, cook, watch t.v., and my husband and I were each even able to get some work done during those rainy times. (Love that there is a desk in the master bedroom...with a great view of the ocean!) The view from the large balcony is amazing and there was plenty of space for all of us out there. We all got a great night's sleep in the comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking meals to feed our crew. Being just steps away from the beach was a huge bonus! Very clean unit, beautiful decor, and stylish, comfortable furniture...we would love to return someday! Don't hesitate to book this one...

We have stay at a lot of places on the beaches of the panhandle of Florida, but this place was the best of all of them. The view is out of this world, the balcony is large and a wonderful place to relax and listen to the ocean waves. This place has everything you could ever need while on a vacation. WONDERFUL place for a girl's weekend getaway! The view of the sunrise from this balcony is one of the best I've ever seen! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We absolutely loved our stay at Shipwatch A 804. It was better than we had expected! We loved watching the dolphins from the enormous balcony. Bedding was super comfortable, and the furnishings were just beautiful, like straight out of a magazine. We like to head to the beach at least twice a year, and were so thrilled to book this hidden gem. So many surprises were included: a basket of beach towels, two coffee pots (one for K cups), an umbrella, pillows and cushions on the balcony furniture. We really enjoyed the keyless entry, as well as no parking fee. We look forward to our next stay, hopefully in warmer weather!

My husband and I just got away by ourselves for a short trip but this place would definitely accommodate the whole family! Lots of pans, etc to cook and things in the kitchen! The ceilings in the kitchen, living and master are beautiful! And the extended deck is awesome with beautiful views right to the beach! Everything was very clean! It’s a place I’d definitely stay at again and bring the kids back with us!

We had the pleasure of only spending a couple of nights at the beautiful condo ! Unfortunately Hurricane Sally forced us to leave. The owner has been so accommodating and we will be rebooking very soon ! Highly recommend and I pray this beautiful condo made it through Sally with no damage . Highly recommend !
