Family Vacation
We traveled with both our adult children and 2 grandchildren, as well as my elderly mother in law. This location was absolutely perfect for everyone’s needs & great location. We had a couple of small maintenance issues but they were addressed & fixed promptly. 10/0 recommend

This condo was perfect for our family. Being on the ground floor and so close to the beach made vacation with our toddler a breeze! The communication was great from start to finish. We were even able to add a night last minute. The unit was fully stocked with everything we could have needed and more. The outdoor closet even had extra beach toys and chairs! We will definitely be looking to stay here again next time!

Perfection! The proximity to the board walk cannot be beat!! So easy to just roll your wagon to and from the beach. The unit is exactly as pictured and described. Everything was super clean except for the floors which appeared clean, but after walking around barefoot for 10 minutes, our toddler’s feet were black. The beds were super comfy. The unit it well equipped also. The washer, dryer and dishwasher are extremely loud, but they aren’t a deal breaker for us. We will definitely return! The host communicated well and quickly! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was the perfect stay for my family! Everything was clean, very spacious, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! Having close access to the beach and pool was such a nice perk with having 5 year old twins. The outside porch closet had everything we needed for our beach days including pool noodles, cooler, sand toys, and more. My family was able to truly relax and enjoy each day. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is the second time our group has stayed at this condo for our annual girls trip! We absolutely love the location and set-up of the ground floor condo with extremely easy access to the beach. The condo is clean and updated and offers everything the 5 of us girls need! thank you!

Beautiful and Clean
The condo is beautiful and clean with cozy & tasteful décor. We loved being ground level with the beach and being able to put our feet in the sand while drinking our morning coffee. We highly recommend this unit at Shipwatch. We will definitely be back.

Great stay that was perfect for 6 friends on a beautiful beach that was not crowded and in a great location, only half a mile from Florabama.
Overall, it was spacious, clean and we loved that bottom floor is incredibly convenient for quick beach access. Large Ice maker was perfect for filling coolers. Comfortable beds with strong shower pressure.
Host is responsive as well and allowed for early checkin.
Overall great stay and will stay again!

We loved our stay for a mom’s weekend getaway! Condo was clean and we loved the beds available for our group. Furniture and condo are updated and the bottom/corner unit is a 10+ for convenience! We all said we’d love to Come back with spouses and children. Also…LOVED having an ice machine! Will definitely stay here again.

Spacious 3 bedroom , 2 bath condo, outside back porch is boardwalk to beach, location was perfect. Well stocked kitchen (don’t forget your own coffee grounds or keurig pods) close to restaurants , we loved Coastal, also visited Flora-Bama yacht club and numerous souvenir stores. Bins at end of boardwalk was great to store beach items at night, small storage room off back patio has a few chairs, umbrella and kids beach toys for borrowing. The private beach across the walkway has chairs and umbrellas set out each morning available for rent in case you don’t bring your own. The Beach was very clean and gorgeous sand and water. We saw lots of wildlife including fish, dolphin, stingrays, sand crabs, sandpipers, seagulls, pelicans, heron and beach mice. The host was easy to work with , no issues at all and sent list of what to bring and what was provided a few days prior to stay. It was a wonderful beach vacation with my three adult children!

Steps to Beach, Updated and Clean
I had the most amazing stay at Shipwatch B101! This ground floor unit was exactly what I was looking for - it had direct access to the beach which made my mornings so much more enjoyable. There's nothing quite like being able to step right out onto the sand and soak in the sun! One of the things that really stood out to me was how new and fresh everything was. The furniture and decor in the unit were all brand new, and it really showed. The space was modern and stylish, yet still felt cozy and welcoming. I could tell that a lot of thought had gone into making sure that everything was just right. The unit itself was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which was really important to me. I appreciated the attention to detail that the owners had put into ensuring that the space was comfortable and inviting. From the comfortable beds to the well-stocked kitchen, everything was perfect. But what really set this stay apart was the location. Being able to walk right out to the beach was truly a dream come true. I loved being able to take early morning walks along the shore and watch the sunset over the water in the evenings. It was truly a magical experience.

Beautiful condo, amazing location!
My family had a wonderful time here! The condo is beautifully decorated and updated. We slept comfortably and enjoyed the easy access to the gulf. All we had to do was step outside and we’re enjoying the sun and beautiful views! Large TVs in every room, fully stocked kitchen and a pool and the gulf steps away. We will definitely be back!
