This location was easy to book. Instructions were very clear on purchasing the parking pass and check in instructions with passcode and WiFi code. Parking was okay not the best I wish each condo had maybe designated spots because some guests had multiple cars and you would come back from dinner with no where good to part but that is no fault of the host. The condo was clean upon entry had one flaw with the guest bathroom door but that was no minor we just kept it closed. Pictures of unit are accurate. Location was perfect for access to the beach and one of the on site pools. We will be guests again. Thank you for sharing your home with us we had a great week!

I wasn’t sure I was expecting of the location, but it was great and you walked right out onto the beach from the porch. The place was very clean and comfortable for 7 people. I would definitely stay here again! The company was responsive within hours but did take a minute to hear back the next day when texted out of hours, but not really a big issue!

As someone who stays in the area multiple times a year, this was easily one of the best places I’ve stayed. The beach access couldn’t be more convenient with the boardwalk right outside the back door. It’s also within walking distance to several spots, including the Flora-Bama. The place was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I will definitely be returning!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was friendly for our one year old to roam around and was very clean. Check in was smooth and they were great letting us know we could check-in a few hours early. Being right on the beach and being able to walk out was a huge plus for us. We plan on making this a yearly trip and would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect stay for my family! Everything was clean, very spacious, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! Having close access to the beach and pool was such a nice perk with having 5 year old twins. The outside porch closet had everything we needed for our beach days including pool noodles, cooler, sand toys, and more. My family was able to truly relax and enjoy each day. We will definitely be staying here again!

This condo was perfect for our family. Being on the ground floor and so close to the beach made vacation with our toddler a breeze! The communication was great from start to finish. We were even able to add a night last minute. The unit was fully stocked with everything we could have needed and more. The outdoor closet even had extra beach toys and chairs! Spacious 3 bedroom , 2 bath condo, outside back porch is boardwalk to beach, location was perfect. Well stocked kitchen (don’t forget your own coffee grounds or keurig pods) close to restaurants , we loved Coastal, also visited Flora-Bama yacht club and numerous souvenir stores. Bins at end of boardwalk was great to store beach items at night, small storage room off back patio has a few chairs, umbrella and kids beach toys for borrowing. The private beach across the walkway has chairs and umbrellas set out each morning available for rent in case you don’t bring your own. The Beach was very clean and gorgeous sand and water. We saw lots of wildlife including fish, dolphin, stingrays, sand crabs, sandpipers, seagulls, pelicans, heron and beach mice. The host was easy to work with , no issues at all and sent list of what to bring and what was provided a few days prior to stay. It was a wonderful beach vacation with my three adult children!

Great stay that was perfect for 6 friends on a beautiful beach that was not crowded and in a great location, only half a mile from Florabama. Overall, it was spacious, clean and we loved that bottom floor is incredibly convenient for quick beach access. Large Ice maker was perfect for filling coolers. Comfortable beds with strong shower pressure. Host is responsive as well and allowed for early checkin. Overall great stay and will stay again!

Perfection! The proximity to the board walk cannot be beat!! So easy to just roll your wagon to and from the beach. The unit is exactly as pictured and described. Everything was super clean except for the floors which appeared clean, but after walking around barefoot for 10 minutes, our toddler’s feet were black. The beds were super comfy. The unit it well equipped also. The washer, dryer and dishwasher are extremely loud, but they aren’t a deal breaker for us. We will definitely return! The host communicated well and quickly!
