Super close to the beach with just a short walk, which is super convenient with little kids! Pool was great as well. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

lovely location. the fact that these units don't have stairs is noted in what you might call the fine print. I had a 77 yr old senior with us who spent the entire week climbing three flights. after asking to be relocated I was told I had to forego the 6k I had already spent and pay 4500 for the new location. other than that, it's a really nice place.

The people at Luxury Coastal Vacations were incredible - very responsive, answered all my questions, responded to issues as they were presented.
As far as Shipwatch B301, the condo itself needs some "sprucing up". At least one mattress really needs to be changed as do most of the pillows. The kitchen was sparsely stocked in the knives and cooking utensil departments. We did a lot of cooking in the condo and there were so storage containers at all in the condo. Most of the shelves on the refrigerator door were missing parts and were therefore unusable. The refrigerator itself was insufficient for the size of this condo and did not provide any assurance the food was staying cold enough. There is a separate ice maker in this unit which is a nice luxury while at the beach, but it could not keep up with the eight people we had in this unit.
We loved this area and enjoyed the nice large balcony. The layout of the condo was excellent and conducive to the number of people in it.

"Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and walkable to bar and restaurants. Rooms were clean, spacious, the only thing I wish is that they should provide more of the dish detergent shampoo and conditioner not enough amenities like dish detergent or shampoo & conditioner. But we were told in advance that there was only certain about. Not a big deal for us. We did stop and buy what was needed before we check-in. The only complaint I really have is the furniture has stained all over. Walls had black marks and the stair rail had damaged. I did send all the pictures to them after I check in. So hopefully they can get it fix and clean for their next visit.

We love Perdido Key due to the relatively low amount of people there yet with proximity to Pensacola and Orange Beach/Gulf Shores so to find a place right on the beach was amazing! The space is as big as it appears in photos and was more than enough for our group of 6. In fact, we joked that could have easily brought another family along.
Some observations:
Even though it was on the third floor and no elevator, all of our group had no problem with it. In fact, it was easier than navigating traffic at an elevator.
We brought our own beach towels which is a good tip from another review.
The fitness center is across the street in the Riverside building. We looked at it and passed.
We used the beach service (Perdido Beach Service) which was good. You can book on location but they have a limit on number of beach chairs they can put out, it might be helpful to reserve ahead. We were short on chairs just the first day and all good after.
Unit has drip and Keurig coffee makers.

This was a great stay. The beach only had a few people each day. Access is private and convenient. We spent most of our time on the large balcony where we could hear the waves breaking all night though. The view was picturesque. There is not an elevator to get to this unit so the stairs could have been a pain, but were not much of an issue once we got unpacked. We were within walking distance of the FloraBama and the Crab Trap. There was a convenience store across the street which made beer runs easy. The ice maker was a nice feature I didn't know I needed. We didn't use the upstairs much, but it would have been great for kids. The rental company was very responsive to texts when we had questions.
