We had a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren at Shipwatch 301C. We loved being directly on the beach, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed having all king and queen size beds. The view from the balcony is tremendous and the gliding chairs are very relaxing. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Our family of 8 throughly loved our stay!!! The view was breathtaking, and we had plenty of room to sprawl out. The master bedroom bed was the comfiest bed my husband and I have ever slept on. It made it hard to wake up and watch the sunrise haha. The only feedback we had was we wished there were basic seasonings allowed to be left from past guests. Even some salt & pepper would've been great. The place was squeaky clean and the beach was very peaceful. We would absolutely stay again!!
PS. Please let us know what brand the mattress or topper in the master bedroom is ;)

Beautiful place, beautiful view. I was able to accommodate my entire family comfortably as a Christmas gift for a week. We had nine of us in the condo and had plenty of room to be out of each other’s way or all together. Each room was extremely comfortable and the decor was lovely. The best part was the beautiful view! Absolutely stunning! The balcony was our favorite hangout spot if we weren’t actually on the beach. The beach. It is wide and long with beautiful sand and shells. Every age group in our family enjoyed every part of this vacation! As a cherry on top, Luxury Coastal Vacations was extremely responsive to every question we had, and super kind and professional. They made everything absolutely hassle free!

My family loved spending Christmas here. The condo was clean & decorated beautifully. We could see the sunrise & the sunset from the balcony. Amazing views. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable and all the appliances worked great. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer to wash clothes and towels each day. The view was amazing and the rocking gliders on the balcony were so great to sit and relax. We had a party of 9 and never felt crowded. We would definitely go back to stay here.

We stayed in C301 on the 3rd floor of, I think, a 4 story bldg on the Gulf side. Absolutely gorgeous condo. This was the closest we've ever stayed to the beach. (Note for those traveling with older family members- there is no elevator.) We had a wonderful stay. There is not an abundance of toilet ppr, shampoo, etc but as mentioned in other reviews- they do disclose this fact- just have to come prepared. (For the price, it does seem that they would be a little more generous in that area. It would allow ppl to not have to spend their time shopping for these items once they get there or taking up packing space & generally provides a feeling that the owner truly cares.) We saw dolphins from the balcony most mornings, and even a manatee. Overall, the view was amazing and exactly what we had hoped/imagined. 🌊⛱🐬

This was a wonderful home away from home! 4 bedrooms plus extra space for kids. Loved the extra living space upstairs. The porch facing the beach has the most comfortable rocking deck chairs… we loved spending time out there!! A short walk to the beach and really easy to leave some things down at the beach so you don’t have to haul things back and forth. The pool was so convenient, right next to the stairs.
It’s decorated so tastefully, I could see myself living there. All in all, we would stay there again. Loved it!

Was exactly as described. Beautiful and roomy for the five adults on this trip. Was a very short walk to the beach and was a beautiful view from the balcony. The only thing we had small issue with was there was no elevator and was difficult for my mom to do the three flights of stairs. But I also didn’t think to ask prior to planning our trip. We were all impressed on how clean the rooms and property are and all the beds were extremely comfortable as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The pier going from the condo to the beach had a mail sticking out of it. Unfortunately this mail went through my foot and I ended up in urgent care. Luxury coastal was called Friday to let them know of the mail and the issue. They hazard was still not taken care of this morning when we left. I have pictures if needed.

We travels to perdido keys for my daughter US finals cheer competition in Pensacola. The property was about 35 mins from the Pensacola Bay center, so it wasn’t a hard drive there. The property is beach front and we loved that! The house had a ton of space and had everything we needed for the beach. It also had an outdoor closet with beach toys/chairs. It had a pool/fitness center, it’s advertised with a hot tub but that’s actually across the street and wasn’t working when we went…which was disappointing because we actually tried to go to hot tub one day when it was a little windy outside. Beside that’s everything was great with condo/location. I would stay here again for sure!

This is a fantastic place to stay and it’s right on the beach. This is exactly what I was looking for in a beach house. The floor plan is fabulous for our 7 adults and 4 kids. Having a bathroom for each living area was so needed (3). It is tastefully decorated in beach style and has an open layout that made it feel cozy. I would highly recommend this place, especially if u want to be right on the beach.

The condo had been recently renovated and was airy and open. The only drawback was the stairs for the elderly members of our group - no elevator. Both Keurig and regular coffee pots was a nice touch. Short walk to the beach. Being able to keep beach items in the bin on the beach was a plus. Can't stay there again because of the stairs but enjoyed the condo.

This is a beautiful property with direct beach access and views. My family enjoyed having the loft as a separate living area, great for the older kids to get away. We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The location was perfect for visiting both Pensacola and Orange Beach. We will consider this property for our next vacation.

We have stayed in the Gulf area several times and this property is by far my favorite. It feels like a house, plenty of room and the vaulted ceilings add to the open feel. The view is of course amazing, ocean/beach views from the balcony. This unit also looks over the pool to one side, which was perfect for us to keep an eye on the older kids. We had everything we needed as far as kitchen gadgets. Bathrooms were stocked well with towels. If I had to offer advice for any room for improvement it would be to have higher deck furniture, as the railing blocked the view of sitting. Such a small thing and easy to upgrade. We will stay in this unit again without a doubt.

We had a very enjoyable, relaxing and fun time in this condo and on this beach with our family! The condo is nice, clean, comfortable and was spacious enough for 12 of us! The only suggestion I can make is possibly offering a couple beach chairs, a pail or beach toys would also be nice. We traveled over 9 hours away and purchased these items for use of 4 days and never to be used again. A bit of a hassle dragging them back home. The last condo we stayed at provided these items, so I don’t think it is uncommon and it’s very low cost for you all. I think you’re guest would feel that you’ve gone the extra step for them! The location was great and the beach pretty private and not jammed packed with hundreds from larger condos. I would recommend this condo to others and possibly return (if I decide to head back to Florida). Thank you!

Our family had an amazing time and the beach home was perfect for us! We had 5 girls between ages 9-16 and they loved the loft area and upstairs room. It was perfect fit! The pool was very clean and right below our house which was on 3rd floor. The ocean view was fantastic and the boardwalk to the beach was sooo helpful as we had some in our group that needed a little help getting to the beach. :) The only item we would like to recommend is to invest in a high top table and chairs for the balcony area. It was hard to see through the railing if you sat in the beach loungers. How we don’t get rid of those they were nice to stretch out on too. :) This place was a slice of heaven and can’t wait to return! If I could I would have stayed two weeks or more! Thanks again for making our stay pleasant. Oh and your staff was so responsive to my messages anytime we needed something. Thanks again!

We couldn't have had a better time! The rental company was able to accomodate an extra car space for us, which made everything run so much more smoothly. We then got a call at 1:00 saying our condo was ready 2 hours early making our airport runs so much better as we could unload our car to fit our next group of people and their luggage. We arrived at the condo and it is GORGEOUS with fantastic views and easy access to the beach. There was room for our large group with bathrooms and beds and we fit beautifully. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners and prepare snacks. We truly couldn't have had a better experience or better way to spend my 50th birthday with family and friends. I highly recommend staying here!

The accommodations were perfect for what we needed. Beds were cozy, kitchen was stocked and clean, ice maker kept up with our consumption, close walk to the water, quick maintenance (when we needed it once).

Firstly, I have to commend Luxury coastal vacations as they were extremely sympathetic regarding our needs. We evacuated from south Florida to run from hurricane Irma and they were willing to go above what was necessary to help us. We are a multigenerational family and this property filled all of our needs. The condominium name is Shipwatch. The property is clean, a little outdated on the exterior but once you enter this lovely decorated coastal casual apartment you will fall in love. Furniture is comfortable and attractive. Dinner seating for 6. Three bedrooms on the first floor - 4th bedroom on the 2nd floor which contains 3 twin beds attached to a loft which has two queen size futon beds. Futons a little firm - but fine for kids or teens. The highlight for my kids was that they had a wii and PlayStation with games in the loft. Washer & dryer in the kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped minus food and spices. Starter products given such as a small bottle of dish washing detergent, single use laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher tab garbage bag, toilet paper. One of each to get you started. Wifi and cable tv. Nice covered patio with view of the gulf. This is a third floor property without an elevator. The property itself is directly beach front. With available concession for beach chair and umbrella rental as well as paddle boards and other fun water activities. A convenience store is directly across the street and has any last minute items you may have forgotten including rafts, flip flops, & Kites. Further west a few miles takes you to many restaurants Walmart and Publix grocery store.

The property is very well kept up & supplied. Beds are SO comfortable!! Our group of 13 had plenty of room & enjoyed our week at the beach so much. Only downside -- 3 flights of steps! :)
