With ample seating on the balcony, including a dining table for 4 and a set of incredibly comfortable bar-height gliding Adirondack chairs, you can wake up with your morning coffee to watch the sunrise, savor a glass of wine while the sun sets, and even enjoy a moonlit dinner, all while the tranquil sounds of the surf serenade you!
Featuring a fresh “modern coastal” style and thoughtfully decorated with a nod to the nautical, the clean white and blue hues paired with relaxing neutrals and rustic wood finishes will WOW you the second you walk in the door. The Living Area offers a large screen TV and plenty of seating, including a plush oversized sofa with chaise, while the adjacent Dining Area features a large dining table accented by a beautiful wood chandelier.
The awe-inspiring Master Suite is furnished to ensure rest and rejuvenation, boasting a king bed with brand new premium mattress set, flat screen TV, comfy chair and beachfront balcony access. We enjoyed our stay in Shipwatch C301, we had so much space for a party of 8. The coastal decor was beautiful, we had views of the beach and pool and enjoyed sitting out on the spacious back porch. Excellent communication. Had a few hiccups but everything was handled quickly and professionally. Space was impeccably clean, with the exception of the previously mentioned moldy/smelly washer, and the dirty chair covers in the living area. Both easy fixes! Travel sized toiletries provided in each bath, plus plenty of towels and toilet paper. Kitchen had new dish soap, sponge, paper towels, and dish towels. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! This condo was absolutely stunning! The decor and furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The balcony was so nice. Waking up to watch the sunrise to watching the sunset over the beach each night, it was wonderful. I highly recommend staying here. Everything about our stay was perfect. The cherry on top was the beds! All the beds were so comfortable! The fully stocked kitchen made cooking breakfast and dinner every day easy. The beach access was great. We had a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren at Shipwatch 301C. We loved being directly on the beach, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Our family of 8 throughly loved our stay!!! The view was breathtaking, and we had plenty of room to sprawl out. The master bedroom bed was the comfiest bed my husband and I have ever slept on. It made it hard to wake up and watch the sunrise haha. The only feedback we had was we wished there were basic seasonings allowed to be left from past guests. Even some salt & pepper would've been great. The place was squeaky clean and the beach was very peaceful. We would absolutely stay again!!

Beautiful place, beautiful view. I was able to accommodate my entire family comfortably as a Christmas gift for a week. We had nine of us in the condo and had plenty of room to be out of each other’s way or all together. Each room was extremely comfortable and the decor was lovely. The best part was the beautiful view! Absolutely stunning! The balcony was our favorite hangout spot if we weren’t actually on the beach. The beach. It is wide and long with beautiful sand and shells. Every age group in our family enjoyed every part of this vacation! Beautiful place, beautiful view. I was able to accommodate my entire family comfortably as a Christmas gift for a week. We had nine of us in the condo and had plenty of room to be out of each other’s way or all together. Each room was extremely comfortable and the decor was lovely. The best part was the beautiful view! Absolutely stunning! The balcony was our favorite hangout spot if we weren’t actually on the beach. The beach. It is wide and long with beautiful sand and shells. Every age group in our family enjoyed every part of this vacation! We stayed in C301 on the 3rd floor of, I think, a 4 story bldg on the Gulf side. Absolutely gorgeous condo. This was the closest we've ever stayed to the beach. (Note for those traveling with older family members- there is no elevator.) We had a wonderful stay. There is not an abundance of toilet ppr, shampoo, etc but as mentioned in other reviews- they do disclose this fact- just have to come prepared. (For the price, it does seem that they would be a little more generous in that area. It would allow ppl to not have to spend their time shopping for these items once they get there or taking up packing space & generally provides a feeling that the owner truly cares.) We saw dolphins from the balcony most mornings, and even a manatee. Overall, the view was amazing and exactly what we had hoped/imagined. 🌊⛱🐬- Reviewed On: 8/14/2024

This was a wonderful home away from home! 4 bedrooms plus extra space for kids. Loved the extra living space upstairs. The porch facing the beach has the most comfortable rocking deck chairs… we loved spending time out there!! A short walk to the beach and really easy to leave some things down at the beach so you don’t have to haul things back and forth. The pool was so convenient, right next to the stairs.

Was exactly as described. Beautiful and roomy for the five adults on this trip. Was a very short walk to the beach and was a beautiful view from the balcony. The only thing we had small issue with was there was no elevator and was difficult for my mom to do the three flights of stairs. But I also didn’t think to ask prior to planning our trip. Great property but condo manager and management are awful.
The pier going from the condo to the beach had a mail sticking out of it. Unfortunately this mail went through my foot and I ended up in urgent care.
