This place was perfect for us. We wanted to stay on the beach but also bring our boat. We were able to put our boat in and use the boat slips. This had everything we needed. While there were a lot of pots and pans in the kitchen, there were a few that were past their useful life and just need replaced. Everything was clean and comfy. Also note that there is a keurig, not a regular coffee maker. The location is great, you’re away from anything too busy but everything is within driving distance if you want to go (Pensacola, Orange Beach/Gulf Shores). We would absolutely stay here again!

I would absolutely stay at this property again! We loved the area and the condo. The only thing I wish I would’ve known, which could be on my part that I missed somewhere, was that the building caps how many chairs and umbrellas may be rented. We arrived on a Monday so all had been rented for the week. If I had known, I could’ve brought chairs/umbrella. We lucked out day one and used someone who wasn’t there that day. So then with only two days left and hope to luck out again we didn’t see the need to go buy unneeded chairs to haul back home. If arriving on an off day, bring your own chairs!

This was our first time staying in Perdido Key, and it was the greatest experience I’ve ever had on vacation! My oldest, whose 18, and my husband both separately told me we have to stay in this exact unit from now on! It had everything we needed for our family of 6! 4 Kids ranging from 1 to 18! The location is private and not overcrowded, yet so close to the bigger and busier areas. Luxury Coastal Vacations keeps in contact with you by text, and are very quick to respond to any questions! We will be back for sure! Thank you for such a memorable vacation!

Less crowded than a few miles up the road. The condo property could use some updating ( currently painting outside). But this condo was nice inside. Great location to the beach; less than a minute walk out the back door. The fans/light on the patio could be updated. The ice machine was not working properly. These minor issues are just suggested fixes. The condo was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves for our 1 week vacation. I would return.

We love staying here on the first floor with small children. Nothing better than walking right out the door to the pier to the beach, and pool is right beside this condo. It was great! We did have a little trouble getting in touch with property manager to ask about early check in but I am assuming it was due to the beach ban lifting and things were just busy. Will stay again!

We LOVE Shipwatch. This was our 3rd time, but first time in this unit. If you love crowded beaches and inconvenient living, this is not the place for you. If you prefer fewer people while still having access to all the fun of Gulf Shores/Orange Beach/Perdido Key - stay here! The complex is small - between the 4 buildings there are fewer than 100 units and those are spread out but there are two pools - beachside and riverside - as well as gym/tennis. The unit itself was clean and had almost everything we needed - and what they didn't have was communicated well ahead of time (like beach towels) so there were no surprises. Check in/out was easy, too! Master bed and couches were very comfy, and the kids were fine in their rooms as well. We'd stay again!

This is our 3rd time staying at a Shipwatch condo and I have to say D104 is by far the best one we’ve stayed at! Very roomy and decorated nicely. Plenty of kitchen utensils/pans etc never had to worry didn’t have anything to cook/eat out of!

House was clean and spacious with just a quick walk to the beach. Rooms were spread apart so some could sleep while others played games or watched a movie. Kitchen had lots of tools and plenty of space for two families to cook and store food. Loved the privacy even though we were so close to the water.

This property sits directly on the beach! It is a quiet location fit for a family. We walked the beautiful beaches and enjoyed the dolphins and stingrays that visited the beach in the evenings. Reasonable rates for oceanfront rooms which are hard to come by. The property has updated bathrooms and kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. Be prepared to supply your own paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags after the first roll, but that was not an issue for us. We enjoyed our stay very much! There is no hotel lobby on site in this building, again not an issue for us, but read your instructions carefully, they clearly tell you how to obtain your keys. Do not let the fine print of the agreement scare you away or you are missing out on a real steal of a deal! So may activities to do in this area it kept us busy for our whole stay. Will definitely return here again!

This is a great condo! Clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Kitchen had everything we could think of. We were able to pack lighter, knowing we could do some laundry in the unit. Good beach and pool access. The only thing I would change is changing the patio set out for one that is bar height. You’d see more of the ocean over the dunes that way. We had an AC problem that was quickly resolved, we were happy!

We met friends down at the Flora-Bama beaches for Labor Day weekend and this condo was perfect! The space was clean, well decorated, and we had everything we needed for the stay. Easy walk to the beach. No noise. Overall, great stay for this family of eight!

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the decor. Has a great view of the ocean from the back veranda--had several nice alfresco meals there. All the rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked for meal prep. Planning to make this our "go-to place" when we're visiting our son in Pensacola.

I was looking for a comfortable first floor condo with easy access to the beach and we definitely found it here! Brought my parents and siblings one of which has a 2 year old. The beach access and small grass area off the patio was perfect for both. The pool on property was really cool, comfortable and not crowded. Will certainly consider this property again for future bookings.

We've had a family reunion here for the past two years. With young grandchildren, the ground floor access to the back yard grass makes up for the lack of view of the gulf. The condo is pleasant and well prepared.

Our group met from several locations to spend a week at the beach relaxing and catching up. This was the perfect place! We cooked many of our meals and there was a dining table big enough for us all to sit together to share our meals. Our 4 yr old daughter was with us so the easy access to the beach from the bottom floor was very convenient. The condo, location, and ammenities & service provided by Luxury Coastal made this a location we plan to return to in the future!

We stayed here over spring break with our four children (ages 11-18) and loved every minute. The condo is beautifully appointed and so comfortable. The unit is clean and the kitchen has every amenity you can imagine. Very fun to cook in! The management was so attentive. We had a few questions and they were very helpful -often responding within an hour. We loved being able to walk out to the beach and to enjoy the beautiful patio. The beaches are pristine; miles of uncrowded sugar sand beaches. There are some fun restaurants in walking distance and more restaurants and shops within easy driving distance. We would definitely recommend the Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola and the Blue Angels practice is show is not to be missed! We will definitely be back.

My family stayed at this Perdido Key property over the Memorial Day week after my daughter's High School graduation. We had 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. The unit was very clean and we had plenty of room. Granite countertops in both bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen had stainless appliances and even crushed/cubed ice in the door on the side-by-side refrigerator. This was the nicest condo I have stayed in on the beach. With the first floor unit it was easy loading and unloading luggage and an easy walk down the grass to the boardwalk to the beach. Convenient to Orange Beach, The Wharf or over the toll road into Foley. Clean and comfortable, nice accomodations! We will definitely be back.
