Luxury Coastal Vacations is by far the best company I have had the pleasure of renting a property from. They helped me switch properties and provided a free upgrade due to an issue with the original location, they were always responsive, friendly, and did everything they could to allow an early check in! I would recommend them to any of my family or friends, and when I return to Perdido Key for my next vacation I won’t even consider another company!

A Great Place to Stay

This condo was clean and comfortable. We had a small issue we noticed the first night that was immediately corrected by maintenance the next day. The mgmt company was super easy to work with and took good care of us. I will say the patio furniture could use an update, but it was still good. The view was fantastic, and the location was perfect. The beach wasn't crowded, and there is very little wait for tables at nearby restaurants.

Great stay! Condo was spacious and extremely comfortable for my family! The dishes hadn’t been washed when we arrived, but overall it was an amazing stay and I’d definitely go back!

It was a great place for our family vacation. Loved the location, views and above all proximity to the beach. We were extremely pleased that it was not super crowded making it much more enjoyable. Although it was clearly listed by the hosts what was/wasn't to be provided, our recommendation would be to at least provide some more basic supplies (paper towel/toilet paper etc...). The condo itself was spacious and everything was well set up.

Great Location at the Beach!

Shipwatch condos are great. It is an older property, but nice and still "old Florida". Just two driveways away from the location of regular music events at the Playa del Rio RV Resort that are open to the public, and within 1/2 mile of plenty of restaurants and bars that you can walk to.

Enjoyed our stay in Perdido Key. The condo was just as described. Nicely decorated. Pool and elevator were never crowded, probably due to the time of year we were there (late September). Very well stocked with kitchen items, which was great since we cooked all our meals. Especially loved the unique artwork in the living room!

Shipwatch was the perfect location with amazing gulf views! Check in/out was seamless. There was minor construction going on in other units, which we were warned about, but it did not interrupt our stay one bit! The price was reasonable for this location and I would look to book again if back in the area!

Beautiful beach

Great location, on the beach and not crowded. Access to workout equipment. Two beautiful pools. Sunrise view from balcony. Dockside had a good sunset view. We’ll need to come back when it’s warmer out.
