Perfect place for our family while visiting Pensacola. Offered private rooms with on suites while also have having a great gathering space and kitchen. Nice lived in amenities, provided that lived in feeling without being stuffy. Wear and tear was acceptable given the age and usage of the unit. Would totally book again.

What a magnificent time for my family and I. We loved every bit of our stay here. This was a wonderful unit, very clean (#1 importance to me) and bedding had comforters you knew had been washed since the last stay. The back deck was screened in with a very nice view from both front and back of house. Kids loved the massive television. The garage had lots of beach gear (wagon, chairs, umbrella, two bikes etc) and the community pool about two streets away was incredible. We enjoyed the shuttle which was always about 5 minutes or less of a wait.
Our initial unit we booked fell through a few days before our trip and LCV management worked very hard to get us in a different unit that we liked, and this one was even better. We were so impressed and grateful with how they took care of us!! Great family vacation and we would totally rent through LCV again!!!

Great house, super clean!

Great property, nice house with everything you need to prep family meals. Super clean and comfortable. The main TV had an issue with the speaker but the other TVs were fine and we loved the place. We went for a beach vacation and it is a 15 walk to the beach.

The condo was beautiful & well stocked! There was even beach toys & chairs in the garage to use! Any questions that I had were answered immediately by LCV's staff! This condo also has beach club access & a shuttle to take you to and from the beach! Great house & great host!

June Stay

We loved this rental! The location was great and we loved the beach shuttle! Everything about the house was great! We loved all the kitchen supplies as well as beach supplies. We will definitely be back next year!
